Two thumbs up for Jupiter Tequesta Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. Their excellent service tech, Wayne, was polite, prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. Our problem requires some work to be done which outside of their field of expertise before I can call them back to complete the job.

I was impressed that the office called me to let me know he was running a little behind schedule as did Wayne when he was on his way.

My air conditioner was not working on a Saturday. I called Jupiter - Tequesta A/C and [redacted] came to our house about an hour and a half after we called the company. He was professional, explained what he was doing, and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. It was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend using Juipter -Tequesta A/C for all of your air conditioning needs.

Jupiter Tequesta Air Conditioning, and [redacted] provide the highest level of service. When [redacted] performs routine maintenance or repairs, he has always taken the time to explain what he was doing and why. It's nice to see people who take pride in their work.

Had some duct-work done to equal out pressure in air-handler and two very courteous technicians arrived and skillfully installed the proper ducts, vents etc.
Very impressed with their efficiency and desire to get the job done right.

JT A/C resolved my air conditioning problem efficiently and covered the cost under warranty.

Our A/C went out and JT A/C responded immediately to assess the problem and order a part that was needed. They kept in contact with us on the progress. Carlos was our field tech and he was outstanding with a great work ethic...very dedicated and professional with a nice manner.

Unfortunately the part (motor) that was sent did not work or was not programed. Carlos spent all evening putting it in and then trouble shooting when the motor failed to operate. He explained every thing and was very apologetic.

They ordered another motor which they received the next day..again keeping in contact with us in regards to ETA. Carlos came back and did the install. He explained everything and gave us tips to maintain the performance of our A/C

The technician arrived as scheduled and listened as I explained the issue. He got right to work and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. He then explained the problem and gave me the repair options.

Great service. Technician [redacted] was great, had them come out on a Sunday when the A/C went down and had the parts in and installed by Wednesday mid day. Friendly and informative technicians. Highly recommended.

The service person was knowledgeable of my wireless thermostat problem. He fixed it and called to to let me know what he did.
