Review: I BOUGHT SPEAKER SYSTEM FROM JMJ SUPPLY ON AUGUST 29 2014. THEY WERE DEFECTIVE AND WAS TOLD TO RETURN THEM FOR REPLACEMENT. THEY RECEIVED THEM ON SEPT. 12TH. Review: Upon receipt of the product I ordered, I realized I had already order another speaker from this same company. I kept the first speaker received and simply wanted to return the unused/new speaker received. The speaker I would like to return is: Order [redacted] Technology Wireless Speaker w/full rich 360 degree sound. I called the number on their website: www.4homespeakers.com ###-###-####, but all they did was give me another number to call ###-###-####. Every time I call the ###-###-#### number I get a recording. I've left numerous messages with my name, phone number and why I was calling (to get an RMA number) which is needed in order to return an item. This has been going on for over 3 months and I've yet to get a response back from this company.Desired Settlement: If you can please get this company, which by the way displays the Revdex.com seal on their website, to honor their commitment to provide RMA number for returns I would greatly appreciated it. At this point, over 3 months, well after the 30 day return policy, I need someone to point out to this company that I've been trying to return this product for over 3 months. Thank you for listening. God help you should you want to return an item to JMJ Supply. I returned an item with a return authorization number. They received it on April 15, 2015. It is May 4, 2015 and I have yet to get my refund.

I placed this order on Dec 02 2015 it's now Dec 15 2015 and I have still not received my order. I call 4HomeSpeaker which is own by JMJ Supply, LLC they told me that they didn't have any information on the item since they didn't do the shipping it was handle by JMJ. So next I contacted JMJ they told me to contact 4HomeSpeaker as they could tell when I get my order. Talk about the old shell game or one hand doesn't know what the other is doing.
As a Senior I feel this company is setup to pray on Senior with hearing problems.
Don't make the mistake I did and order from this company.

Review: Purchased a speaker from this business and need help setting it up. They advertise quick response for any problems you may have with their products. I have been calling them since Monday September 8th. 2014. I have talked to 5 different people about my problem. They always advise me they will have a Teck call me back and help me with my problem. Like I said it's been 5 days and five calls to them with no avail. Can you please help me. Thank You.....[redacted] They returned my call one time on 9-10-2014 at 450 PM and said they were calling to assist me. I returned their call within 5 Min. and a recording said they close at 4 PM. The business called me back the same day of the complaint and instructed me on the set up of said speaker. Thank you very much for your prompt response to my complaint. [redacted]

I ordered the ARS60-KIT-2L2Z (Acoustic Research Recharchable Wireless Speaker w/ TV Adapter Kit) and I received my package and the speaker was dirty and looked like there were greasy fingerprints on it. There was also a discrepancy between the printed directions that came with the package and the instructional video on the website. Both of them had different ways of installing/connecting the product and neither of them worked. This is because I needed an adapter to charge the speaker that was not included in the package and was not in the directions. I called customer service/tech support to inform them of the missing item and said they would ship it out. I called the following day to see if they had shipped it and the adapter still hasn't shipped yet. This is very annoying since I won't be able to use the item until the adapter arrives. Buyer beware and make sure you're getting the adapter for the speaker or else you'll be [redacted] like me. Also, good luck figuring out how to link the unit with 2 different sets of instructions to install the product- video instruction tells you to do it one way and the printed instructions tell you to do it another which makes it very confusing! I hope I'm able to figure out how to link the unit properly once my adapter arrives.
