I ordered a TV that claimed to ship within hoursI had to call them to confirm an order, they tried to upsell me, which I refusedClaimed business day delivery while website still claims hour shipping months later I waited the days, then emailed them and received no responseI called and was given no information, but was told I would be called back when they figured out what was upI called them back days later and they said it was stuck in customsMaybe that's true, but why wouldn't they have called me about that? I cancelled my order and I pray they are not selling my credit card information to a criminal

Horrible customer service and shipping!!! The website clearly indicates free shipping for the TV, but come to find out they still charge you for shipping They try to bait and switch youFirst they advertise that they are indicating that they are going to include a wall mount but the seller will try to switch it out for a 4k hmdi cable I thought I was saving a few hundred dollars by choosing to go with them, but they somehow factored in over $of shipping into the order which in turn made it the same price as in buying it from amazon Shipping - After my account has been charged for the tv's, I had called to check on the status of themThe seller would reassure me that they have been shipped already, but their website would say that it was still processing days after my account had been charged, the tv's were finally shipped according to their website The tracking number that they had provided me with was not found in the database of the shipping company that they have useddays later the shipping company had updated the tracking to being shipped with an estimated delivery date of weeks That would be a total of over weeks I would have to wait to recieve my tv's I had called them to tell them I wanted to cancel my order and told them the reason was it was taking too long for the whole process The seller then started to disrespect me verbally so I just hung up the phone and contacted my credit card company Never ever will I do business with or recommend this companyHorrible customer serviceSlow shipping Advertisement

This incomplete consumer purchase business transaction is clearly a web of scams and lies imposed by Joe's AV upon the unsuspecting consumerTheir tactic is Bait the buyer with attractive product pricing, but then if the buyer doesn't subject to their upcharge for freight, to switch to a delayed delivery scenario therefore praying on the buyer's patience to either succumb to up-sell fee, or out wait the customer in terms of never actually shipping the item purchased under pretenses The BAIT is their online priceThe switch is the scam of them going for upsell after the original saleFollowing the initial online order completion, and subsequent order confirmation, I received an email exactly working days after the transaction asking me to call and "confirm" the orderUpon calling, I was instantly met with aggressive upsellingIn my case the upsell was $expedited freight so product would ship within 3-business daysSo when I countered by stating that I had made the purchase based on the understanding that delivery was "Free" & even included "Enhanced Delivery Upgrade"The salesperson agreed these were true but didn't commit Joe's to a delivery time-frameAnd so, if I didn't pay the expedited freight then delivery would take 21-daysThis upsell process involved phone transfers & hold, pushy inside sales service, and even dismissive supervisory escalationNone the less, I waived the offer for expedited freight charge, and resigned to the 21-days wait period despite the the online point of purchase clearly indicating product "in stock." So I aired on the side of patience, and after waiting the days, I began the process to follow up for statusIn those follow ups I was fed many excuses but no actual shipment status update was ever givenChronologically those excuses were, "it wasn't days, but working days..." and so after working days I was then told, "...we need to contact carrier and call you back..." and so after no call back I was then told, "...the product is still waiting for import and hung up in US Customs and we don't know when it will be released..." Finally at this point was the first I heard after previously being told the product was in "in stock" that the product was being imported at allSo I asked how can the product be in stock but waiting on import? I was told, "...it is in stock, just not in this country." Of course long before this point my suspicion of the validity for this transaction grew and grewAnd that's when research revealed a far more malicious enterpriseOne of the review logos at the bottom of their web page only appears to resemble a Revdex.com seal, but in reality is not Revdex.com at allThe real Revdex.com has Joe's AV listed with a "F" scoreSo once past the smoke screen of propped up reviews, to more substantial and trusted review enterprises, far lower scores are revealed, and countless current reviews that read identical to my review here But in the spirit of fair trade, let's stick to only the factsAny buyer would misinterpret these key terms and phrases, so allow me to clarify them based on my direct experienceIf I were aware in advance, these misrepresentations alone would certainly prevent me making any purchase with Joe's AV 1) "Free Delivery" does not mean Timely or Expedited Delivery 2) "In Stock" does not mean readily available and doesn't even mean in stock within the United States 3) "21-Days for Item to Ship" doesn't mean calendar days but rather working Days 4) "Working Days" doesn't mean item will ship within this committed time frame eitherIt also doesn't mean once this time has passed Joe's AV will give any updated time frame or commitment of follow up service at all Best of luck to unsuspecting buyers out thereHopefully this review makes it through to the public eye

The heading just above the Top reasons to buy from Joe's AV Clearly states you are getting an original [redacted] product THIS IS NOT AN ORIGINAL [redacted] PRODUCT!!! I was looking for a [redacted] Class SUHD 4K LED Smart HDTV - [redacted] online and found a great price through Joe's AV for $(now, just days later it is $1649) I ordered it and received confirmation of my order via email I received another email the next day asking me to call to "confirm my order" Again, I have confirmation I ordered that exact modelSee below what was on my receipt: [redacted] Class SUHD 4K LED Smart HDTV- [redacted] BRAND NEW YEAR USA [redacted] WARRANTY I called and they told me the one I had ordered had an 8-bit panel made by a company other than [redacted] and that if I wanted the better one with a [redacted] 10-Bit panel it would be an extra $300+ He said other companies sell it for $800+ more Yes, I know many other companies sell this TV for significantly more, but that is why I was ordering it through Joe's AV Sounded fishy so I called [redacted] [redacted] ONLY makes this TV with model number [redacted] with a 10-bit panel made by [redacted] I do have that in writing So, to be clear I called Joe's AV back and asked if this was an original product made by [redacted] as stated on their site After going back and forth a few minutes with the "manager" continuing to ask if I wanted it or not, I asked, "Is this a brand new TV made by [redacted] TV" and he said, "brand new." I then asked, "How, if it were made by [redacted] , did it have another panel put in?" He said, I don't know, we buy them like that from the wholesale company." Then I said, "Okay, so it is not really a [redacted] is it?" And then he paused and said said, "RIGHT." I can't believe he actually answered that questionHe even admits it is not and original, [redacted] product And, yes I do have proof I cancelled my order and my credit card

Overall, pretty satisfied........took a little longer to get the product to me but did get it finally They forgot to send the upgraded mount but when I called them, they got it right out to me Great price on the product after much shopping around!

We have emailed the customer a copy of the warranty and he is satisfied

Always so helpful and quick to respond to emails Everyone who works here is an expert and they always have an answer to your questions I've purchased two LG tvs from joe's and highly recommend their services Perfect shopping experience!

Do not use - they are a classic bait and switch store and you will not get the item you purchased!
I purchased a $samsung television 10/11/ Got an email confirming the receipt of my online purchase request I then waited a couple days and called them to make sure the order was being delivered I spoke to someone who stated that I should get the "white glove" delivery service for an additional $and that would allow scheduled delivery within a week I declined and he said that the delivery would take days because it's coming from seattle
well its now 11/22/and I haven't heard anything back
I assume that if I had ordered the white glove then they might have sent it to me but since I didn't that it wasn't worth their time They advertise low prices, but only deliver if you agree to the up-sell Bait and switch

I placed my order of Samsung 75" TVs online Monday July from Joe's AVI received a call from someone at Joe's to confirm the orderAfter confirming my order, he proceeded to try to charge me for expedited shipping even though my receipt says free enhanced shippingHe told me that this enhanced shipping would take days for my TVs to get to me (I would hate to know how long the non-enhanced shipping would take)I told him that I was not paying any more for faster shippingHe then tried to get me to pay 2% for shipping insurance which I declined; that 2% would have been an additional ($110)When I told him that I was going to leave him a review online about our conversation, he promised to upgrade me to the expedited shipping which would not make me wait the daysI feel that the person that I spoke to was very rude and pushy and I did not like talking to them
My TVs finally arrived on Wednesday August That took days to get my TVs to me in Florida and the vendor is in the North EastI accepted the delivery the first day that they oferred it to meThe tracking that they sent me says that my TVs shipped from New Jersey on July which was days after I placed my orderThis does not seem like expedited shipping
From the time I verified my order to the time I got my TVs, I had at least communications with Joe's AV (via email and phone)The phone communication that I had with their employees (except for Stephanie on one call) was very rude and pushy (similar to my original call with them)
I saved about $vsthe next best price that I could find online by buying from Joe'sBased on the rude staff and very slow shipping, I wish I would have paid the extra few hundred dollars and bought elsewhere
I hope that this review is helpful if you are considering purchasing from this vendor

I ordered a new Sony inch tv I got the best price around, had no problems with delivery and the tv arrived in perfect condition I see negatives posted here, but I had no problems at all

Easy to deal with Great Prices

Joe's Av is always easy to find what I'm looking for their shipping prices are great and my orders are always fulfilled in timely fashion

01/10/- called joes to purchase a p/n# un85ju7100fxza They had it listed for $4, They said it was in stock but would take 21days to deliver The sales person then asked if I would like the Asian or Mexican model I asked what is the difference He said the Asian model was the older model (2015), but they it was re-released in and were manufactured in Mexico Sales person said the Mexican version has a better screen The Mexican Version was priced at $6, I told him this was out of my price range and I would just like the original version they had listed on their websiteThe sales person said ok and he would cancel my order, and then hung up the phone call
The impression I got from this company was to get you on the phone and then get you to buy something else
very shady
