I ordered the ARS60-KIT-2L2Z (Acoustic Research Recharchable Wireless Speaker w/ TV Adapter Kit) and I received my package and the speaker was dirty and looked like there were greasy fingerprints on it. There was also a discrepancy between the printed directions that came with the package and the instructional video on the website. Both of them had different ways of installing/connecting the product and neither of them worked. This is because I needed an adapter to charge the speaker that was not included in the package and was not in the directions. I called customer service/tech support to inform them of the missing item and said they would ship it out. I called the following day to see if they had shipped it and the adapter still hasn't shipped yet. This is very annoying since I won't be able to use the item until the adapter arrives. Buyer beware and make sure you're getting the adapter for the speaker or else you'll be [redacted] like me. Also, good luck figuring out how to link the unit with 2 different sets of instructions to install the product- video instruction tells you to do it one way and the printed instructions tell you to do it another which makes it very confusing! I hope I'm able to figure out how to link the unit properly once my adapter arrives.

The owner of the company Mike personally called me and we worked this out. He has offered a full refund due to the shipping problem and is giving us the product free of charge do to all the problems with this order, I would like the complaint taken down completely everything has been resolved and I no longer have any issues with this company. I will contact my bank and have any and all charges that were filled or going to be filed dropped and discharged. I appreciate that the owner did call me to resolve this matter and that he take great pride in his company and his business practices.

We do not "guarantee" a certain shipping date unless a customer orders using an "Express" option. Our Website States for Standard Shipping "Usually Ship the Next Business Day" and then this customer chose the standard shipping option "1-5" Business Days Shipping".This customer's order...

was on backorder and did ship late. God help you should you want to return an item to JMJ Supply. I returned an item with a return authorization number. They received it on April 15, 2015. It is May 4, 2015 and I have yet to get my refund.

I ordered a system on 1/13. have not received to date 1/28. when I called today they said it was being shipped today.They charged my account on the 13th. and said it would arrive in 7-12 days.
