the Travel Agency agreement an agent signs when JetBlue allows them ticketing rightsTravel Agents must adhere to those guidelines or debit memos will be applicableThe guidelines for ticketing time limits are very specific and if our partner Travel Agents violate them, they will be penalizedThese terms and conditions are clearly presented at the time of signing the agreement. Dear Revdex.com of Utah: Although the Revdex.com does not have jurisdiction over JetBlue under the express preemption clause of the Airline Deregulation Act (U.S.CSec41713), we’ve reviewed the complaint filed by *** *** and are responding through your Online Complaint
System. JetBlue Vacations booking number *** was purchased on 7/28/over the phone with one of our Vacation Specialists. This day it was explained to Ms*** that the hotel reservation at the Le Meridien Delfina Santa Monica would be under 100% hotel cancellation penalty. Additionally, per our JetBlue Vacations Terms and Conditions, our packages are nonrefundable, as was agreed to when Ms*** booked her package online. JetBlue Vacations works with many different Hotel Partners. Some of which are direct contracts with the hotel, others are through third party contractors. This allows us to offer a wide variety of hotel choices for our customers depending on the level of luxury they desire. On 9/29/when our customer approached us requesting assistance to change or cancel their travel dates, we reached out to our Hotel Partner, Expedia, to inquire if this special request could be approved. Regrettably, the request was denied. As advised by Expedia, we offered *** the option to rebook new travel dates at the hotel. Then, upon receiving a new confirmation number for the Le Meridien Delfina Santa Monica we could submit another request for a cancellation fee waiver. Although this decision is not guaranteed, we stand ready to assist in this request in the case they choose to rebook at the same hotel. Although we are unable to provide a reimbursement or future credit to our customer due to our Contractual agreement with the hotel, we did assist *** with a cancellation fee waiver of our JetBlue Vacation fees. Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because Jet Blue has still not address my complaint which was their arbitrary cancellation of the seat I specifically selected and paid for last year I appreciate their monetary refunds and I thanked them I did not indicate I was satisfied with their response and I resent them continually putting words in my mouth They indicated our phone call was recorded so suggest they go back and listen to the call My name is NOT *** *** My name IS *** ***.I agree that the Revdex.com does not have legal jurisdiction over this matter but I thank you for your effort on my behalf

Dear Ms***,
Thank you for your letter to JetBlue
Airways through the Revdex.com and appreciate the opportunity to
respond to your concerns
We realize that New York has
consumer protection laws, but state law does not have jurisdiction over JetBlue
under the
express preemption clause of the Airline Deregulation ActFederal
law and the DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations govern airlines
We recognize how frustrating it must have
been to find that the price increased, especially since you were in the process
of making your reservation
Each of our flights is fared in advance
with several groups of pre-determined prices, which together will ensure a
profit for each flightWhen all seats offered at the sale fare have been
purchased, the next lowest fare becomes available on a first-come, first-served
basisSince we are an instant-purchase airline, if the last remaining sale
fare is purchased by another customer, the price will increase to the next
price that was pre-selected for that particular flightWe apologize for the inconvenience
you personally experienced
If a sale fare becomes available on your
same flight and same day within days of booking your reservation we'll be
happy to honor the lower fare and issue you a JetBlue credit for the difference
In situations where a fare adjustment is made days or more outside the
original booking date, a per-person Honor Lower Fare fee is applied
We've reviewed your reservation and have
found that the fare is the same as the day you booked your reservationWe
regret we're unable to offer a credit at this time; however if you notice a
future lower fare please give us a call us at *** (***) and
we'll be happy to offer you creditOur fares are based on availability and are
subject to change at any time, so be sure to call us right when you see the
lower fare
As a gesture of our good will for your
experience, we've issued a JetBlue Travel Bank courtesy credit of $** per
person for a total of $***We know a credit cannot take back a bad experience;
however, we issue compensation as a gesture of goodwill and an invitation to
travel with us in the future, so we have the opportunity to provide a more
positive experienceThe credit for everyone has been deposited into your Travel
Bank account since you are traveling with children who do not have accountsThe
details are as follows:
User ID # ***
Service Credit: $*** total, $** per
customer (5)
Expiration Date: November 15,
This credit is available for use on future
travel with JetBlue and may be used by anyoneThe expiration date is the day
by which a reservation needs to be booked; however, you do not have to fly by
thenTo book a flight using a Travel Bank credit, visit jetblue.com and choose
Travel Bank as the form of payment
If you have any questions about Travel
Bank, feel free to visit http://bit.ly/nKT44N
for helpful information about how to use and manage credits
We know our customers are the reason
JetBlue continues to enjoy success as an airlineThank you again for choosing
JetBlue and we look forward to seeing you on board a JetBlue flight sometime in
the near future
Kind Regards,
Jenifer

I am rejecting this response because:As I stated before, a trip that should have taken one day to get home, Jet Blue had us miss our connecting flightWe had to stay in an horrendous hotel they put us up in that smelled of mold and flooded in the middle of the night, ruining a pair of my shoesSince it took two days to get home instead of the one that we expected, we also missed having Easter with our familyI would like Jet Blue to issue a full round trip ticket to my husband and myself
Sincerely,
*** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:as I explained, I was trying to purchase tickets with my travel points and at regular price one way to MCO from EWR and additional tickets returning to EWRThat was different transactions I was trying to do and neither way was I able to do it online and that is why I tree calling on numerous occasionsMy attempt is to purchase these tickets is not considered group travel because that is only people traveling to and from EWR to MCO, tickets with my point and at regular priceDue to fact I could not do the online purchase is why I continued to call JetBlue to do the and purchase. I don't agree with your response because I tried to honestly purchase the tickets and don't feel its correct that JetBlue is charging me more money because your lines where too busy.

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:First of all, quoting a convention is irrelevant since consumers do not involve Revdex.com for a legal resolution anyway This tactic is yet another example of them avoiding their basic responsibilities.Second of all, JetBlue does not address the fact that I have ALREADY made contact with Hawaiian per their instruction only to be told that it is JetBlue's responsibility to request the initial miles Finally JetBlue also does not address run-around I got from them in trying to get the miles. This company has become blatantly disrespectful of their own customers

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: Whoever responded to my email is not following their own 'JetBlue Customer Bill of Rights 'We were delayed for hours! The flight was delayed due to maintenance issues-which falls under 'Controllable Irregularity'Please check the flight log prior to respondingAccording to their website (please see attached screenshot) "Customers whose flight is delayed due to a Controllable Irregularity are entitled to compensation good for future travel on JetBlue:" "or more hours: $Credit". The fact that through out all these hurdles with JetBlue, I HAVE to fight for my creditsEven though it's blatantly evident that the error was on their partAs you can see, even till now, I have to point out their discrepancy on their creditIt's absolutely ridiculous and if I can avoid or prevent people from choosing this airline, I will.
