We are selling our house and the buyers were concerned about the age of the furnace I called JPS Furnace yesterday and they were able to send a technician over by noon to inspect and do a service on the furnace to ensure it was in good working order I had the report by 3:pm and forwarded it to our realtor right away Buyers signed off on the conditions and voila - house is sold! The second was a project we were doing for a single detached home entire home renovationLast minute decision made on a Tuesday entire furnace and forced air hot water tank to be replacedThe team showed up Wednesday morning (Yes the next day) removed old units and reinstalled new units day! not only that but all the old parts were recycled and not just thrown into the landfillNicely done gentlemen
This not only made us look like hero's but allowed us to expand a bathroom as we removed the entire stack to the roofFast wow and the guys were fun to work withJob well done

During the cold snap in December our furnace malfunctioned during the night and our family awoke to a cold homeI immediately called James with JPS and he walked me through steps I as a home owner could take to get our furnace up and running as soon as possibleIt ended up being our furnace exhaust tube had frosted over due to the extremely cold weather creating a partial vacuum inside our furnace thereby our furnace was not allowing the burners to fireJames let me know where and what to check and within minutes our furnace was fully functional again and we and HeatI would not hesitate to use JPS for any of our home heating or plumbing needsVery reliable, Honest and always available which was enormous for our household in this case
