I placed an order through Lenovo for a laptop and opted, at that time, to pay with what was advertised as "Zibby." In doing so I made what ZIbby labeled my "first payment" of $45. I canceled the order before the laptop shipped and thus never physically leased anything. Before canceling my order with Lenovo, I spoke with an individual at Katapult assuring me I would receive the $45 checkout charge refunded to my account. I then canceled the order and waited 2 weeks to no avail. I then spoke with Je who assured me my refund was on the way. A week later I spoke with Aa and Ml who said the $45 was non-refundable. I never received the item, nor was it even shipped from Lenovo. Then for three weeks I have heard contradictory information and feel I have been scammed out of money for an item I did not buy. I always use Lenovo laptops, but will certainly consider another brand after this experience. Why they would partner with a company like Zibby or Katapult is beyond me. I hope they reconsider. I advise everyone to avoid purchases associated with this company. It is clearly a predatory institution.

Connecting with individuals at this company is difficult. I was in fact never able to speak with the individual who reached out to me and so spoke with an intermediary person. I have now been informed of a New reason why my 45 dollar payment is non-refundable—it’s because I live in Ga. The first time it was my 1st payment, then it was a purchase processing fee, then a one-time lease fee, all of which were refundable according to 3 individuals I spoke with at this company. Then it was a non-refundable lease fee...Now, it’s not refundable because I live in GA. The person I spoke with indicated that some states Are awarded a refund for canceled orders. How many made up reasons can there be to scam people out of money?

Just 2 days ago got switched from what I thought was Zibby and now is Katapult. First payment made to them and they took 2 payments at the same time. Called them and they flat out told me that this was my fault even the Supervisor Joe had the nerve of saying the same thing. Always trust your gut people, I knew I should not have made the payment to a company I never started a transaction with. Read the reviews I'm not the only person this has happened to. I will NEVER do business with this company again. Said it was against company policy to give me the owners name and that there are no executive management staff. I dont not recommend Ziiby/Katapult.

TERRIBLE COMPANY...... 65 percent interest charge if you are over your 90 days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They charged me 5 cents to change to another credit card. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WISH THEY HAD A PLACE FOR 100 % 0 RATING.

Was looking on ***.com for furniture. *** offers a payment plan. I thought cool. What got me to agree and submit was a notice that said "Does not effect your credit score." This was not true! Days later I found out my credit score went down 16% from Zibby doing a hard inquiry! Although Zibby said I was approved, lucky for me I had hesitated and found this website before I completed the purchase! I didn't like what I read so thank goodness I HAD never completed the purchase. I am however very upset that this was on a *** website. They "partner" with this company. Shame!

Zibby is the WORST! Order and received 2 items and returned them within 24 hours and was issued a refund by *** BUT after a week my account shows the return with a negative balance since a payment was made BEFORE the items were even shipped!
I waited a week before requesting a refund and after 4.5 hours waiting for SOMEONE to "CHAT" with me I was told my account would be closed and a refund would be made in about 3 to 5 business days.
It's been 3 weeks since and no refund issued nor has anyone returned any "CHAT" notices - tried 4 times - only reply that someone would get back with me during business hours. I started the CHAT DURING BUSINESS HOURS (CST)!
I don't have time to spend hours waiting on hold or hours waiting for them to CHAT with me.
I want my account closed and my funds refunded! How hard is that??

Absolutely appalled by what's hidden in the contract vs. what was promised/advertised. Set up autopay for a laptop through *** for a total of $942.49 with a recurring payment of $86.86 back in October. Set it up as an auto-payment to finish up in six months. But in February, had a thought that it should be finished up by now and checked the account, which stated that I owed some $870+. Not possible right?
Did the math- I had made $826 in payments, so it should be nearly paid off right? Nope. Did some digging, there's a "lease fee" nearly as much as the payments. Zibby has cost me well over double the value of what I purchased. Meanwhile it is being advertised without the additional cost. Be very careful.
I greatly regret this decision. Had I known this, I would've just paid it off through my bank in one go. Don't fall for this.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Stay away from these people they are completely fraudulent. I originally purchased a couch and table from them for 843.00. I was making my payment every two weeks and was wondering why I was still owing $758 even after making 700+ in payments. This was because of there 90-day policy or what they put into the contract. they jacked the bill to 1700+ for a $600 couch and $200 table. People work extremely hard for the things that they have. Didn't mind paying them at all. The official I spoke with felt so sorry he offered an unreasonable settlement for me as though it would help which it didn't. Zibby is wrong and sick for this, PLEASE if you are reading this do not buy from Zibby and return their stuff because you do not own that property at all. Sometimes its not about making money, its about treating customers with the same service that you would want yourself. Zibby has not done this and I am disappointed in my services with them. Just terrible. The fact that you will pay 60% interest is not clearly disclosed when you sign on the dotted line. This company offers a great way for those with poor credit an amazing opportunity to pay DOUBLE what someone with good credit would pay. It's predatory and disgusting. THESE PEOPLE ARE A PART OF THE PROBLEM WITH AMERICA'S SINKING ECONOMY. STAY AWAY, FAR FAR AWAY!

I paid my balance off before the 90 days. I received a message saying they were taking a payment. I spent 4 hours of my life fighting with them because they refused to acknowledge my payment. I was asked to provide a bank statement. I sent it in and got confirmation and they told me I did not send it in and I had to resend it. I gave the woman my confirmation ticket number on the first email and she refused to take it. I sent another email and after 50 minutes she confirmed that they talked to finance and that the payment was taken and my balance was at 0. I asked for an email stating that and was told in 24 to 48 hours. I requested she send me and email and she refused. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They took a payment out when they were not supposed to!!!!! Put me in the hole in my bank account!!! Horrible company!!!

Terrible loan company. I got approved for a loan a few months ago and purchased a gaming laptop that I’m currently still paying for with an available loan balance of $800 to purchase more products and for some reason I am unavailable to use my $800 extra loan limit BUT zibby still continues to call me if I’m a day late on my bi weekly payment for the product I’m leasing now. Terrible terrible company. I’m still paying them money for my product I have now but they will not let me use the rest of my loan to purchase anything. Money hungry company but no willing to help customers.

I was originally approved for $720 credit with this company and I was getting ready to order just to be told that I have been rejected! I am very disappointed and feel like I've been declassified as a perspective customer; and unless this issue is resolved or compensated for, I will have no choice but to spend my money elsewhere! Too bad for them because my order is between $500-800.

I been off and on the phone with them. I called 4 times yesterday!
Every agent gave me a different story I just want my refund and my credit back into my account I don’t know why this is taking so long !

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!! I've paid $674 on a $1078 mattress, and because I did not meet the 90 day buyout, they charged me 65%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've NEVER heard of a company like this, they need to be SHUT DOWN. I have reported them and am taking legal action. My $1078 mattress is now costing me $1783. *** bye.

This company has been taking out payments without authorization. I have authorized them to take their weekly payment out as agreed upon in the signing of the contract. What I did not agree to was them taking out two to three payments each week. I tried contacting them directly and they do not want to help or care so I canceled my account with them and hope others don’t fall into the same trap. Stay away from Zibby.

After talking with Zibby representative on phone about the payment and contract issues, they said that the contract I have received was incorrect one because there were two different payment agreements. The one agreement said I must pay $47.70 bi-weekly while the other agreement said monthly. In the end of the contract (summary of the contract), it clearly said that I will pay $47.70 per month and I have followed it, but the problem is that my zibby account has charged me per b-weekly. I asked them to change it from bi-weekly to monthly but the zibby representatives said that they couldn't do that. I already told them not to charge my account anytime until Feb *** because I already make my second payment on Jan . If I found that Zibby charges my account tomorrow with a overdraft fee, Zibby will have to pay for the punishment fee until my contract is sorted out and fixed. Thanks.

This company is awful. Do not do business with them. They are unclear about your payments when enrolling through them and end up collecting 65 percent worth of interest! BEWARE!!!!

The business refuses to answer and help me with billing issues. I have called multiple times and even asked for help from the merchant who was also unable to reach them. Also, I think they just randomly changed their name? By not letting me overpay on my bill, they are increasing interest daily and will not apply my payments accurately so they can collect more money from me.

This company made me a payout offer on line. The next day they charged my account again making late payments on my bank accounts. I paid 268.00 to have the contract ended. The next day charged my account for the lease payments and my account is open. I have contacted the company in reference to this error and they have not corrected it. They will not refund the overpayment charges and charges to my account. It’s already loan sharing for a 594.00 mattress I paid over 800 because I never looked online at my contract. I never missed a payment

Everything was great til I tried to change my payment date from weekly to biweekly. Told me they couldn't do that, also if your 90 day same as cash deadline is coming up, you can forget about them ever sending out a reminder.I bought a table for $1200 and ended up paying$1500 for it,All because they didn't want to let there customers know that the deadline is approaching. Please take my advice and STAY AWAY FROM ZIBBY!
