I Notified Deville Asset Management that they where attempting to collect on an account that was a product of identity theft I also provided them with detailed police reports documents ect to support my dispute The company already had their mind made up that this was my debt and rather than look at the facts they simply wanted to collectDue to those results I tried combating this issue by offering to pay a portion of I debt that I was not responsible for I offered a fair amount above what the paid for the debt while not getting any where by negotiation during my communication with one of the managers there I was in the middle of him using scare tactics to scare me into paying more for the debt by using talk of taking me to court from my understanding this is a violation on several different levels
