Very please with the work performedThey crews just finished a complete rebuilding of the brick fireplace and new installThey were on time,very professional and finished on budgetThey are currently starting another install at a local restaurant I own Would HIGHLY recommend them

I own homesOne in [redacted] and one in ***Had the crews from Safer Chimney do full cleaning s on bothWas very impressed with the quality and professionalism of both crewsWas also nice knowing they had a shop in Boise and Twin to accommodate my multiple locations We ended up doing new wood inserts and full chimney repairs on the [redacted] homeThey noted they had no liners and bricks were falling apartThey quoted me a fair price and finished on timeThey did run into a few hidden issues upon RepairingI really appreciate that they stop the work and did full video/pictures of tge addition issuesIt only ran around $extra but I appreciate that they made me fully aware of tge price, procedure and installIt did cause a delay due to them having to manufacture the parts But no big deal Very clean,on time and professional We are currently having them build an outdoor fireplace at our main home in [redacted] by the pool Im a general contractor and deal with subs and independents all the timeYou will be very satisfied with the quality they do Plus they gave me a couple really cool BSU mugs with our last name on them [redacted] ***

Just had my fireplace/chimney rebuilt and new stove installedWas very impressed by Shawn and his crew Very clean, on time and did a wonderful jobThey were here for full days doing the workThey actualy start my neighbors house in a couple week because he had the same issues as myselfI have used other companies in the past but Safer Chimmney is by far the best and most professional I have used

Overall, these guys have been awesomeThey carry out quality work and have a high level of professionalismThe reason why I reviewed them at 4/stars is due to a discrepancy between our quote and the actual price of the job We were quoted at roughly $2,with an additional 10% discountCool, we thought, time to see those savingsTurns out when payment was due the total was roughly $2,after the 10% discountShould have had my quote handy so I could have compared what I was quoted to what they charged us I quickly gave the office a call and spoke with a fine gentleman about our situation, and how we felt that we had paid an extra 10% opposed to getting 10% dockedHis approach to our conversation was silly considering he went on to create a list of reasons why we were charged the way we wereOur conversation could be summarized by this sentence, "We try and be transparent about our charging process but in your case there were some unforeseen changes to the order due to inaccuracies in the estimate process, therefore you should be absorbing the difference"I simply disagreed with this and laid it out as simply as I couldThe fact that your technician was unable to quote us properly is not any fault of mine and is definitely not an excuse for why we should be paying more than we were told the job would costAny other excuses in the form of "well, I'm not making any money off these parts/this job, etc, etc" is unprofessional to even bring to the table in a situation like this End of the day I don't really care nor should you make me feel like I should be caring about your companies nuts and bolts processes and your profit marginsTeach your technicians how to write a proper quote and then situations like these won't arise because the numbers will be accurate from the get-go All in all, good experience with a few road-bumps like the situation I've laid out aboveWould recommend and probably do business with them again in the future

We had some mold damage due to a water leak I called EHS and Drew was here the same day that I called He assessed the situation and provided an estimate to remove the mold damage He interfaced with me and my insurance adjuster to get the work started asap The crew was here the next day and got the remediation done in one day Then Ralph who was in charge of the rebuild work came in and assessed the work to restore the damaged area His crew was here the next day and completed their job in one day I was very pleased with the company's sense of urgency and professionalism If I never need their services again, I won't hesitate to call them

I had a very pleasant experience with EHSWhen Cory said he would be there at a specific time, he always arrived right at that timeHe was very professional and answered all of my questions and concernsI would certainly use them again and would recommend them to others

Had a crew from Safer chimney out at a rental complex to clean chimneys downtown They did a great job! Very clean, organized, professional and sharp They are currently in the process of restoring units that are badly in need of brick repair and lots of other issues I do like that they come preparedThey show us on a large screen before and after picsWe feel like were part of the process I was referred to them by an associate at [redacted] where I workVery glad I used them as I have used other local companies in the past that were not very professional and rather how do I say " trashy contactors" Very pleasedAsk for Shawn or Thomas if possible*

After a bit of confusion on my needs I can say Triston was awesome. He had to come back a second time after the confusion of my 'wants' I am super happy with Safer Chimney and their company.

I was feeling sick for a while and I suspected there was moldI called EHS to see if they could do some mold testing and they came out right away to start some testsIt turns out there was mold in my home but EHS quickly removed it and remodeled where the mold wasThank you so much EHS team!

Fantastic job remodeling my kitchen after my kitchen fire! Thank you EHS and EHS crew!

did not get an inspector to inspect work
did not give a price estmate on work or cost of insert
built hearth over rug
did not seal in side fire brick-- replaced one RED brick regular not fire brick
worker did not come to door and let anyone know that he was there
told him to leave till an inspector could inspect job

I have a yr old chimney in McCall IdI had it repaired about yrs ago by another local companyIt has since been falling apart since the day the first company did the workI was unsble to even get the fist installer back out to fix the issuesIt was getting so bad tgat the exterior stone was literally falling off
Very frustrated and feel lost
I found out about Safer Chimney from a fellow work colleague that was very impressed with there restoration of his cabin in Cascade
I had Shawn come out and give me a bidHe went over everything from inside/out and full structural inspection
I was VERY impressed with the company, Shawn himself, the over all look and appearance of the crewsI felt very comfortable dealing with themI agreed on the price, procedure and install time
They were here from morning to night for days restoring itAnd I have to say I am on cloud This is a family cabin and owned by membersThey were on time, on budget and did what they said they were going to do
They even had Idaho power out to drop all power lines so they could build/Work around the 30’ scaffolding system
The end costcwas around $14,to completely restore itI had originally paid over $k for the installI can already tell the work Safer Chimney did is far more advanced and higher qualityMy ONLY regret is that I did hire the crews from Safer Chimney to do the original work
I refered them to a friend of mine here in McCall and they begin restoration on his cabin in June

The technicians from EHS Restoration were thorough and efficient when they arrivedAfter assessing the situation, they gave me clear information about what needed to be done to mitigate the damages that occurred in my home Once everything was dried out, they performed the reconstruction to restore my property.The lead technician also helped me work with my insurance company and the office staff were very friendly and helpful I would definetly recommend this company to my friends and family

So thankful for EHS..they made a horrible situation much more bearable and I couldn't be happier with the results!!

My review is about EHS REstoration located on E Baseline Rd Ste 103, Mesa, AZ 85206.My name is *** ***
I had this company out at my place in Phoenix on Friday February for evaluation and on Saturday February for service
I would like to warn others about this companyIf you take a look at their reviews it seems like they are goodHowever, my personal experience with them was horrendous and 90% similar to the one as in the review of *** *** (customer who shared his experience about this company)
The assessor was dishonestThe assessor (Tanner N***), measured the humidity in the walls and wood and assessed the extent of the water damage caused by the leaking water heater
Tanner N*** told me that the job could be completed in hoursI gladly accepted
He left the equipment and after an intense hours of dry air blowing, everything was dried to the boneTanner N*** did not explain to me that this timeframe can change if someone else comes and assesses the same he did, because obviously in this company there is no consistency when it comes to what it has to be done and when
The water heater damage in my case was minimal and was also caught on timeOn Saturday, February 27, when the workers came to my place (Mario and Eric) , only Mario worked on the demolition, which took him around hoursI constantly had to ask what he was doing because the workers did not take the time to explain to me anything about the processThe only thing Eric and Mario did not remove was the wooden plate the water heater stands on and which was the only really thing that was wetEric refused to do it despite the fact that I explained to him that this was a clear specification of the agreement between Tanner N*** (the assessor) and me
After hours Eric told me that they were done and it will take an additional to days before they can do the restorationEric was overly aggressive when he tried to push their business on me when it was clearly going to be disadvantageous to use them because I had a hard time to accept to have dry air blowing for to more days for a minimal damage as demonstrated by the humidity measurements that were almost perfect (when acceptable is up to 12)Eric was impolite and was passive aggressive during his interaction with me at the extent that I had to ask him to leave my propertyMario and Eric also left without connecting my hot waterThis left me in a situation where I had to spend my entire afternoon on the phone to have this problem fixedWhen their supervisor, Cody, came to my place to reconnect the hot water, without asking for my permission, he took my portable cooler from my garage and stood on it in stead of asking for a ladder !!!
In talking to my insurance I sensed that this company depicted the damage to an extent that was not according to the reality
Overall, this was a very bad customer service experience Please do not use this company that is not reliable as demonstrated by the fact that what one says is not consistent with what the next person says, does or charges.Moreover, the workers do not have any customer service skills
