My water water was flooding the house. [redacted] arrived earlier than scheduled and identified the alternative solutions to repair or replace the unit. I chose to replace the unit that had a history of problems. Justin offered three alternative models and I chose the larger capacity, highest efficiency model. He left briefly, returned with the requested water heater and completed the installation very quickly. I am very happy with the fast service and the finished work at a reasonable price.

we received great service today from several members of the jupiter tequesta air conditioning and heating team. Mo, Cody and Ahmed replaced our entire ac system including duct work in only 5 hours! They also did a great clean up job. We also had a member of their plumbing team, Justin St. John, who gave us very helpful advice concerning our kitchen faucet.

The technician, Jose P. was efficient, courteous and helpful in explaining what he would do. After he had checked all the items necessary, he again explained what he found. We were very happy with his professionalism and demeanor.

I have found that JTAC is by far, the best and most reputable AC company in North County. I have used a few in the 15 years I've been here and they are the most responsive and customer service oriented company. Rebecca is great and helpful on the phone, Rob is an outstanding Tech who is knowledgeable and friendly as well.
My most recent AC issue was a 5 day doozy, a sweat inducing problem exasperated by the manufacturer when they shipped the wrong part. Rob and his team worked quickly to get the correct part and put me on a priority fix schedule to make it right.
I'd recommend these guys all day long, especially in the Jupiter area as it's good to support local busniesses.

Was having an issue with the plug for the water heater in a condo I was trying to sell. The walk-thru the day before closing revealed the issue. Called JT Plumbing and Electric and they had someone there later that same day. They hard-wired it to current code and closing went through. Yay. This was the second time I've used them and have been pleased by their willingness to respond quickly and inform me of even a minor change in the service call window. I will continue to call them.

I just had Jupiter Tequesta Air Conditioning's plumbing service out to my home to perform some work on my plumbing features. The representative, Phil, was superb, far above any other technician from any other company I have ever experienced. Friendly, knowledgeable, knew his craft. Ask for Phil if you need plumbing services done and no one else.

They respoded very quickly to my call. The guys were professional but could not do all repairs because parts were need but they did at least get my a/c on line. Just no heat. As it was a holiday weekend needed parts would be ordered on Tuesday after checking to see if under warantee. However it is now Wednesday and no one from the company has called for followup work and we are facing a cold front this weekend!
