The manufacturer has approved for you to reselect on the mattress and box spring, *** *** *** ***
You will have full credit for what you initially paid + any applicable taxes to be used toward the purchase of another mattress/mattress set
Should you wish for us to deliver your new selection and pithe new one in your residence, a delivery fee would be charged
You also have the option to bring back the mattress and box spring in your residence when you piyour new selection
The offer for reselection will be valid for weeks until December 21, The consumer has our contact information to be able to reach us directly

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regarding the above mentioned case number, I am still not satisfied with the response given This is an attemp to pass the blame and the buck Furthermoe this is an attempt to not take responsibility for the actions of Jeromes staff that allowed my credit to be damaged The lack of training, lack of security, and lack of skills displayed when allowing some thief to use my account is in acceptable Jeromes management, General management, and C.E.Oneeds to take ownership for their staff, and for the actions performed regarding my identity theft.
The events that have unfolded as a direct result have resulted in a loss for me in several ways Loss of time, loss of money, loss of sleep, as well as mental stress and anxiety Worry of losing my home, my cars, and my good name that I've worked hard to maintain through my entire life I will not allow this to be taken lightly, nor will I allow Jeromes to simply turn their back on this issue
To attempt to pass me off to the finance company is a cop out, and complete dis respect and disregard I gave my business to Jeromes I bought furniture from Jeromes, I did not do anything with a finance company other than make payments on time Nor did the Finance company do anything wrong in this matter either It was a Jeromes salesperson, Jeromes management, and Jeromes delivery people who are to be held responsible for this issue.
I will continue this even if it means I have to pursue this with the assistance of legal council I hope to avoid involving attornies, as all I want is to be considered and compensated in a satisfactory matter Also a verbal and written apology from upper management and or C.E.O

At the time of purchase your merchandise came with two
warranties
The first warranty is directly through Jerome’s. Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects
which are reported within the first year from the original delivery date. The warranty is for repairs only and covers
any cost of parts and labor
The secondary warranty, you opted to purchase, is through
a company called ***. This
warranty covers any one-time accidental incidents which may occur in your
residence.

coverage
I do understand your frustration in regards to the

you have received the necessary parts needed to repair the Power Recliner in

My husband and I have been loyal customers of Jeromes for over yearsAll our furniture is from thereWe have recommended you to all our friends and my husband's clientsLast August we purchased a leather sofa and love seatWe bought the protection program because we were told, by your sales person, it covers anything that happens to the couches for the next yearsThe couch started peeling so I immediately called the protection companyThey refused to fix it because I didn't do anything to cause the couch to peelCalled your customer service and was told you will not fix it because it happened days too lateNice to know you stand behind your productsIf you do buy from them definitely do not pay for their scam of a protection planGuess it's time to find a new furniture company for our future purchases and recommendationsI am also filing a complaint through here(Revdex.com)

In regards to this complaint, our deliveries are through a 3rd party company called *** ***Times New Roman"">
Their manager, *** ***, has made contact with the consumer and his wife and is currently awaiting additional information from the consumer
Once he has that information they can proceed with the property damage claim

I am attempting to be reimbursed by Progressive Leasing when I did not agree with the leasing terms at Jerome's Furniture Torrance storeThat was over a week agoProgressive Leasing charged my account $and has not reimbursed me for my canceled orderProgressive Leasing states they cannot reimburse me because a representative at the store told them that furniture had been delivered to my home address on 10/2/-- not true! I called Jerome's Torrance store and have been on hold (twice) for over minutes waiting for Joscelyn to get on the phone and take care of this issueWhen she gets on the phone, she is short with me and becomes upset when I tell her that I preferred to stay on the line while she resolves this issueI have been holding for over minutes again and my issues has yet to be resolved

I did receive a phone call from the same lady from Jerome's furniture that has called me multiple times to schedule and cancel my appointments on 27January. She told me that the repair staff would be able to come to my home after 4pm on January and that I would receive a phone call, or email confirming a time window on the evening of January. Just like every other time that I tried to schedule a service appointment, NO ONE contacted me with a time frame window to show up to my house the evening prior to my appointment. This is absolutely ridiculous that I purchased a defective sofa that Jerome's confirmed is defective and they cannot fix it properly.This has been going on for almost months and I still continue to sit on a sofa that feels like a park bench
