I noticed a collection on my credit report, for the amount of $2,798, listed by Deville Management I called the company and was told that it was a Bank of America Credit Card I informed them that I never had a bank of america credit card They let me know that it was from 2007, and they had my social security number I told them it must be a mistake They later called my work, and my cell phone Were extremely rude and threatening
I later called with my father, to get more information on the account They told us again the same information that they supplied me with the first time, and they also gave me an account number My father and I called bank of america, they had no record of my social or of the account number They said the account number was not a bank of america card We called the Deville back, with bank of america on the line Once they heard bank of america say that this was being recorded, they said that my account had been flagged and they were taking ba

I've had Deville Management saying something was mine on my report for couple years, roughly around $14k for *** ***I attempted to dispute on Trans Union bureau and they said they couldn't remove it, but then it disappearedAnway, shortly after Deville popped up again with another one with *** *** as its originator for roughly $8kI never received any calls, I have no idea who who Deville Management isI've tried to also dispute both of these on my Equifax as well but they wont' take them off now neitherNow on my Trans Union is shows on of these, and my Equifax shows both of them, and I don't even know which ones are on my ExperianI'm trying to get a mortgage and can't because these claims are ruining my creditAs far as I can tell by the very limited information, none of these are mine, and I want them off my report so I can continue my lifeI should've been shown evidence that these are mine and phone calls and I haven't heard a peep from these people

This company showed up on my credit report stating that I opened an account with them I called the company and they state they are trying to collect a debt from years ago, that was paid in October of I called the original lender and have stated that they have not sent any of my information to any collection agency I request that you remove any negative marks regarding this debt you have made to my credit report

This company is showing up on my credit report and there are several companies calling me on this companies " behalf" and I have been threatened, cussed at, yelled at etc They have called people from my past that I have not been in contact with in at least years They have left personal information as well as information saying they are filing civil charges against me on people's voicemail I'm not sure at this point who all they have called and said these things tooIt is a violation of the FDCPA The other companies that are calling on the behalf of Deville asset management don't appear to be real companies All the phone numbers seem to go to the same place If it were a debt that I owed then I would be working to correct it however, threats and intimidation and lies and FDCPA violations are not how things get resolved They have given information to people who aren't authorized to have my personal or debt information as well

I have reached out to my original school loan agency and they agreed to work with me, however, Deville has impacted my credit report and would not remove it unless I pay them a substantial amount of money I don’t believe it is fair to me as my original school loan agency has agreed to work with me

I got a call from these people saying I owe X amount of dollars from when I went to Lincoln techI told them I had paid it and would look into itBut the harassing phone calls kept comingI never could get in touch with Lincoln tech to get it straightened outNow the guy calling is using dorragatory and unprofessional language and bullying tactics to get me to payI asked to to talk to someone above him and he flat out told me NO!!! I didn't think they could say thatI thought about sueing them but I doubt that would do any good
