confirm this information I will be happy to provide a credit.  We have checked
our store...

and online records and we have not located this purchase or proof of
return.   We have thoroughly researched our records and are unable to
confirm your claim.  We keep records or all claims in our department and
have not located a claim for you.  Without this information we are unable
to provide a refund. In order to assist

your handbag was purchased. If this item was purchased with a credit or debit

I am concerned that the company is maintaining its position that no future accommodations will be made on my account because they made accommodations for issues with prior orders. I find that unacceptable.
First of all, let me clarify that the customer service did not offer a replacement until after I have filed a complaint. At first, they indicated that there were no replacements available, which apparently is not true. When I was contacted regarding this complaint, only then they offered a replacement. I have received the replacement, and I am satisfied with it - there are no defects. I have mailed the defective bag back. So, this immediate issue is resolved.
However, the company is still insisting on "no accommodations for ANY future orders", and I find that troubling. I would like to have the company's confirmation that I will continue to receive good customer service in case I experience any issues in the future should I decide to return as a customer. This means that the company will sincerely try to work with me in case issues arise.

kate spade new york products in which we are happy to assist with manufacturing defects.
Our client relations team has been in contact with [redacted] about her handbag. After carefully reviewing the images provided and speaking with production, the team has accommodated [redacted] with a replacement Maise handbag. Client relations followed up with [redacted] on August **, 2014 and she was pleased with the resolution.
We thank [redacted] for being a loyal customer and look forward to seeing her in our stores.
