Recently your service technician, Robert B., came to perform a maintainence check on my air- conditioner. He was very courteous and did a good job on servicing the unit. He also provided a description of the work he performed for my records. He asked if I had any questions and was willing to answer any concerns I might have. All in all, I was very satisfied with the work he did and would recommend his work to others.

Had purchased a Maytag A/C unit with a 12 year parts & labor warranty several years back, on all occasions when service / repair was required, Jupiter Tequesta A/C has been prompt and effective to the nature of the issue with no warranty issues. Our latest issue came about Dec 3rd at 6PM, we called in and they responded and corrected the issue within two hours. Over the years all the techs have been knowledgeable, courteous and clean.
