Stay Away! First of all, good luck getting a hold of these people. They never answer and when they do, they're not very customer service oriented. Ordered TV on 8/7, They took almost 3 weeks to "next day" ship it. I experienced bait and switch style sales in that they attempted to upsale everything like shipping, mounting bracket, sound bar... After days of failed contact attempts, I finally got through to see about my shipping confirmation and tracking number. When I couldn't get a tracking number from them on 8/25 (answer I kept getting was: "We don't have that information. The shipping company has that information.") I asked them to cancel my order. The man on the phone said, "let me track that information down for you alright?Ill call you back" A day went by, I didn't hear from them. I called again and this time a lady answered, I asked again, & got the same response about not having a tracking number. I called my credit card company to dispute and attempt to cancel the charges. There was a dispute opened, credit card company made multiple failed attempts to contact the company as well. The charges were credited back to our card, and Joes AV was given 45 days to respond to dispute. They finally "next day" delivered it on 8/27. Credit card company handled the reversal of credit. The charge went through on 9/2. It's now October and just a few days ago I checked my credit card statement and guess what? ANOTHER charge for the TV came through on 10/12.. What, did they think I wouldn't notice??

We spoke to the customer he got is tracking number he didn't see on the order he sees that it shipped and he is happy.

The website clearly indicates free shipping for the TV, but come to find out they still charge you for shipping. They try to bait and switch you. First they advertise that they are indicating that they are going to include a wall mount but the seller will try to switch it out for a 4k hmdi cable. I thought I was saving a few hundred dollars by choosing to go with them, but they somehow factored in over $250 of shipping into the order which in turn made it the same price as in buying it from amazon.
Shipping - After my account has been charged for the tv's, I had called to check on the status of them. The seller would reassure me that they have been shipped already, but their website would say that it was still processing. 10 days after my account had been charged, the tv's were finally shipped according to their website. The tracking number that they had provided me with was not found in the database of the shipping company that they have used. 2 days later the shipping company had updated the tracking to being shipped with an estimated delivery date of 2 weeks. That would be a total of over 3 weeks I would have to wait to recieve my tv's. I had called them to tell them I wanted to cancel my order and told them the reason was it was taking too long for the whole process. The seller then started to disrespect me verbally so I just hung up the phone and contacted my credit card company.

Never ever will I do business with or recommend this company. Horrible customer service. Slow shipping. False Advertisement.

This a complete lie we gave her free shipping and she insulted us and cancel the order we gave he free upgraded shipping

Joe'sAV was a pleasure to work with. Communication during shipping could have been a bit better but my TV arrived just in time. The TV itself was flawless and the prices are unbeatable.

Overall, pretty satisfied........took a little longer to get the product to me but did get it finally. They forgot to send the upgraded mount but when I called them, they got it right out to me.

I had a great interaction with Joe's AV. The customer service was helpful and I was able to get a low price on a quality brand name TV.

Joe's AV is one big scam. They offer lower-than-possible prices on the internet, baiting many buyer's into purchasing an item. They'll wait about 24 hours and send you an e-mail that says, "You need to call us about your order." When you call, you have to sit on hold for 20 minutes or more. When you get through to someone, they're as rude and aloof as can be. As I speak to the people, I can often hear them having casual conversations with others (presumably next to them) as I'm speaking.

Their scam is that they'll say, "This product isn't made anymore and we don't have it," and then they'll try and sell you a different model that's much more expensive. They'll do this with recently-released items that are on the manufacturer's website and are CLEARLY and readily available elsewhere.

Or they'll say, "This item is backordered and we don't have it in stock, but if you pay $150 more for expedited shipping, we can have the wholesaler drop ship it directly to you and you'll get it soon." Even then, no one will ship the item to you and you'll be left waiting for weeks or months.

They close at 2 pm on a Friday and aren't open on Saturdays. If you call on a Sunday, they'll say, "Oh, customer service isn't here on Sundays, you have to call back." They'll evade your questions and weasel out of giving you any real answers.

They'll take your personal information and then now ship you anything. Now, they won't actually charge you either, but they'll take your personal information and credit card number. They don't have an actual store. This is just a front for some other illicit business.

01/10/2017 - called joes to purchase a p/n# un85ju7100fxza. They had it listed for $4,899.00. They said it was in stock but would take 21days to deliver. The sales person then asked if I would like the Asian or Mexican model. I asked what is the difference. He said the Asian model was the older model (2015), but they it was re-released in 2016 and were manufactured in Mexico. Sales person said the Mexican version has a better screen. The Mexican Version was priced at $6,700.00. I told him this was out of my price range and I would just like the original version they had listed on their website. The sales person said ok and he would cancel my order, and then hung up the phone call.

The impression I got from this company was to get you on the phone and then get you to buy something else.

I ordered a TV that claimed to ship within 24 hours. I had to call them to confirm an order, they tried to upsell me, which I refused. Claimed 28 business day delivery while website still claims 24 hour shipping months later.
I waited the 28 days, then emailed them and received no response. I called and was given no information, but was told I would be called back when they figured out what was up. I called them back 5 days later and they said it was stuck in customs. Maybe that's true, but why wouldn't they have called me about that?

I cancelled my order and I pray they are not selling my credit card information to a criminal.

Terrible company. Advertised free shipping. After placing an order in November, I got a call from them that product ($1,710.00) will be shipped in 28 business days unless I want to pay around 150 dollars for expedited shipping. I agreed to 28 days. After 2 calendar months, no product, no phone calls, nothing! I called them and was told, they have to check with the distributor. I said - no thank you, and just cancelled the order. Do not buy from them!!!

Selected 7-10 day shipping option when I ordered. A few days after ordering, I still hadn't received shipping confirmation, so I called to check status. Rude representative said it had already shipped - but couldn't provide a tracking number, delivery date or any details. When I indicated I wanted to cancel the order, he said he couldn't cancel because the order had already shipped. Then I started getting nervous. 3 days later, my shipping status still said 'Processing' with no shipping details. My TV finally shipped 11 days after I placed the order - via ground shipping that will take an additional 7 days.

I did some research and found hundreds of 1 star reviews from people who experienced the exact same thing as me - yet they still get 4+ ratings from the review sites. Many of the good ratings appear to be suspicious - or came from people who had a good ordering experience, but were waiting for shipment. After I initially posted this, I got an alert that the business challenged the review, claiming I was not a customer. Now I understand how they suppress the negative reviews. I had to provide a copy of my order info in order to get this posted.

Don't do business with these people.
