I ordered a system on 1/have not received to date 1/when I called today they said it was being shipped today.They charged my account on the 13th and said it would arrive in 7-days

I ordered the ARS60-KIT-2L2Z (Acoustic Research Recharchable Wireless Speaker w/ TV Adapter Kit) and I received my package and the speaker was dirty and looked like there were greasy fingerprints on itThere was also a discrepancy between the printed directions that came with the package and the instructional video on the websiteBoth of them had different ways of installing/connecting the product and neither of them workedThis is because I needed an adapter to charge the speaker that was not included in the package and was not in the directionsI called customer service/tech support to inform them of the missing item and said they would ship it outI called the following day to see if they had shipped it and the adapter still hasn't shipped yetThis is very annoying since I won't be able to use the item until the adapter arrivesBuyer beware and make sure you're getting the adapter for the speaker or else you'll be [redacted] like meAlso, good luck figuring out how to link the unit with different sets of instructions to install the product- video instruction tells you to do it one way and the printed instructions tell you to do it another which makes it very confusing! I hope I'm able to figure out how to link the unit properly once my adapter arrives

I returned an alarm clock per their instructions USPS confirmed delivery on December After several weeks without a word or a refund, I contacted JMJ and they confirmed that they returned the item January and that it could take business days to process the refund After business days (from January 8), I contacted them again and did not hear back I disputed the charge through my American Express and am thankful I have a credit card that was willing to take care of this This is unethical business practices, as there is no reason why it should take so long to process a one item return
