I ordered a TV that claimed to ship within hoursI had to call them to confirm an order, they tried to upsell me, which I refusedClaimed business day delivery while website still claims hour shipping months later
I waited the days, then emailed them and received no responseI called and was given no information, but was told I would be called back when they figured out what was upI called them back days later and they said it was stuck in customsMaybe that's true, but why wouldn't they have called me about that?
I cancelled my order and I pray they are not selling my credit card information to a criminal

This a complete lie we gave her free shipping and she insulted us and cancel the order we gave he free upgraded shipping

I purchased a product a week before Christmas I immediately got a call stating the product will be shipped to you in few weeks for extra charge of $Keep in mind, the site advertises Free shipping on this productI thought, well I wanted it by New Years, so went ahead and paid the extra chargeThen they add an extra charge for shipping protection of $I was O.Kwith this as well because I wanted it by New YearsTwo weeks pass and I don't receive any productI didn't have the product by New Years inspite of paying the extra costI was upsetI called the customer service few times to know the status, and every time I call I get only one response "I need to check with the distributor , call back tomorrow" no matter what time of the dayI was like, alright, I'll call backWhen I call back the following day, I still get the same responseThey say, "I see the order is placed, I need to get the tracking number"Keep in mind, there's no order place neither the tracking numberI called back on Jan 4, Jan and send few emails tooAt this point, I was frustrated and wanted the money backThe product I purchased was more than $I sent emails for a full refundI never got a call neither an email from any of the staffThey don't follow up or call, I had to call every single timeI never got any response for the refund request tooI called on Jan to check the status of the refund, this gentleman, very very rude, spoke and said the same thing, "I see the order is placed, I need to get the tracking number"I said Sir, I'm not calling to check the status of the order, I'm calling to check the status of my refundHe said call me back tomorrow for the order statusI told him that I get that every time I call you guysI'm not interested in the product but interested in the refundHe said, "Call me back tomorrow"I replied, "You tell me the same, but infact you guys never do itYou should be calling me and give me the status"He replied, "You aren't my wife to call and provide the status of the order"I was shocked to hear that from a customer service professionalI would never ever do business with these folks

My overall experience with Joe's AV was nearly flawlessI was skeptical buying online and did a lot of research on where to buy as stores such as Best Buy, HH Gregg, etc had prices considerably higherI'm glad I decided on Joes as I got an amazing deal, great service and no delivery issuesNot long after I placed my order I got a call confirming itNo bait and switch tactics as I had read about with some other online storesDelivery was as expected and the driver unloaded and unpackaged it, plugged it in and made sure everything workedI would definitely buy from Joes again

After ordering a 65" TV got a call and have been said that there was no the additional warranty for $And got suggestion to pay additional $for shipping if I want to get the TV in 7-days instead of daysI agreed with thatI asked for a tracking number for two weeks and never got itAlways got the answer: "The TV already shipped, but not scanned yet"Finally I called my credit card company and requested to not pay to the "seller"

This business should be shut down We experienced the same issues as everyone else We placed our order and called the next day to confirm everything was all set The customer service rep upgraded our warranty and our delivery to white glove, both for additional fees We called SEVERAL times to inquire about the tracking number and never received it We called the credit card company to dispute the charge, then called the company to cancel our order We're now on our way to Best Buy to purchase the tv We should have gone there in the first place Their ads seem too good to be true we should have known better!!!

I ordered an expensive Weber grill on November 2, After several calls I was told that the model I ordered was being replaced and they would send me a newer model at no additional costI fo
I ally got my grill on Jan 6, I noted a missing part and no serial number on the grill,
even though it arrived in a factory crateI called Weber grills, who informed me that joesav was an unapproved dealer and they would not honor any warranty or send replacement for a missing partI have had a number of gas grills, so this ain't my first rodeoThis is a good grillI have emailed joesav, but who's at fault here and how are we to protect ourselves from merchants like this? I don't knowWe'll see what happens, but I'm not happy with Weber either

STOP!!! DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
Well unfortunatelyI only read a few reviews before buying on Oct 28th 2016, today is January 19th 2017, and have STILL not received the T.V I bought this t.v, 75" samsung as a birthday present for my husband one month early, thinking it would arrive in plenty of timeUnfortunatelythe same thing has happened to me as I read in these reviews i.e up charging for shipping...and nasty representatives!! Like bullying! I declined the shipping and they said it could take days, I just had such a hard time believing that it could take that long, I said O.K.....so as time went by I would call as you have no tracking #...they were nasty againand would say they would call when they got to CalifAnyway...my husbands Birthday 11-went by...I had a party for him which I wanted to play concerts on the tv went by...then the family came in for thanksgiving...football...all the holiday concerts and movie's with the kids...All the time I am calling..They say let me look in to it , I'll call you backor times they said that ...NEVER did they call backThen...it's on the ship..WHAT...On A SHIP?? you said it was in stock!! That is in stock !! Then it's in customs for weeks ..bla bla bla...well today I am done!! I don't understand where there gain is..the only thing I can think of is they are somehow selling my credit card...but that doesn't make sense either...so..I read a review a couple of months ago...she said ( If you value your sanity...don't do business with this company!) Boy...I wish I had listened to her earlier...the stress factor and disappointment has been really intense...I have never experienced such a frustrating waist of time!
