The technicians I spoke to were both patient and polite. A short preview appears to have fixed the problem I was having with accessing my email. I remain concerned about being required to provide credit card information but decided to be trusting while closely monitoring my credit card account for unnecessary activity. I sincerely hope my trust is warranted because it would be great to be able to use your services in the future.

My experience with JUPITER SUPPORT was awesome!! AUGUST was the tech that worked on my computer and he was amazing!! So smart ... knew his stuff front to back!! No problem stumped him. He was very polite and kinda funny ... fun to talk to. If I ever have another problem I AM CALLING AUGUST!!
