Very very impressed with Jupiter request a air conditioning/plumbing, and I am rarely impressed

At around 3:30 Saturday afternoon our light began to dim and appliances stopped working. I called 4 electrical contractors seeking help, as it was just hours before 30+ guests were to arrive to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. The 4th call I made was to Jupiter Tequesta AC, Electric and Plumbing. Within an hour of their arrival I had fully functioning electric everywhere. The party was a hit. Jupiter Tequesta AC, Electric and Plumbing ROCKED.

He was quite knowledgeable about the product and gave me several options regarding the replacement of my water heater. I have used the company before for my A/C service and would recommend their services to other consumers.

Awesome Service! I arrived home on a Friday before a long holiday weekend to find my air conditioner not working. As it happened, a service truck from Jupiter-Tequesta Air Conditioning was at my neighbor's house. At 4:50pm I didn't expect to reach anyone at their office so I flagged down the gentleman (their electrician) to ask him about getting service. Although the company's office was still open, he personally placed the call to the dispatcher, who took my information and sent a service technician, Hector, right over. Hector arrived within 15 minutes! He quickly diagnosed the problem with my unit (a capacitor had failed). He had the part available on his truck (amazing!) and started to install it. The weather got very bad, quickly, and he had to halt the repair while the lightening passed but within one hour my air was cooling down my very hot house - holiday weekend saved! I cannot say enough about Hector's professionalism, courtesy and willingness to finish the job even though there was bad weather. Also, the followup from the office staff was very quick and courteous. I'm so happy to find a business that knows what good customer service is, and has the expertise to go along with it. Great find!
