A replacement tv was sent and received on 10/the customer is happy

We spoke to the customer he got is tracking number he didn't see on the order he sees that it shipped and he is happy

Advertised free shipping and website stated product was in stock - Multiple phone calls declining express shipping for $- Agent stated product on ship unless express shipping - Still not processed or shipped after days Called credit card company to void order

Horrible customer service and shipping!!!
The website clearly indicates free shipping for the TV, but come to find out they still charge you for shipping They try to bait and switch youFirst they advertise that they are indicating that they are going to include a wall mount but the seller will try to switch it out for a 4k hmdi cable I thought I was saving a few hundred dollars by choosing to go with them, but they somehow factored in over $of shipping into the order which in turn made it the same price as in buying it from amazon
Shipping - After my account has been charged for the tv's, I had called to check on the status of themThe seller would reassure me that they have been shipped already, but their website would say that it was still processing days after my account had been charged, the tv's were finally shipped according to their website The tracking number that they had provided me with was not found in the database of the shipping company that they have useddays later the shipping company had updated the tracking to being shipped with an estimated delivery date of weeks That would be a total of over weeks I would have to wait to recieve my tv's I had called them to tell them I wanted to cancel my order and told them the reason was it was taking too long for the whole process The seller then started to disrespect me verbally so I just hung up the phone and contacted my credit card company

I have been shopping at Joes for years and its one of the best stores in the city! I trust them and love it there! It's the only Projector/Tv store I shop at!

Ordered a Weber $grilI was told by website that shipping was upgraded for freeI then received phonecalls from joesav and they asked me to upgrade shipping for $I said I had already gotten upgraded shippingThey said no if you dont pay $it will take days..if you pay it takes days by a better freight companyI paid^ days later my order has not shipped and indicates still processing..this business is a sham

Joe's AV is one big scam They offer lower-than-possible prices on the internet, baiting many buyer's into purchasing an item They'll wait about hours and send you an e-mail that says, "You need to call us about your order." When you call, you have to sit on hold for minutes or more When you get through to someone, they're as rude and aloof as can be As I speak to the people, I can often hear them having casual conversations with others (presumably next to them) as I'm speaking
Their scam is that they'll say, "This product isn't made anymore and we don't have it," and then they'll try and sell you a different model that's much more expensive They'll do this with recently-released items that are on the manufacturer's website and are CLEARLY and readily available elsewhere
Or they'll say, "This item is backordered and we don't have it in stock, but if you pay $more for expedited shipping, we can have the wholesaler drop ship it directly to you and you'll get it soon." Even then, no one will ship the item to you and you'll be left waiting for weeks or months
They close at pm on a Friday and aren't open on Saturdays If you call on a Sunday, they'll say, "Oh, customer service isn't here on Sundays, you have to call back." They'll evade your questions and weasel out of giving you any real answers
They'll take your personal information and then now ship you anything Now, they won't actually charge you either, but they'll take your personal information and credit card number They don't have an actual store This is just a front for some other illicit business

Very rude and unprofessional communicationsThey changed my order details with a product code and a link to a cheaper model, still leaving what I paid for in the titleWhen I called them, they said it has been shipped, and I am in fact getting a better model than the one that I ordered (BS)I got my money back in full after all, although they wanted to charge for shippingThe only reason they have at Google is because they ask for feedback before fulfilling the orderTaking other reviews into account, I really doubt that they ever ship anything to anyone Stay away

The advertised a VERY low price for a inch television I purchased the television, they called me and tried to upsell me to a different one I said no, I wanted to the one that was advertised and then they never shipped it I called once or twice every week for two months and each time they were very curt stating it would be one to two more weeks I kept calling and they kept saying just to wait I finally called back and just canceled the order They then called me repeatedly and promised to ship it right away, I said fine, ship it THEY NEVER SHIPPED IT! I kept calling back and now they have just ignored my calls Blows my mind! They have jerked me around for over two months Terrible experience!
I feel it was just a bait and switch

This incomplete consumer purchase business transaction is clearly a web of scams and lies imposed by Joe's AV upon the unsuspecting consumerTheir tactic is Bait the buyer with attractive product pricing, but then if the buyer doesn't subject to their upcharge for freight, to switch to a delayed delivery scenario therefore praying on the buyer's patience to either succumb to up-sell fee, or out wait the customer in terms of never actually shipping the item purchased under pretenses
The BAIT is their online priceThe switch is the scam of them going for upsell after the original saleFollowing the initial online order completion, and subsequent order confirmation, I received an email exactly working days after the transaction asking me to call and "confirm" the orderUpon calling, I was instantly met with aggressive upsellingIn my case the upsell was $expedited freight so product would ship within 3-business daysSo when I countered by stating that I had made the purchase based on the understanding that delivery was "Free" & even included "Enhanced Delivery Upgrade"The salesperson agreed these were true but didn't commit Joe's to a delivery time-frameAnd so, if I didn't pay the expedited freight then delivery would take 21-daysThis upsell process involved phone transfers & hold, pushy inside sales service, and even dismissive supervisory escalationNone the less, I waived the offer for expedited freight charge, and resigned to the 21-days wait period despite the the online point of purchase clearly indicating product "in stock."
So I aired on the side of patience, and after waiting the days, I began the process to follow up for statusIn those follow ups I was fed many excuses but no actual shipment status update was ever givenChronologically those excuses were, "it wasn't days, but working days..." and so after working days I was then told, "...we need to contact carrier and call you back..." and so after no call back I was then told, "...the product is still waiting for import and hung up in US Customs and we don't know when it will be released..." Finally at this point was the first I heard after previously being told the product was in "in stock" that the product was being imported at allSo I asked how can the product be in stock but waiting on import? I was told, "...it is in stock, just not in this country."
Of course long before this point my suspicion of the validity for this transaction grew and grewAnd that's when research revealed a far more malicious enterpriseOne of the review logos at the bottom of their web page only appears to resemble a Revdex.com seal, but in reality is not Revdex.com at allThe real Revdex.com has Joe's AV listed with a "F" scoreSo once past the smoke screen of propped up reviews, to more substantial and trusted review enterprises, far lower scores are revealed, and countless current reviews that read identical to my review here
But in the spirit of fair trade, let's stick to only the factsAny buyer would misinterpret these key terms and phrases, so allow me to clarify them based on my direct experienceIf I were aware in advance, these misrepresentations alone would certainly prevent me making any purchase with Joe's AV
1) "Free Delivery" does not mean Timely or Expedited Delivery
2) "In Stock" does not mean readily available and doesn't even mean in stock within the United States
3) "21-Days for Item to Ship" doesn't mean calendar days but rather working Days
4) "Working Days" doesn't mean item will ship within this committed time frame eitherIt also doesn't mean once this time has passed Joe's AV will give any updated time frame or commitment of follow up service at all
Best of luck to unsuspecting buyers out thereHopefully this review makes it through to the public eye

I called Joe's AV to try and get a feel for them since there are so many negative reviewsWhen I was connected to a sales rep, there was just silence while I heard another rep yelling at a customer in the backgroundHe was arguing with them about canceling an orderHe said he would be charged 6% to cancel and called him a *** ***"
Then my rep asked how he could help meI mentioned I was interested in a tvHe said he would see if they have it and call me back
I said that nheard the rep swear at another customer and asked if that was and he laughed and said "yeah"
I asked if they could tell me anything to make me more confident in buying from them since they have so many bad reviews and he just last laughed at me

I made on online purchase and was pleased with the priceI did have some issue with delivery and had to call a couple of times before they sent me the tracking and my order
Overall I am pleased and will look to Joes A/V to purchase again

Joe's AV is a remarkable company that offers very high quality products at extremely competitive pricesWhen they add free shipping, what's not to like? I am a repeat customer and will continue to come back to Joes in the futureThank you, Joes AV!!

Terrible companyAdvertised free shippingAfter placing an order in November, I got a call from them that product ($1,710.00) will be shipped in business days unless I want to pay around dollars for expedited shippingI agreed to daysAfter calendar months, no product, no phone calls, nothing! I called them and was told, they have to check with the distributorI said - no thank you, and just cancelled the orderDo not buy from them!!!
