We have thoroughly looked into this for ** *** We see that we have been corresponding with ** *** through emails since May. We see that you have a month XLab agreement for $a month and a VIP monthly membership of $a monthOur team is not here to force anyone
into a personal training membership, when a member inquires about achieving fitness goals we will give them a package that best fits their budget, if signed and agreed to of course which ** *** did. We encourage ** *** to come into the club today to enjoy her services!

I am rejecting this response because:See attached e-mail communicationI was the one reaching out to them! The "charge backs" were banking fees that were charged from the money being refused by my bankI had to take the matter into my own hands since they weren't communicating with me for monthsI finding there response completely ironic!
All communication from the start to the finish is in there e-mailI would like to see the info that they have on file because I have never seenI only knew about the situation form my credit card statement and review my invoices on there website by logging in.

I am rejecting this response because:
I never asked to be signed up for their boot camp. I never attempted to go to the boot camp. I signed up for a basic membership. I made it very clear that I was not interested in anything other than that. Workout World has hundreds of complaints for their billing practices and I'm just another victim of the scam they're pulling. I made it very clear that I wasn't interested in their boot camp and their solution is to give me six months of the boot camp I never wanted in the first place? It's shameful.

I am rejecting this response because:it was never a question of disclosure ITS ABOUT AN ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE THAT WAS CANCELED AT THE BEGINNING THEREFORE NOT HAVING ACCESS TO ENJOY ANY BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP! A prorated refund is morally and good businesses ethics.

We have thoroughly looked into this case and apologize tremendously for any frustration** *** was pulled out of collections and cleared of his debt on October 10, I made this situation high priority to our Customer Service Manager and she will be calling the collections company today
to make sure he does not receive any more phone calls, his debt has already been cleared.We hope this helps and again we are sorry for any frustration, we wish ** *** well!

I came into the gym on the January 25th to cancel this membership which was three days after I received my contract I was supposed to return that Monday to speak to a manager but there was bad weather hereWhen I went into the gym I spoke with an employee and he took my contact information and said that he would get it to a manager because there were non availableWhen the weather did clear up it was back up there and I spoke to *** again and she said that the only way I could resolve my problem would be through corporate that's when I contacted you guys to let you know but you can see the last day I used my membershipI've constantly got the run around and it's not right because I was lied to then when I read it the contract said I had three days to cancel I don't want to freeze this membership because as I said before I don't trust your business any longerI'd like the money that you guys have been taking out of my account these past to months and my depositYou can go in and pull the cameras from your business and see when I came in because I asked on January 25th the day I came in a Sunday to be exact to cancel and I asked to speak to a manager he told me none were available and after the snow let up I came in and *** again told me to contact you guys.

We have thoroughly looked into thisAs previously stated, ** *** signed a contract agreement for a VIP membership that included a Boot Camp free trial, and if not cancelled it would be billed on a month to month basis until we receive a cancellation

Clearly on the back of my contract it states that three days after receiving I can cancel the contract I have contacted you guys several times because I was lied to upon signing the contract I do not want to freeze this account and I am not willing to pay you guys for something you should take care of I would like my money back and be done with this gym for goodYou shouldn't put on the back of the contract that three days after receiving the contract I can cancel the contract if I can't that's advertisementWhen I signed the contract I asked what it would be for me to cancel it early because I knew there may be a chance that I leave early and I didn't mind paying for it but when my contract was never emailed that raised suspicion and then when I came in on the Sunday and I was told I couldn't cancel because there was no manager and I had to contact corporate you guys don't respond in a timely manner and you keep saying the same thing I don't want to freeze anything I want to get out of this contract and receive my money back

membership fee of $will be assessed to your membership and billed once per year starting at month **4*** of your membership and then annually thereafter." We would never not disclose or hide anything from our membersAt this time no refund is dueWork Out World has locations and over 80,members that we work hard around the clock to ensure they have the best health club experience NJ has to offerWe worked hard to earn our stripes and continue to do soWe thank ** *** for being a caring member and pointing out her complaint, they do not go unheard or unnoticed

normally do this, however due to their situation we have made an exception for the *** and their card on file will be refunded in the amount of $for Boot Camp! ($for *** and $for *** I hope that helps them out, and keep enjoying the club!

I am rejecting this response because:How about addressing the filth and your broken machines that I had mentioned in the complaint? I am fully aware of the terms and conditions of your contact which outlines the fees involved I don't remember signing my name to a contract which stated that those fore mentioned fees would also be accompanied by dirty machines, broken machines and unresponsive staff? Also, check out your showers as well , not so cleanMaybe the board of health would like to take a visitI do have photos that I will going to submit The initial point of my complaint was to address the broken equipment (which was repeatedly reported) the uncleanliness of the facility (which was repeatedly reported) I find it INSULTING at best that you have ignored the actual complaint and have chosen to address only the fees I would now DEMAND the removal of the maintenance fee and a promise that the malfunctioning equipment and over all conditions of your facility be corrected In the event that that doesnt happen, I will be cancelling my membership There are plenty of other gyms in this area and I hear that a BRAND NEW CLEAN *** *** will be opening In fact, I may start letting any and all who will listen that a BRAND NEW CLEAN gym is soon to be opening
