While the product itself is great I am deeply disappointed in how they handle what I feel is an equally important aspect of their service. Yes I got my candle and yes I was happy with how it smelled and my lovely ring I found inside. However one of the fun aspects that I was looking forward to in my exploring multiple companies offering similar experiences of finding something in your candle is finding out exactly what it is I found. The website explains that you fill out a form for the appraisal in which you will receive your response 24 to 48 hours after submission.

I will admit that I submitted a request late on Nov 16 but I figured that would still put me in the time frame of getting the appraisal before the weekend. When I heard nothing back by Friday I was concerned that I might have done the submission wrong so I filled out a contact us form with my concern and questions about the status of my appraisal. Again the website states that they will response within 24-48 hours. I work for a business as well and I understand that weekends do not count in the hours needed to respond. However I still haven't gotten a response for both the appraisal or my question. In slight frustration I called the number listed on the website for contact us information. I might live in the Pacific NW but I know that I called within business hours being that its only 4:20 their time zone and on the voicemail they say that their business hours are until 6 pm EST. So I did call during business hours however yet another lie! I'm completely frustrated with their publicized standards of operation and they have yet to meet up with those.

As a consumer I am very understanding and forgiving. If you are going to advertise you will perform a service in an allotted time then you need to be realistic in what you are capable of performing. I can understand with the holiday season things taking longer however over twice the promised time frame? That's excessive plus if you are running behind then the courteous thing would be to give an update on the status of things.

I actually was wanting to become a rep for this company but I held off because I wanted to know how effectively they were able to run this side of their business and I am completely disappointed. I have hooked a lot of people on this idea of jewelry candles but I am being completely honest with them in their lack of response to this side of their business. Its a good product however they are misleading in their support and customer service response.
