Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: the response was a lie. The process of purchasing did not fully and obviously disclose that this was a subscription I was signing up for. Also, I was NEVER offered a refund. I have the email correspondence to prove it. Sincerely,[redacted]

We understand that Ms. [redacted] has reached out to our in regards to a charge made to her account. We are aware of a system error that incorrectly charged the account and we have manually issued a refund for the $26.74 as of today, December 31st, 2015 and have confirmed this via email correspondence...

Many of our customers purchase the Welcome Box, paying a shipping charge of $2.99 for the first order. This is the first box into a Monthly Maven subscription. When purchasing the first...

box, the customer is taken through the steps to activate a subscription account prior to check out.  Ms. [redacted] purchased her Welcome Box at the end of October of 2015. We apologize for any confusion with what was purchased.
Ms. [redacted] reached out to our team of Beauty Advisors on December 2nd and the subscription was explained and successfully cancelled. Our Beauty Advisor also issued a refund for the most recent monthly box on the same day, this may take a few additional days to appear on their account.

Ms. [redacted] reached out to our team of Beauty Advisors and we explained there was a spelling error in her email address, causing her not to be able to receive notifications from Julep. Our team was able to refund 4 of the monthly boxes due to the orders being so old, they are no longer trackable on the USPS website. We requested Ms. [redacted] to reach out to USPS to file a Lost Package Claim with USPS due to three monthly boxes being marked as delivered to the default shipping address we had on file. We provided steps on how to contact USPS Customer Service and the tracking numbers of the lost orders. We have yet to receive a response with a claim number via email from Ms. [redacted]. Just to confirm, the number to reach USPS is 1-800-ASK-USPS.
We have offered Ms. [redacted] full refunds for the remaining orders as soon as we receive the claim number from USPS.
