Rocky start on 1/30/2016. Today I call back (1-31-2016) and got WALT as the technician. This was the best support I have ever received. I consider Walt a whiz. If I have a need to seek help again, I hope that I can receive Walt or someone with his knowledge to help me. It certainly went smooth and I am up and running.
