I bought a wireless speakers from them it has been replaced times now and the last time it was upgraded now trying to get ahold of them to fix it again that it's not working againhave called about different phone numbers, left messages, no answer several emails and I bought this from 4home speakers.co in novas a present

I placed this order on Dec it's now Dec and I have still not received my orderI call 4HomeSpeaker which is own by JMJ Supply, LLC they told me that they didn't have any information on the item since they didn't do the shipping it was handle by JMJSo next I contacted JMJ they told me to contact 4HomeSpeaker as they could tell when I get my orderTalk about the old shell game or one hand doesn't know what the other is doingAs a Senior I feel this company is setup to pray on Senior with hearing problemsDon't make the mistake I did and order from this company

The owner of the company Mike personally called me and we worked this outHe has offered a full refund due to the shipping problem and is giving us the product free of charge do to all the problems with this order, I would like the complaint taken down completely everything has been resolved and I no longer have any issues with this companyI will contact my bank and have any and all charges that were filled or going to be filed dropped and dischargedI appreciate that the owner did call me to resolve this matter and that he take great pride in his company and his business practices.[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response. 2. [redacted] on yhst-[redacted] for [redacted]WRLS1-9L Wireless Speakers totaling $73.62
He kept order number 1 and called and canceled order number 2. 
By the time our shipping department received the cancellation, we already had shipped the package. We just now refunded his shipping costs, which we had to incur. 
He returned order number 2 and we refunded him the entire cost of the product of except shipping on April 3, 2014. We just now refunded his shipping costs, which we had to incur and has been refunded a total of $73.62.
We ask that this complaint be marked as resolved.

We were delayed by 7-10 days on shipping due to a massive 40" snow storm in the Washington DC Metro Northern Virginia Area.The order has been expedited and will arrive to the customer on Friday Feb 5.There is a Shipping link on our website that addresses weather related delays.

We do not "guarantee" a certain shipping date unless a customer orders using an "Express" option. Our Website States for Standard Shipping "Usually Ship the Next Business Day" and then this customer chose the standard shipping option "1-5" Business Days Shipping".This customer's order was on...

backorder and did ship late.
