I get 1 star because not have zero. I think this company is a Spam. When I saw the advertising's in the Internet, they show you one Price and when you go check your credit card account they charge you different amount money, and you try to find them, they not answer the phone, and the name is the medical Insurance in Texas

This company is an absolute SCAM!! Do not buy any products from this company! Their website was misleading and the costs of products was not the same amount charged to my card. I was charged for products that I did not even order and then charged again days after for "other" international charges. I had to cancel my debit card so that they could not charge me further. When I called customer service about the wrong charge they told me that they could not issue a refund because the order shipped. I called about 10 minutes after I placed the order? How did that already ship? Customer service was awful to deal with- I have been emailing them everyday for the past few days about my refund and no one has responded. This is an awful company and should be shut down!!!

I was looking for prices on Keto BHB product. I thought I had chosen 3 bottles for 39.99 each with free shipping. My card was immediately charged $149.99 and $80.00. I want both charges removed and any order cancelled immediately. I'm sorry I ever believed this company's claims.

The advertisement of the product cost was misleading and we wanted to cancel the order and have a refund of our money. We had a hard time getting anyone to respond and the product was delivered and they still have not agreed to give us our refund. We do not want the product and will send it back with my refund.

I ordered product on 4/10/20 and as I placed my order it was completed before informing me of the purchase price, only providing me with the amount of money I saved. I was informed the charges would show up on my next credit card statement. I immediately called customer service and the recording advised me to email customer service due to the virus staff is handling emails from home. I then emailed customer service and cancelled my order (#***) but today when I got my credit card statement I was charged $80.00 and $199.00. I sent customer service a second email after attempting to call customer service today and was hung up on after pressing to stay on the line.

I returned all necessary paperwork along with the items., and it was in your hands on March 17th. More than enough time for this to be processed and the refund to be issued. I am already "out" another $22 just to return the order, the fastest way I could.

Their whole check out process is misleading. Before I knew it, extra product was added along with additional charges. Charges were not fully explained. The confirmatory emails are interesting because the orders state 5 @$39.99 each and another order that lists 4 flavors and a price 0f $20 each. No where does it state the total cost. Very misleading. I emailed customer support 1 1/2 hours after placing the order and wanted to cancel the order. They emailed me back that they could not cancel the order and that the product was shipped. I told them several times I did not want the product and they not only took $280.00 out of my account but then proceeded to charge me an additional$8.40 International Transaction fee! The business is in Denver Colorodo, which is in the USA!I asked for an RMA to send the shipment back once and if it ever arrived.

Zero Stars!! This business is a SCAM - 100% Zero Stars!! This business is a SCAM - 100% I ordered product from the actual website and ordered the 3 jars for $26.75 "Best Deal" - upon check-out you are not given a total and before you exit the website it provides you with another "offer" for $19.00 - an offer that if you skip you are still charged for. I had no idea of the order totals until my order came through and I saw I actually ordered 5 bottles at $39.99 each and an additional bottle for $20.00. How is this even ethical?? I immediately emailed them and told them to cancel my order! I asked for my money back! You would think this should not be an issue since they still have the product it should be easy to refund my money and keep the product I told them I did not want. They replied back that they cannot cancel my order as they immediately rushed it out but upon receipt I could return for a full refund. Then another person from customer service reached out and told me my order was delayed and could not be shipped right away. THEN I receive another email stating they cannot locate my order or my account and need the order numbers again. This business is a total and complete scam who got me for $280.00 for NOTHING!! I reported to my bank and if you fell for the same garbage I did I suggest you do the same. This is a horrible way to try to do business and I don't care which Shark on Shark Tank funded them IT IS A SCAM!! No business operates this way! If a customer is not happy - fix it! It's that simple. I am seeking legal council and will get my attorney to continue to fight for my money back. This company is a joke, don't click, don't buy this product - STAY AWAY!! Keep your money!

On 3/24 I ordered these pills and after seeing how much they cost (only until you check out is this divulged). Within 2 minutes max I tried to cancel only to receive an immediate email saying order couldn't be canceled but could be fully refunded after receipt of same and returning them. I asked for instructions in advance so that I could immediately return them and they emailed back that I would have to wait until l received pills then they would give instructions. No one will return emails. This is a MAJOR SCAM!!!!!!! Mary C

On March 26th I placed an order for what I thought was 3999 I was charged $199 for one order and an additional order for $80. I immediately sent an email requesting them to cancel that order but I got no response was an email that said how great their product was that they wouldn't refund my money but they would guarantee it in in 60 days if I didn't like it they would refund me then.I sent another email requesting when it would be shipped and was told it had been sent to their fulfillment center they weren't sure when it would be shipped. A week later I still haven't seen anything I sent another request I got the same exact email response it was sent to the getting tired of waiting I sent another request with a very angry response in my end and they finally said that they would be shipping within 48 hours that was 5 days ago I have still heard nothing. I would like a full refund ASAP.

On March 31 I ordered 5 Bottles of their product. My order confirmation shows the bottles were 29.99/each. My credit card was billed $199 and then another $80. When I called to inquire I was told that I must have been confused when I ordered and actually ordered additional products but that I can return them and receive credit once I receive them. The math in any scenario they described when I called does not equate to what I have been charged. It is now 2 weeks later and I have NOT received the product and when I call them they cannot give me an estimated shipping date and will not cancel or refund my order. So as of today I have been over charged for product that I have not not received and have no idea if or when I will. This can not be legal.

I ordered from the company Saturday March 28, 2020. I was charged $80.00 that I did authorize, and then $149.99 that I did not. I emailed the company right away to return the $149.99 I was told they could not return my money the order was already out for shipment but they would extend the 60-day trial for 120 days!

Today April 13th, I still have not received my order!

I have emailed them the following days 3/29/2020, 4/1/2020, 4/9/2020, 4/13/2020. I have asked for a tracking number and reason why my order is not here yet and they can't seem to get me a tracking number. I have filed a fraud complaint with my bank, I want my money back $229.99.

After looking at the other complaints filed I can see this is a scam.

A company called Keto BHB Real charged my card $229.99 for and order they specified as 2 bottles of pills at $20.00 a piece with a 3rd bottle for free. This company would not answer the phone when I called to cancel. I have been scammed and misled from this so-called business.

I placed an order on sun april 12th. Was suppose to be for 29.99. After order was olaced I looked at bank they took 99.99 plus another 80 dollars. Basically the emptyed my account. I immediately tryed to call and email to cancel my order with no luck. I want my money back. These people are thieves

I ordered what I thought was only 1 bottle plus three additional for free when after the transaction I got an email stating I would be getting NINE bottles and that I would be charged $279! First $199.99 then an additional $80.00. I immediately called the number provided to cancel explaining that the interface on the web page was very confusing and I did not intend to spend that much money. This was less than an hour after placing the order and the guy still would not allow me to cancel the order. He said I could send the product back if I wanted to. Well I got the nine bottles and decided to try the KETO pills but after seeing no change in anything want to send the rest back, all are UNOPENED but the invoice that came with the pills has no address to send them to, no phone number to call, just a very basic one page of shipping details (listing the nine bottles of pills)
These people are intentionally ripping folks off through the deliberately misleading and confusing ordering process on the internet, and especially when they refuse to allow cancellations even a few minutes after placing an order.

I seen this on facebook and wanted the no obligation free bottle. I put my information in and used my credit card to assume, pay for the shipping. I never got a receipt and when I looked at my credit card bill, they charged my card for 199.00 and 80.00. I never authorized this. I tried to call number and never got through numerous times. I emailed and was told to wait till shipment got to me to return it for refund. I got the shipment which by the way was not 1 free bottle , but a bunch of crap pills that do not even look like what I was suppose to get for free, then emailed and called to no avail. They wont respond. I never wanted these charges. I did not order this crap. I want my money back and them closed down s o they dont do it to someone else. I am on a strict budget and this has literally broken me.

I ordered 1 bottle of their Keto product online and was prompted to order additional different products for 80.00 on a separate web page. The only option to close this page and continue on to finish the order added the unwanted products automatically. I tried calling only to get no answer and sent an email. The response said that it was already in progress and could not be cancelled.

I think this is a scam and I’m so very upset!!! I ordered 5 bottles for $150 and was charged $200 and going to call my bank and find out if any more charges, I will file charges if I do not get my refund

I wanted to buy a product that cost 39.95 they never showed me the total and confined the sale and charged me $300 it was a complete disgrace especially now when people need there money the most I was deceived and ripped off and don’t want them to shop the item I want my money back they never answered my emails or there phone when I tried to call please help me recover my moneyk

I received a receipt with wrong billing amount. I called to cancel and received recorded message to send email. Sent email with no response. Kept calling finally received email response they would check. Not heard back. The advertised 60 day money back guarantee. My debit was charged $199.00 and $80.00 on 4/6/20.

I have not received any product nor refund.
