Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I am concerned that the company is maintaining its position that no future accommodations will be made on my account because they made accommodations for issues with prior ordersI find that unacceptable First of all, let me clarify that the customer service did not offer a replacement until after I have filed a complaintAt first, they indicated that there were no replacements available, which apparently is not trueWhen I was contacted regarding this complaint, only then they offered a replacementI have received the replacement, and I am satisfied with it - there are no defectsI have mailed the defective bag backSo, this immediate issue is resolved However, the company is still insisting on "no accommodations for ANY future orders", and I find that troublingI would like to have the company's confirmation that I will continue to receive good customer service in case I experience any issues in the future should I decide to return as a customerThis means that the company will sincerely try to work with me in case issues arise In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I was attempting to place an online order when I had a question regarding the application of a discount code I telephone their hour a day; day a week customer service line At this very moment I have been waiting for minutes and I am still on hold I have also tried to 'start chat' on line.....guess what, no response there either This is totally unacceptable I would like a response from the company as to the total disregard toward providing any kind of customer satisfaction Needless to say, I am not placing any order with the tonight or ever I will never purchase any Kate Spade product and will not hesitate to share this horrendous experience as a warning to others As I complete this review, it has now been over hour of waiting on hold
