Ordered a Weber $1975 gril. I was told by website that shipping was upgraded for free. I then received 3 phonecalls from joesav and they asked me to upgrade shipping for $99.95 I said I had already gotten upgraded shipping. They said no if you dont pay $99.95 it will take 28 days..if you pay it takes 7 days by a better freight company. I paid. ^ days later my order has not shipped and indicates still processing..this business is a sham.

Great customer service. Cares for its customers. Listened carefully and resolved my problem effectively and with kindness.

Stay Away! First of all, good luck getting a hold of these people. They never answer and when they do, they're not very customer service oriented. Ordered TV on 8/7, They took almost 3 weeks to "next day" ship it. I experienced bait and switch style sales in that they attempted to upsale everything like shipping, mounting bracket, sound bar... After days of failed contact attempts, I finally got through to see about my shipping confirmation and tracking number. When I couldn't get a tracking number from them on 8/25 (answer I kept getting was: "We don't have that information. The shipping company has that information.") I asked them to cancel my order. The man on the phone said, "let me track that information down for you alright?Ill call you back" A day went by, I didn't hear from them. I called again and this time a lady answered, I asked again, & got the same response about not having a tracking number. I called my credit card company to dispute and attempt to cancel the charges. There was a dispute opened, credit card company made multiple failed attempts to contact the company as well. The charges were credited back to our card, and Joes AV was given 45 days to respond to dispute. They finally "next day" delivered it on 8/27. Credit card company handled the reversal of credit. The charge went through on 9/2. It's now October and just a few days ago I checked my credit card statement and guess what? ANOTHER charge for the TV came through on 10/12.. What, did they think I wouldn't notice??

The EXACT same thing happened to me. The waiting, the run around, the next day shipping, the double billing of my charge card.. EVERYTHING!

Joe's AV is a remarkable company that offers very high quality products at extremely competitive prices. When they add free shipping, what's not to like? I am a repeat customer and will continue to come back to Joes in the future. Thank you, Joes AV!!

This is a bait and switch operation. They claim free shipping but in reality they only ship to certain locations and then request you pay more to get it to your house. In certain circumstances they don't ship at all - see all internet reviews This is not a trusted company and you should avoid making purchases with them.

would not buy from them ever again can't even ship to my house so gave them a family members address to deliver to so far it has changed twice they according to there shipping policy if it has been more than 10 days from time of verification date witch it has you can call but no one ever answered and have to make a 3 hour round trip if my order ever gets to where its going so I can pick it up when I ordered it I got the free ground shipping never once said couldn't deliver to my house at time of order then they called me said they couldn't deliver to my house and wanted to rip me off and pay an additional 150 bucks for white glove service if its white glove service it should be delivered to my house for that. and the owner or supervisor and a rep I talked to were very rude and didn't care about making customers happy I guess thats why they are not accredited by Revdex.com. they cant back up there service yet supposed to be family owned I can guess they treat family like crap from the way they treat customers

Advertised free shipping and website stated product was in stock - Multiple phone calls declining express shipping for $99 - Agent stated product on ship unless express shipping - Still not processed or shipped after 10 days. Called credit card company to void order

Been two months and still no TV. Called multiple times and each time received a different lie. Sent 10 emails thy they never responded to. STAY AWAY from these scammers.

Selected 7-10 day shipping option when I ordered. A few days after ordering, I still hadn't received shipping confirmation, so I called to check status. Rude representative said it had already shipped - but couldn't provide a tracking number, delivery date or any details. When I indicated I wanted to cancel the order, he said he couldn't cancel because the order had already shipped. Then I started getting nervous. 3 days later, my shipping status still said 'Processing' with no shipping details. My TV finally shipped 11 days after I placed the order - via ground shipping that will take an additional 7 days.

I did some research and found hundreds of 1 star reviews from people who experienced the exact same thing as me - yet they still get 4+ ratings from the review sites. Many of the good ratings appear to be suspicious - or came from people who had a good ordering experience, but were waiting for shipment. After I initially posted this, I got an alert that the business challenged the review, claiming I was not a customer. Now I understand how they suppress the negative reviews. I had to provide a copy of my order info in order to get this posted.

Don't do business with these people.

The heading just above the Top 5 reasons to buy from Joe's AV. Clearly states you are getting an original [redacted] product. THIS IS NOT AN ORIGINAL [redacted] PRODUCT!!! I was looking for a [redacted] 65 Class SUHD 4K LED Smart HDTV - [redacted] online and found a great price through Joe's AV for $1729 (now, just 3 days later it is $1649). I ordered it and received confirmation of my order via email. I received another email the next day asking me to call to "confirm my order". Again, I have confirmation I ordered that exact model. See below what was on my receipt:

[redacted] 65 Class SUHD 4K LED Smart HDTV-[redacted] BRAND NEW 1 YEAR USA [redacted] WARRANTY.

I called and they told me the one I had ordered had an 8-bit panel made by a company other than [redacted] and that if I wanted the better one with a [redacted] 10-Bit panel it would be an extra $300+. He said other companies sell it for $800+ more. Yes, I know many other companies sell this TV for significantly more, but that is why I was ordering it through Joe's AV.

Sounded fishy so I called [redacted] ONLY makes this TV with model number [redacted] with a 10-bit panel made by [redacted]. I do have that in writing. So, to be clear I called Joe's AV back and asked if this was an original product made by [redacted] as stated on their site. After going back and forth a few minutes with the "manager" continuing to ask if I wanted it or not, I asked, "Is this a brand new TV made by [redacted] TV" and he said, "brand new." I then asked, "How, if it were made by [redacted], did it have another panel put in?" He said, I don't know, we buy them like that from the wholesale company." Then I said, "Okay, so it is not really a [redacted] is it?" And then he paused and said said, "RIGHT." I can't believe he actually answered that question. He even admits it is not and original, [redacted] product. And, yes I do have proof.

I cancelled my order and my credit card.

Have ordered based on research, applications and the recommendations from the people at Joes. The people at the company are remarkable and have been extremely professional.

I called Joe's AV to try and get a feel for them since there are so many negative reviews. When I was connected to a sales rep, there was just silence while I heard another rep yelling at a customer in the background. He was arguing with them about canceling an order. He said he would be charged 6% to cancel and called him a [redacted]"

Then my rep asked how he could help me. I mentioned I was interested in a tv. He said he would see if they have it and call me back.

I said that nheard the rep swear at another customer and asked if that was normal and he laughed and said "yeah".

I asked if they could tell me anything to make me more confident in buying from them since they have so many bad reviews and he just last laughed at me

Excellent customer service from searching for the tv through delivery. Best price found for the tv purchased.

Joe's AV is one big scam. They offer lower-than-possible prices on the internet, baiting many buyer's into purchasing an item. They'll wait about 24 hours and send you an e-mail that says, "You need to call us about your order." When you call, you have to sit on hold for 20 minutes or more. When you get through to someone, they're as rude and aloof as can be. As I speak to the people, I can often hear them having casual conversations with others (presumably next to them) as I'm speaking.

Their scam is that they'll say, "This product isn't made anymore and we don't have it," and then they'll try and sell you a different model that's much more expensive. They'll do this with recently-released items that are on the manufacturer's website and are CLEARLY and readily available elsewhere.

Or they'll say, "This item is backordered and we don't have it in stock, but if you pay $150 more for expedited shipping, we can have the wholesaler drop ship it directly to you and you'll get it soon." Even then, no one will ship the item to you and you'll be left waiting for weeks or months.

They close at 2 pm on a Friday and aren't open on Saturdays. If you call on a Sunday, they'll say, "Oh, customer service isn't here on Sundays, you have to call back." They'll evade your questions and weasel out of giving you any real answers.

They'll take your personal information and then now ship you anything. Now, they won't actually charge you either, but they'll take your personal information and credit card number. They don't have an actual store. This is just a front for some other illicit business.

Service was quick, free shipping, and everything I ordered was still sealed by the factory. Everything also had a US manufacturers warranty!
