This company did a large landscaping job for me Immediately some of the same kind of plant were dying (there were of these planted)I started reporting problems May 29thI was reimbursed for the that died but they continued to die off so I reported again June and was reimbursed for totalJuly 18th I requested that someone come and fill in all the empty areas where all the plants had died off and was told that someone would fix itAug I emailed pics and how upset I was that no one had come yet, I got no replyAugust I called the business, was told the secretary was on the other line and would call me back, Sept the call was returned in which I was given the owner ***'s cell number so I could deal with him directly He assured me he would fix it on Sept 4thOct I texted *** asking when he is coming, no reply receivedOct 4th I called him and said he would be there in a few daysExchanged a few more calls and put offs and finally he came Oct 15th and ins

Per our phone conversation this morning, *** story is correctwhat she didn't tell Revdex.com is that when we showed up on 12-20-the air cleaner was off the generatorFuse was blown on the generatorWhen I called Diane on the phone to find out the history before we got on site on 12-20-16,
she did't think her son had touched the generatorShe asked her son if he touched it while I was on the phone, he did admit to touching the battery cables and something happened to the low voltage fuseWhen we went back on 1-6-to install the gas fuel solenoid, we found the air cleaner off the generator again Thanks again, Mark *** *** , Service Manager

Phone response - I have spoken to the consumer, and it was agreed that a refund is not warranted as we did not do the install of the part.

Review: A little less than three years ago I ordered a class ring from this company and ordered it in 10k white gold. I was ensured the company did not plate the rings so it would be solid 10k white gold. A few months ago my ring started to make my finger hurt and began to give me a rash, now a good portion of the 10k white gold plating has worn away and it is obvious that the ring was in fact plated and not solid white gold. I also had the ring unformally looked at by a gold appraiser who confirmed my suspition that the ring in fact is not 10k solid white gold. I have tried many times to contact the company at their direct office with no success. upon calling the customer service phoneline I was told I was wrong and that I would only be able to get a new ring, however, I do not want a new ring from the same company that lied to me and is probably lying to many other customers. This company has been no help and made me feel awful throughout this entire experience.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund so I can get a new ring from a company I trust who isn't going to tell me I'm wrong if I speak up if I do not get the product or service I pay for.

Review: I ordered a package of items from Josten's for my daughters high school graduation. Part of the package was a personalized mug. When the mug arrived in April of 2013 it was discovered that they had put the wrong name on the mug.I immediately notified [redacted] of Josten's from [redacted], WV. He replied and stated he would have a corrected "new" mug sent out right away.It is now February 2014 and I still have not received this new mug.I have corresponded with **. [redacted] numerous times regarding this, each time, he promises to get the new mug sent, but it never arrives.My last communication with **. [redacted] in January of 2014 I told him I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com if I did not receive the new mug. He stated he would call me the next day, but never did.I want my mug or a refund of the money I paid the for the mug.Desired Settlement: I would like the mug that I ordered with the proper name inscribed on it. [redacted] this is not possible I want a complete refund of the cost of the mug.
