they have charged my bank card 199.99 . I have called several call and no answer only music place and then to leave a message and the first rep will call you back No one has called me back. I have left 3 messages and no one is responding. I will have to call my bank and see what I can do. Very Very disappointed!!!!

On March 28th at around 12:47 PM, I ordered Keto BHB on their Facebook page. It was supposedly the same that was marketed on the tv show Shark Tank, though the site said that the product had been repackaged and rebranded. The site advertised that you could buy 4 bottles and get 3 bottles free. There was never any mention of a rebate at this point. When I went to order it didn't give the option of the buy 4 get 3 free offer but mentioned buy 3 get 2 free. The bottles were $29.60 each, again without mentioning any sort of rebate. We do have screenshots of what was advertised if needed. As I placed the order, there was no total shown on the page. It took me directly to the confirmation page without showing a total or providing a receipt prior to checkout. Though I only placed one order for the buy 3 get 2 free deal, I was charged twice by Ketonowadvanced for $199.99 and $80. Additionally, I was charged two 'International TXN Fee' of $4.00 and $1.60. These were done at the same time as the charges by Ketonowadvanced, and I have to assume that these are related. As it was noted that there was free shipping, those charges should not be shipping charges. Only when I received the two emails with the separate orders did I discover at there was a mail-in rebate required to get the bottles at $29.60 each. The rebate was only mentioned and not included with the emails. By 2:00 PM the same day (March 28), I had called their support number 855-810-8652 (which was not readily available on the page; I had to search for it on Google) and waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes only to have the system hang up on me. I called right back and waited another 30 minutes and took the system option to hold my place in line and have them call me back. It wasn't until March 29th at 3:20 PM that Tina called me back. I requested to cancel my order as I had become suspicious of this vendor. Tina said that I was unable to cancel my order (there was no way cancel) and would have to wait for my order to arrive and then call back to get return instructions and to see if I would be eligible for a refund.
Now, over a week later, I have received no tracking or product. Doing research on the Revdex.com site and others regarding this company, I have found many with a similar experience. Some have reported to even waiting over a month after receiving a tracking number and still not having the product. Additionally, many have pointed out that this is NOT the company that was on Shark Tank, though they are (as of today) still advertising as such. Not only are they trying to scam money from honest people, but they are also falsely advertising which reflects poorly on the actual company that was on Shark Tank and the show itself.

Thanks for the response back. Hoping buyers will be aware after reading so many comments on the continual "3rd party handling" advertising falsly in regards to shark tank & also the extra offer for additional products at the end. When you click decline that the offer, only option is to hit next & it adds it anyways. You dont know it because after hitting next, its really the "checkout" button without getting to view your order first.

I only ordered the one bottle of Keto BHB ($69). I was charged for that and four additional bottles - an additional total of $80 - that I did NOT order. These four bottles were advertised during the ordering process and appeared to be optional. I never selected them. But the company has it set up so that they end up in the customer's cart. I tried to delete them and thought I did. But when I checked my bank charges, it shows that this company created a separate order for the four ordered bottles. So, I was charged a total of $149.

Within minutes of ordering and see the charges from my bank, I emailed their customer service. "Penny" responded to say that my order had already been received by the "fulfillment team" and couldn't be cancelled.

I want to cancel both orders - for $69 and $80 - and will also contact my bank about this.

On Friday, March 27th, I ordered 5 bottles of Keto BHB Real Product. Further, the website offered an additional 3 bottles of product that I did not order; however, appeared on my order, following payment. On Saturday, March 28th, after reading several poor reviews, I decided to cancel my order. I emailed the support team at [email protected], and received a response stating the order was already fulfilled, and I was unable to cancel. I was also told I would receive an email, within 48- 72 hours with my tracking number on shipped items. To date, Monday, April 6th, I haven't received an email with my tracking information. I would like a full refund.

I ordered the advertised deal which was 3 bottles for 39.99 + 2 free bottles. The total of the purchase was never shown during the transaction. When I checked my bank account $199.99 had been taken out plus an additional $80.00 for who knows what. I have looked at other complaints and see that the same scam has happened to them. This business is out of control and unlawful. It says there is a guaranteed money back guarantee, but just try to get anyone on the phone or get them to respond to an email. I just want my money back. this business is not trustworthy!!

I placed an order with the company on friday the 3rd of April within 2 hours I needed to cancel the order and wanted my money refunded and the company says its workers were cut down due to covid 19 . I stated that I would like my order cancelled by email and they replyed asking my why I wanted the order canceled. I wanted them to refund the money I payed but I heard nothing until monday the 6th of april that my order could not be canceled because it was too late and it had already went to the shipping dept, I don't think thats correct. No place ships out within a few hours and refuses to return the money paid. Now I have to wait for the shipment to come to me and to return it before I will see any refund.

They claim a 90 day complete refund but they do not answer the phone or answer my emails, so I don't know how to get this refund where to return this shipment. I explained to them a child in my care ordered this without my consent or knowledge , I contacted them within hours of the email confirming this purchase, but they said it was too late, it was processed immediately. Also the price is not like the ad says, and the add on products are very sneaky, you don't even know you ordered it.

Their whole check out process is misleading. Before I knew it, extra product was added along with additional charges. Charges were not fully explained. The confirmatory emails are interesting because the orders state 5 @$39.99 each and another order that lists 4 flavors and a price 0f $20 each. No where does it state the total cost. Very misleading. I emailed customer support 1 1/2 hours after placing the order and wanted to cancel the order.. They emailed back about 4 hours later and said that it had already shipped. More emails next day and no resolution. Called today and received call back about 3 hours later. I was told product had already shipped even though I have not received it yet. I wanted to get an RMA but was told that I would have to call back after the product was delivered. Customer service rep became upset when I kept interrupting her canned speech with questions. This is all a big pain because I live in assisted living and am under lockdown due to coronavirus.

This company website is misleading and my purchase and order was overcharged, I want my money back including the strange fees. Acct# 232197 & 232188 I only ordered once. Dissapointed

I went on the web site to purchased there products I called doctor after the purchase he advise me not to take them. I called to cancel 30 min later . I emailed them as well I never recited the product because I told them not to ship it thru a email. At one point I was email back and forth about the refund to several people . So obe I did that I check my bank statement and there WAS SEVERAL. CHARGES I DINT AUTHROZIE .. the amount was 199.99 , 80.00, 6.00 and 2.40 . Which I have no idea why I have these charges . So the company tell me on there web site and they email money back guarantee . This company have played so many games and gave me the run around about my money which was 0ver 300 dollars . I believe it's a scam . So I been calling everyday email leaving my contact number . The company pretends some will answer and after holding on for 1 hour it hangs up .

I am rejecting this response because:I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for the money to be put back on my card .. I have attempted to contact the business in which they are very slow at responding and also I never received any products from the company and I never signed up for any subscription so I’m not sure why my card was even charger this amount .I understand you encounter a problem with your process . Your company is a billion dollar company and this should have been fix in a timely matter . What your company has offer me for a refunded is it acceptable I would like money put back on my debt card and I don’t want a prepaid Visa card to shop on line . And in one of the email your company offer to give me not a physical card and said you will email with instructions. The experience I have had with your company I never want to shop on line again . I will make all my purchases in store . So unfortunately a prepaid card won’t work for me to shop in line . Pleases refund my money . Ordered product online From ketobhbreal.com. They way overcharged me and added on charges. I immediately tried to contact them and they ran my credit card without final approval. After reading complaints about this company I now realize that they over charge and falsely advertise their products n a regular basis. This company should have their Business investigated. On 03/30/2020 , I tried to place an order for 1 bottle of Keto BHB real pills, for $29.60. At 9:07 pm I received not one, but two confirmation emails from the company, with 2 separate order numbers. I immediately checked by bank online, and saw 2 separate charges from this company in the amounts of $199.99 and $80.00. I immediately sent an email to the address provided, asking to have both orders canceled immediately. I also tried calling the number 3x today, stayed on hold over an hour each time, just to be disconnected at the hour mark on all 3 calls. I had to call my bank this morning to report the fraudulent charges, but because it was on my debit MasterCard, the funds were processing. I reached out another 3-4 emails today and nothing. I did a little research through the Keto BHB Facebook page and saw that the EXACT same thing happened to everyone else! Same amount of $$, everything. This is definitely a scam. I unfortunately ordered this product (5 bottles) on March 24th at 3:14 pm online. They charged my credit card right away for over $200. Then, on March 26th I received an email stating that my product had shipped. When I copied the tracking number that they had sent me, it says it hasn't even been received yet by the company. I checked again on the 29th, the 30th and the 31st, and they all say that my product hasn't been received by the company.#***.
Today I called their customer support number at 10:14 AM and stayed on for 30 minutes and no one picked up, I pushed 1 to have them call me back in the order that it was received and at 1:40 pm, I had yet to be called, so I called again. I stayed on the line for 1 WHOLE HOUR and then it hung up!!!
I don't want to deal with this, I just want my money back. I have already emailed them yesterday, March 30th, stating that I want my money back due to not even seeing that my product has shipped. It is a lie.
Please help!!!!

I ordered one bottle of a Keto product of which they we going to include two free bottles. The charge was supposed to be for $29,99. Instead they charged me for five bottles at $40 a bottle plus an extra $80 for who knows what. So they deducted from my account $280 instead of $30. This is criminal.

They have over charged me, they haven’t answered my phones calls, my emails weren’t answered professionally, their website is a complete scam and it is misleading and I was falsely charged! They do not help you get your money back or help you with any problems. The order page is a completely scam for you to get more products you don’t even want. They listed false prices and added fake buttons to click to continue to charge you without you even knowing. I tried reaching out but was unable to get a refund or cancel an order. I have seen many women scammed the same exact way.
