The add was deceptive. I thought I was paying $39.99 for 3 bottles. When I submitted my order I received a text from Capital One for $199.99. Within minutes I emailed the company to cancel my order. This was a Sunday. Monday morning I received the reply that it was too late and they refused to cancel my order and refund my purchase.

Order an advertised special 3 bottles at $29.95 and get 2 free. Placed order at 1:55 3/28/20 but nowhere did it state the total to be billed to my credit card. Received notice of confirmation at 1:57 p.m. 3/28/20 # ***. Did not show amount billed to credit card only that sales tax (0.00%) 0.00$ Total showed $20.00 $ each amount billed in USD currency. AT 2:03 p.m. 3/28/20 sent
customer service at e-mail to cancel order immediately since the confirmation did not show amount billed to credit card. I then called my credit company and requested the amount be denied. But Sams Club Synchrony Bank said charge has already gone through and they could only file a dispute. At 2:52 p.m. 3/28/20 I sent another e-mail to the [email protected] advising them I was very disappointed in their advertisement and business ethics. I told them I expected to pay about $90 but was told by my credit card company they had actually taken $179 plus an additional $80. I told them I was a 77 years old and could not afford to pay that much money especially right not with the covid 19 issues in our country.. I received an e-mail on 3/29 about 5:30 p.m. stating they could not cancel the order as it had already been shipped but I could use their return policy if I followed their instructions properly. I have since checked out their reviews and find I am not alone in this situation. I have no idea if the product does what they claim but I believe this is a scam. I hope you can help me get my money back quickly and my fixed income does not allow that kind of an expense. I have completed this form while on hold with their "customer service dept".

This is a scam. Very false advertising. Customer service was not able to help. Would not recommend purchasing any products from them. You do see how much you are paying until you check out.

Their website advertised a purchase of three bottles for $29.99 and two bottles free. My purchase prices was $39.99. When my order processed they took $199.99 from my account. I checked my email and I recieved a receipt saying they charged me $49.99 per bottle for all 5 bottles. This was not what was advertised and not what I agreed to when I processed the purchase. I contacted them via email while I was on hold with their company. The email was sent within 5 minutes of processed order. The response back was that they cannot cancel the order because it already shipped. No way possible! They also said I can return it for a full refund however they will not provide me return details. I have tried to call several times, I stayed on hold for literally hours without a representative picking up. I believe this is a fraudulent company. At this point I was charged more than agreed for product, I don’t have the product, and they won’t refund my money.

My account was overcharged by hundreds versus what they said they’d charge my account. Upon attempting to cancel my order and request full refund, zero attempts to reaching a representative from this company was successful via both phone and email.

Ordered 1 bottle of this product and my invoice said I would be charged $69.99. On looking at my checking account I see I was charged $69.99 from KETOTODAYMORE but also an additional $80.00 the same day for a total of $149.99. I've been trying to contact this company which is nearly impossible!

Placed an order online with Keto BHB Real on Saturday, March 21st. Pulling open the website, there were three options offered for placing an order. I selected Option# 2; which at that time provided a purchase of (2) bottles of KETO BHB, each at $39.95, with one bottle for free; for a total of 3 bottles. You were only able to make one selection, then the only other thing to fill out on the page was your credit card info; which I filled out and submitted my order. Upon checking my email today and my bank account, it showed my initial order, then provided a second order number, for products that had not even been provided as options when I was placing my order, along with a charge of $149.99 on my account. I called the provided customer service number twice today, each time tapping out at an hour on hold, to be hung up on and told I would receive a call back. When I finally received a call back it was at 11:30pm, which is odd all by itself, however the person I spoke to proceeded to speak over me, not allowing me to speak; telling my my product had shipped, and I was not entitled to a refund, and that she had my IP address, phone number and address, etc. Everything about this seems off, and while I did, in all honesty, place one order, I did not place the second, which ended up charging my account three times, what I had initially planned to spend. I also tried emailing the company and looking up a Facebook, or some alternate way for contact, but there isn't anything. I think this company is a scam.

The advertisement was for a $29.90 purchase. After placing the order, I saw two charges on my account for $80 and $199. I have tried emailing twice. I have stayed on hold at the number provided for an hour after which it hung up and the second time I stayed on hold for 30 minutes. Never talked to a person. No response on emails requesting to cancel the order.
Only got one star rating because I could not give it a 0.

I ordered 1 bottle of KetoBHBreal for $39. And change which I still have no bill for and was billed $286.00 3 separate charges $199.99 $1.95 and $80.00 and a toltal of 9 bottles I called with in 10minutes if placing the order to cancel because I saw what was pending on my credit card and they told me my order was being processed and I could not cancel I had to wait for the package to be delivered then follow all the return directions which cost another $20 to send back and now we are over $30 days and still no refund. I send emails every other day to customer service they see they have received my return and are waiting for the processing center to match my account. The email today *** said if she could handle the credit refund she would and she is very sorry but she can not! I am very frustrated and do not know how this could take so long I have read other reviews of this company and it has happen numerous times. People got there refunds and I have not. I don’t know what to do next please help me

I purchased 1 bottle of Keto BHB for 29.99
After this purchase I received an email showing 39.99 per bottle and I am getting 5 bottles. This is not what I want I only wanted 1 bottle not 5
I only wanted to be charged 29.99 not over 200$ I also noticed that an additional 80$ was charged but the company could not get this money for non sufficient funds. I have no idea what the 80$ was being charged for?
For this company trying to steal an additional 80$ I was charged 30$ fee for non- sufficient funds by my bank
This is not ok
They mislead me
I called to cancel this order within 10 minutes of this purchase and was told they rejected my cancellation
I do not approve this purchase I want my money back
The company lied and mislead this purchase
I want my money back all of the money including the 30$ fee I was charged by my bank for this company trying to take an additional 80$ for I don’t know about
