They did an excellent job and the warranty is very good. They also did a great job routing the exterior pipes required. Afterwards they followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

The pricing was reasonable, they were very informative and were on time and very efficient. We are really happy with our furnaces and cannot be happier with the wifi thermostat. James and team came in above and beyond in their installation of our A/C Unit. We had a more challenging set-up than most but they stuck with it from quote to completion. The installer spent ~10hrs setting everything up on a Friday. Very satisfied w/ the product and service thus far, and would recommend in a heart beat.

On the day of installation the staff were wonderful. Came in and got the job done in a timely fashion. They explained how to operate the system and left everything neat and tidy. At the end, I chose JPS as James (the owner) personally came to the house to discuss options for the furnace replacement and the product line. His ongoing customer service program was the best, and the furnace manufacturer's warranty also stood out. His crew was on time, pleasant and answered all my questions. The product has been performing great for the past 1.5 months, and the house has never been warmer.

We called JPS for an estimate to have an AC unit installed....we were scheduled immediately for an estimate appointment with the company owner, James...he showed up right on tome, answered all of our questions and we proceeded to book our install. It was super quick to schedule an appointment, and the guys arrived on time...15 min early...in morning rush hour traffic...when does that ever happen?? The main installer had a trainee with him and they did an excellent job-inside shoes, no mess, they even made sure none of my animals escaped! My neighbor has already asked for their contact info...
We were extremely satisfied with JPS from start to finish. From the initial assessment all of the employees were universally polite and helpful. All questions were answered and installation went very smoothly and, to date we now have an AC unit that actually works! We will need to wait a few weeks till we need to use the furnace but no issues are anticipated. I also appreciated the e-mails from the owner, James [redacted], which gave prompt answers to questions we had posed. All in all a very positive experience.
Installing a new furnace - The technicians were punctual and worked through the day with no goofing off (We were impressed). They seem to know what they were doing and completed the installation within the stipulated timeframe. It was completed neatly and tidily.
An area for improvement - Research, Ask, and Learn to provide a better answer to:
1) why the exhaust pipe has to be installed through the side or back of the house and not through the existing chimney outlet - Answer from JPS technicians and supervisor was "it is government regulation". We asked the City Inspector and received an answer that made more sense to us than just a "government regulation".
2) how do we program to schedule the temperature for different times on the thermostat - Answer from JPS supervisor was that it can only be programmed via a smartphone/wifi. As for the thermostat, I googled online and found out that we could program it without the use of a smartphone/wifi.
Provide better answers and I would definitely bumped up the score from 4 to 5 stars.
JPS FURNACE....it was a pleasure having them work for us...they showed up on time ,continually communicated with us , they finished on time and cleaned up afterwards.
They kept in touch throughout the year and returned for inspections and followed up in every aspect...in my opinion, I would hire them again without hesitation

I contacted several companies to obtain quote for installing an air conditioner unit in my new infill house. Given my furnace room is located by the walkway side, I was concerned about the size of the A/C unit and the noise level. Would the unit limit my access to the back and how the unit would impact my neighbors? James was the most professional and gave the best explanation of the job, he spent over an hour at my property to make sure he understood my concerns and provided a competitive quote.
James is always available to answer any questions I might have afterwards, I contracted him at least 5 times before I made my final decision.
On the installation date, there was some confusion on where the unit is being installed, however, the manager came to my property and made sure the job is completed to my satisfaction.
The A/C unit work perfectly, quiet and energy efficient.
