I received a alert on my credit report alerting me that DeVille is stating I have collections with them account open in February of for ** services which I've never done business with I feel this is a fraudulent claim and there has been no attempt to contact me as I cannot get through to themBe aware of new collections on your accounts, this seems like a fraudulent collection businessThat is affecting your credit!

This company showed up on my credit report stating that I opened an account with them I called the company and they state they are trying to collect a debt from years ago, that was paid in October of I called the original lender and have stated that they have not sent any of my information to any collection agency I request that you remove any negative marks regarding this debt you have made to my credit report

Deville Asset Management has shown up on my credit reportI disputed it Trans Union and Equifax both removed itExperian still advised that they verified the debt, however when I call and spoke to *** an account manager there she advised that I can't pay the there is not an account OPEN with my name on itThey do not have an open verifiable accountI want it taken off of my credit report

I've had Deville Management saying something was mine on my report for couple years, roughly around $14k for *** ***I attempted to dispute on Trans Union bureau and they said they couldn't remove it, but then it disappearedAnway, shortly after Deville popped up again with another one with *** *** as its originator for roughly $8kI never received any calls, I have no idea who who Deville Management isI've tried to also dispute both of these on my Equifax as well but they wont' take them off now neitherNow on my Trans Union is shows on of these, and my Equifax shows both of them, and I don't even know which ones are on my ExperianI'm trying to get a mortgage and can't because these claims are ruining my creditAs far as I can tell by the very limited information, none of these are mine, and I want them off my report so I can continue my lifeI should've been shown evidence that these are mine and phone calls and I haven't heard a peep from these people

I got a call from these people saying I owe X amount of dollars from when I went to Lincoln techI told them I had paid it and would look into itBut the harassing phone calls kept comingI never could get in touch with Lincoln tech to get it straightened outNow the guy calling is using dorragatory and unprofessional language and bullying tactics to get me to payI asked to to talk to someone above him and he flat out told me NO!!! I didn't think they could say thatI thought about sueing them but I doubt that would do any good

This company is showing up on my credit report and there are several companies calling me on this companies " behalf" and I have been threatened, cussed at, yelled at etc They have called people from my past that I have not been in contact with in at least years They have left personal information as well as information saying they are filing civil charges against me on people's voicemail I'm not sure at this point who all they have called and said these things tooIt is a violation of the FDCPA The other companies that are calling on the behalf of Deville asset management don't appear to be real companies All the phone numbers seem to go to the same place If it were a debt that I owed then I would be working to correct it however, threats and intimidation and lies and FDCPA violations are not how things get resolved They have given information to people who aren't authorized to have my personal or debt information as well

Have been turned over to collections for a bill I never incurred

I never made any agreement from this aganecy only with the school that is now closed

DeVille collected funds from me for my debt with *** *** *** and has failed to report the paid in full account to the credit agencies as well as to ***, the other collection company working with themI've attempted to contact the company countless times with no phone line going thru or email answeredI have full documentation of the payment I've made and confirmation letter from them, but they've failed to hold up their end of the 30-day bargain with notifying the credit beauros or ***I'm extremely frustrated and am now concerned that I was scammed out of thousands of dollars and may need to contact my lawyer to pursue a claim

I have reached out to my original school loan agency and they agreed to work with me, however, Deville has impacted my credit report and would not remove it unless I pay them a substantial amount of money I don’t believe it is fair to me as my original school loan agency has agreed to work with me

Deville Asset Management first sent a debt collection notice last yearI disputed the debt in writing and never heard anythingFast forward several months and they have popped up on all three of my credit reports and are making frequent phone calls to work and my personal cellThe debt is not valid, they have provided no documentation to support that the debt is validThey have my address yet never mailed anything to me to support the validity of a debtThey just go away for a few months and then come back thinking I have forgotten about themLeave me alone

I have not been able to get in contact with Deville since I paid the in a settlementThey promised to remove this off my Experian report as if I never had a car through Chrysler , which I didn't( I co-signed) My credit report states Chrysler -closed Negative and Deville shows 13,
I do not have any good number to reach themI have emailed and no response and the fax number doesn't work either
