In we purchased a Quadra-Fire pellet insert from a local company For the last years the exhaust and intake air system have never worked properly In April of this year we noticed that D&B now carry this line so discussed our problems with a representative there We received a recommendation for Shawn and contacted him right away He modified the whole system and the pellet stove worked very efficiently We were very happy with the quality work and will call Safer Chimney for our annual maintenance Thank you Shawn!

I was very unsure that any company could clean up the damage done by the flooding but wow did EHS Restoration do such an amazing job! The crew without a doubt, pleasantly surprised us! The absolute best!

Review: K C Tree service was attempting to get in between my neighbors house and my fence last summer to cut down a tree. When they did they tore up my chain link fence and three fence posts. When confronted they agreed to have the fence repaired. This happened last summer. I called him several times regarding the issue but each time he said "don't worry we will take care of the fence when the tree cutting job is completed". I left messages several times on their phone but they never responed. This spring I tried calling again multiple times and still with no responce. Then I sent them a letter with and estimate to get the fence repaired, but still no answer! Finally I filled a police report. I had an estimate for the fence repair and that estimate was for $220.00Desired Settlement: Pay for the damaged fence!

My side of story. I was pulling my boom truck into neighbors driveway, assistant driver said to go slow. I hooked fence, I bent post on end. I called customer of tree and told him I bent fence post and I would replace post. I called [redacted]. It was late season, no return call it's a dented post. The tree in back yard had to be removed at some time and thought wait till tree is removed before fixing post, which is 50 years old. The complainant is always looking for a way to get something for nothing attitude. I've bid trees twice. Nickel and dimer they call sorry. I did receive a letter from [redacted] and I called him that day. I would pay for end post and installation no problem but I did not damage fence. Sorry for inconvenience.

(name) agreed to cut a tree to the ground and cleanup for a fixed amount of money. He did part of the work and never completed the work.
(name) said he would cut down a small tree to the ground and clean up and haul away the wood for 175 dollars. He started the work and said that he needed to leave because of onset of darkness and asked for partial payment. He said he would be back the next day and complete the work. I had the total check written so I gave it to him. He came back and cleaned up part of the wood only after repeated telephone calls. He never cut the stump to the ground and he never completed the clean up.
