We received your letter regarding the above referenced ID#. We have been in contact with the customer and have already given her a full refund on services she paid for. We also assured her we would be talking to the stylist she had her customer service issues with to get to the bottom of this issue

I am rejecting this response because: As a business focusing on customer service, it is extremely unprofessional to not believe your guests when they show you something happened on your property. By giving the brief "explanation" that this is not at my property and I have to protect my small business; it doesn't satisfy or help an upset customer. I tried to even work with you on giving a partial refund but you wouldn't have that either. I am the customer and was willing to work with this situation, why wouldn't you even try? Looking at these picture compared to others that people have taken, it looks like it is at the same property to me. Why would people enter your property and make this up? Some responsibility has to be taken. This is still not resolved, thank you for your time

Wow The whole process was quick and easy - just as described We are very pleased with the way Kar Labs handled everything

Excellent service

We opted for the comprehensive test Kit arrived a few days later with very clear and simple instructions After collecting the sample, packing it up and dropping it off at UPS, we got email confirmation days later that it was received by KAR Labs two days later While there was some confusion initially as to which set of tests, a call to KAR confirmed an error was made in the email As promised on or before Dec, we received our results-oriented fact we got them a day early While we knew our water was pretty good, we are now confident that it's indeed the case We also wanted this analysis to determine if we would need special filters as we are going to install a whole house water filter in addition to our water softener

Who is he that she talked aboutNo man has called any one about my hairAnd the manager wassuppose to call me about my hairBefore I went back to get it corrected, which is now worse than the first trip I made! *** *** *** Mi name is *** *** Owener at Fantastic Sams I did not Perform the hair color to *** *** *** was one stylist to use to work at Fantastic Sams ** *** hair was black she wanted to go blonde {ombre balayage color} that especific service has to be done on to visits is very complex color is never perfect at the first time she knew that she did it before we charge $for visit for the product and time involved ** *** called two days later to complain about the color I asked here to come to the salon so we can see the hair ,she refuse to come to my salon started screaming and when I told her I just need to see the hair because I posted a sing for no refunds because people taking advance she said she will go but never show up and she cancelled the transaction on her bank so she never pay, when called her she told me she will sent a complain to you she mention other complain on yelp is her friend who did not want to pay for the service , I offer her I will pay to the stylist and she put a complain about me being rude , I being at the salon years only two friends complain about me and other two about me speaking Spanish when answer my phone I being doing hair over years single parent very responsible I need to support my kids and have this salon profitable for my employees Regards,*** ***

We apologize for the lack in communication. We are an independently owned franchise and the original message was sent to corporate. Not that its any excuse, there was just delay that shouldn't of been and we are sorry for that. We talked with melissa and she was agreeable to the amount of $165.00...

refund as it was for her services. The other amount that she spent was in salon product. We refunded her the money on 4-1-18. We also wrote up the stylist that performed this service as all stylists are required to do a chemical waiver BEFORE any chemical service is performed to have documentation of the hair condition beforehand. We also want to make sure every client is happy before they ever leave the salon. This is not a common occurrence, we sincerely apologize. Kelly [redacted]

[redacted] visited the Lake Worth Fantastic Sams salon on April 12.  She was not happy with her service.  She left a phone message at our corporate office.  Before we could return her call, she went back into the salon on April 13 and had her hair redone.  She then called the...

I got reimbursed for the services. I didn't get any written apology from those 2 women, [redacted] and [redacted], and I was not told if Fantastic Sams is going to train better to its employees. That was important for me too since I don't want other people go through this for no reason :(
When I was told the amount I paid for the services and it was a lot less than what I really paid, the person who contacted me from Fantastic Sams discovered that also those women were stealing from the company and it is when she said that she would need to investigate deeper. They post in the computer like $10 less than what I really paid. Since I paid with credit card I was able to prove how much I paid.
The main purpose of my complaint is to make aware to the public of the bad service provided in that location of Fantastic Sams. Of course I won't go back there.
I would like to receive the written apology however I don't think that would happen.
Thank you so much for your effort. I will wait in case I get it however you can consider this complaint resolved.
