Terrible customer service
Ordered 4 candles for Christmas gifts on 12/3 - my confirmation email after my purchase said processing and shipping would each take 5-7 days, so a total of 14 days max and it also said if ordered by the 13th that they are guaranteed by Christmas. I got an email on 12/12 saying a label was created for shipping, but USPS has not received them from the company. it is now the 18th and the tracking number shows no movement. I have emailed three times, tried their online chat form once, and left one message. looks like I will be requesting a refund soon if I do not hear good news and will likely make a report with the BBB.

Bad idea to order from this company! I placed an order on Dec 2, 2019 for Christmas gifts. Needless to say its now the day after Christmas and I still haven't received them. I have tried endlessly to get this resolved and when I was finally able to get customer service to answer she told me it had just shipped on the 20th but it would be here in 2 days because they always ship with 2 day shipping. This really put me in a bind because I ordered 3 for gifts and had to go find something else last minute.
Now looking at the return policy it says its not returnable after 7 days of purchase! I don't understand how that's possible when I never even received them in the first place. Come on people this is not the way to treat your customers. Lesson learned I'll never ever buy from them again and I highly suggest that no one does.

Placed order almost 3 weeks ago still haven't received product. Also have emailed several times with no response. I would not do business with this company. I give it zero stars but I have to enter in something to submit review

Update: I received a shipping email after 19 days since placing order, no one ever responded to my email requests. How hard is it to say due to holiday orders we are behind?

I sure hope they actually ship yours. Mine was suppose to be here by Christmas. Now Saturday said they had a tracking number. Well tracking hasn’t moved. Its now Sat the following week and still has not moved.
Mailbox for phone number is Full. Going to paypal to get money back. Scamming people this year? They are done. Post on Trustpilot.

This is a high maintenance customer, she's basically just trying to get free items by claiming the jewelry is not of value, the jewelry is OF VALUE that is how our whole business model worksThe minimum retail value piece of ALL OUR JEWELRY is $so once again shes just trying to pull a fast one on us and get to keep the product as well as get a refundThat is not fair and not going to happen, we have MANY CUSTOMERS especially this time of the year try to pull this stuff on us and it's not rightWe know we can't make everyone happy but we have thousands of customers over the years but always takes a few bad ones to ruin it allhope this explains this issue if you have any more questions please contact us [redacted] ***Director of Retail Merchandising

*** *** *** I disagree w/company because I am a very upfront and honest personI have a problem w/companies making promises and then not following thru on those promises made to customersI phoned your company and specifically asked questions prior to placing any orderI was told if I placed an order that was the only way I could get a free sample. In addition, these orders were placed back in August so do not try to justify your action by stating that I am trying to get free items because of what time of year it is nowI have been trying to work w/you on resolution for over 30+ days via emailIf you would not have ignored my emails I would have had no problem sending the 1st order back because I have no use for those itemsI paid thinking I was going to recfree items along w/the order in which never happenedAlso, if you felt this way why did you issue a refund for the 2nd order (19.95) but not the first if you feel you were in the rightThis means you know you are ripping customers offI even spoke w/another customer and it was brought to my attention not to deal w/your company because you scam customersThank you
