I filed a [redacted] complaint in September and was advised due to the validation this item will be removed from the Credit BureauIt hasn't happened yetI've tried,to contact them and have been unsuccessfulI still haven't received a notice and they now have my correct mailing address

[redacted] is reporting a collection on my credit reports that has not been verified, they are in violation of the FCRA federal law, I sent a certified letter requesting validation of the debt, which I do not owe, they are stating that I owe $17086.22to their companyThey have failed to send me a signed contract baring my signature binding me to their company, I also requested information regarding how much they paid for the contract [redacted] sold this fraudulent account to [redacted] on 1/02/2017! [redacted] repossessed the car OCT and sold the car for $14,the remaining amount that I owed [redacted] was $6,000! [redacted] is attempting to collect on a fraudulent amountI do not owe them $17,when the car was sold at the auction! Also [redacted] stated in writing the date of the first delinquency was 11/30/2016, which is incorrect, the car was sold at the auction in OCT [redacted] is in violation of the they have not validated t

So deville assets has showed up on my credit report from a past auto loan I called to receive information on the account and the person on the phone seemed to have a script to read from and there was only one line, “we will not give any information related to the account until the balance is paid in full.” Well if you can imagine , that conversation didn’t get me very farSo I dug into them to try to find a website or another number to get information and came across that they are being reviewed by the FBISo I dug some more and I’m a resident in [redacted] Which [redacted] requires all collections agencies to be licensed to collect any debtWhich after searching the SOS database for them , they are no where to be foundNot even a revoked licensesI have now filed a dispute and waiting for it to go through

[redacted] placed a collection account on my Transunion credit file on 12/20/I have no contract with this company nor have I ever done business with this companyThis account was sold, The original creditor was [redacted] college who is also listed on my Transunion credit file This account was removed in 11/and reinserted 12/without the proper day notice required by law

I received a notice from this company that I owed them $14,and I have not knowledge or clue what this is for There is nothing noted on the statement of what this is for or the year? Reference # [redacted] This may had been a bill include in a Bankruptcy from years ago, I have no clue!!!

DeVille Asset Management has taken over "debt" (in which they do have have the license to do) and persist on telling me that I have to make payments of $a month and this was my ex fiances car that got repossessedI'm trying to join the United States Air Force and this is the only thing holding me back I was making dollar payments a month because my recruiter told me as long as I'm making consecutive payments a month I will still qualifyI talked to a lady at DeVille Asset management and she said she can only take payments to a p.o box and I don't receive a receipt I did a little research on my own because I feel that was a bit suspicious., so I found out they are under investigation by the FBI, and you guys (Revdex.com) have a article on how they do not have a license to receive payments from debt because they are not a debt collecting agencyAll I need is a letter from Revdex.com to show my recruiter that they are under investigation

Today 01/13/2017, I received a notification that a new account was added to my Transunion credit reportUpon checking my credit report, I see this company by the name of Deville Management has addded a collection entry to my report with an open date of 11/30/I don't know who this company is nor have I ever received any type of communication from them in regards to this alleged debtThis is clearly a violation of FDCPA U.SCode §

This company placed $on my credit report in July for a [redacted] car loan that closed out in I have never received any letters, phone calls or anything about this I also have not changed my address or phone number in years I had to call them to find out what it was so that I could take care of it I have had multiple conversations where they tell me they will mail and email the details so that I can pay it I still have not received anything Now I get calls asking about payment and then I tell them I still have no documentation of this, to which they say they have to file a report to get it to me via email, which takes days What?
