I've nothing to say but five positive things about Jupiter support! They are so damned polite in dealing with sometimes my "uninformed" problems and are so terribly patient with handling them. I cannot recommend this support service any more than saying that they are the best I have ever dealt with in 30 years of dealing with "computer support" services. If you are not subscribed to them; they are not cheap but they are affordable, you ought to be. They're are worth every penny you pay to have the expertise they offer.
