3/31/15. The manufacture warranty time frame for Michigan DOC is 60 days from the date it is issued. Our records show that Mr. [redacted] sent the player in on 4/17/15 to be reviewed. On 4/27/15 Access Corrections sent the player back with a letter stating that the player was able to be recovered. Mr. [redacted] sent the player in for review again on 1/6/16, and on 1/12/16 Access Corrections shipped the player back with a letter stating that the player was unable to be recovered. Access Corrections will attempt to repair any player purchased from Access Corrections free of charge, no matter when the player was purchased. .
The warranty covers software and function defects for the player or ear buds. Physically damaged items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. When the player is examined by Access Corrections and found to be defective within the warranty period it will be replaced at no charge. Warranty expiration dates vary by the DOC.

On July 15th, 2016 I filed a complaint with you against Keefe Commissary Network Sales- Revdex.com Complaint ID: [redacted]. It has been 2 months now and they still have yet to send me the name, address and phone number of the company that makes the ice coolers that they sell to the Mo. Dept of Corrections....

I need this info, as I am going to be filing a lawsuit against them because the ice coolers get mold in between the inner and outer layers of the ice cooler, that is a health hazard. I can not file the lawsuit against the company, if I do not know who they are. In your letter to me on July 18, 2016 you said that I should contact you if Keefe does not contact me, as you can refer me to other agencies that may be able to assist me. Would you please refer me to those agencies so I can get the info I am seeking from Keefe. Thank you for your time, cooperation and immediate action on this matter. Take care & God Bless!!

Access Corrections will attempt to recover any player purchased from Access Corrections free of charge no matter when the player was purchased. Thank you.

9/15/16 and on 9/23/16 Access Corrections shipped the player back with a letter stating that we were unable to recover the player. In spite of extensive testing of whether kiosks damage players, there is yet any evidence that confirms this. Access Corrections will attempt to recover any player purchased from Access Corrections free of charge no matter when the player was purchased. Please have Mr. [redacted] contact his facility representative to contact us. We’ll arrange to review it again. reviewed on 7/28/2017 and on the same day [redacted] shipped the player recovered. However, [redacted] has no record of receiving the player since. Even if a Resident Authorization was not issued to the player prior to its receipt at [redacted], our player review team immediately identifies the player and issues an RA# for its review. No such record for this player has been created. We instruct that the resident’s facility give us tracking information for this particular player including carrier and tracking number. We can then research this issue further.    Thank you.
