Hi there, I have just looked through your orders history and you have placed orders with us as of today and also called us every single time after receiving your orders asking for a free product as you were not happy with the productAnd I have on the records that on your last order alone

Hi there , I have just looked up your order and unfortunately we have to disagree with your complaint as ALL our jewelry valued from $and up and in fact our bracelets valued over $retail valueAlso you have used a discount code for $on your order which does NOT come with a free itemWe apologize for any confusion however we have never had any problem as far as the jewelry used inside our products. For such a "young" company I have to say I am totally impressed! Best candles I have ever purchased and their rings and earrings are beautifulI placed my order on a Saturday and received it on THURSDAY!!! These things smell the best and last foreverI would recommend, (AND HAVE) to everyone I know!
