I have been speaking to my bank about the charges Keto Lean sent me, the first set of bottles almost $200.00 together. It was a trial basis and I knew this was not something I could afford. The bank honored the first billing and when I called the second time they shipped, the bank reversed the charges. Not thinking anything about this, I received the 2nd set of bottles and called today to let them know I am returning them and to also confirm their cancellation and was told that it was up to my bank, whether it would be cancelled or not. The bank reversed the second set of charges and when I talked to their shipping location at 1-855-559-1100, I noticed that the other shipping sheet had a 2nd phone #1-855-354-5428. That just raised a flag for me. Are they legitimate? Are their practices deceiving? Do we just let that slide? No....we need to protect innocent goofballs like myself to research with you first or better yet, order nothing on line. I'm 64 years old, I have AFib and needed to loose weight, not throw money out the window. This is not a legitimate practice, even made me ask myself, what's in this? Is it safe?

On the order site a customer is offered a free trial for only the cost of shipping ($4.99). Not true. With this click you are tricked (by the timing of the delivery) into an autoship AND $93.47 for that which you thought you were paying $4.99.

This company offers a 14-day "trial" low-price ($4.99) of its product when you order. However, the product (at least in our case) arrived on the last day of the trial and the debit card was charged full price $93.47 for the product - without having a chance to even try it. In addition, during the ordering process, another product was added on automatically, for which we were charged and additional $89.44. Because their very tiny print states that the trial period begins the minute you hit the order button, they were apparently legally within their rights to do this. We feel that this practice is shady and akin to a scam. Their customer service rep talked in circles and said he could only "see" the one product. When we realized that there were in fact two charges (since we didn't know there was a charge for the added on product), we called back the next day. Because it was one day, we were charged full price for the trial product even though we cancelled the so-called subscription and no further products were delivered. Ultimately, they refunded us a total of $49.99 of the $187.90 we paid but we were on the phone for hours just to get that.

I ordered the Keto Lean product through an ad that popped up on Facebook on February 28th for $4.99 and also added the Pure Cleanse product for $4.95. I was just paying for the shipping and handling for trying these products as they were advertised as FREE bottles. I haven't even opened the bottles I was sent in February. I then got charged $89.44 and $93.47 randomly for a product that I have never seen. Then because this is a credit card statement I don't check regularly I just got charged AGAIN on April 13th & 14th for the same amounts! I called to dispute this and they told me I knew what I was signing up for and they refused to refund my money. I explained that this was never listed anywhere and these were supposed to be FREE bottles. The rep explained that the March charges were for the February bottles. Then why did you advertise them as FREE!? I would have never ordered and paid for something knowing that I would secretly be charged for them later. There was nothing in the confirmation emails explaining a post charge or anything about a continued subscription of these charges. I was not given any reconciliation on that phone call and when I asked for the website of where I could go and leave a review, the rep had no idea. She had to put me on hold to ask someone what the website address for the product I was trying to get a refund on. Seriously....?? This so-called company is a complete scam and will continue to leave negative reviews and never order from them again. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

This company is awful, and a sham. Very misleading, 3 separate charges of 80$ in one month, when I called customer service to dispute the charge, they said they could only remove 30% and then 50% no supervisor available to speak with. The only thing that makes me feel better about this scam is that I wasnt the only one to get taken. Waiting to hear from my bank if they will reverse the charges, I never received any info regarding a trial period, or future charges.

My wife ordered a trial bottle of their product for a total of about $9. 14 days later we were charged $93 and were told that the charge was for the product that she had already opened and starting using. Doing some research and calling to cancel said product lead me to to the following conclusions:
On the order page, there is nothing about a follow-on charge or automatic shipping of product. One must click and read through the “Terms and Conditions” section where the charge is completely hidden.
The phone rep told me that the trial is 14 days, but the product starts “showing results” after 21 days of use. With shipping involved, the deal becomes trying a product for 10 days to see if you’d like to cancel or not, even though said product will not purportedly start working until after you get charged the full price
The phone rep offered to refund me 30%. I said I wanted 100%. He then said the highest he is allowed to go is 55%. I took the refund, but told him I still will be fighting to get the full refund. He would also not transfer me up the chain and that he was a supervisor and he was the highest person I could talk to.
A major problem is that they go out of their way to hide the charge. This doesn’t only affect me, as I asked the rep how many phone calls exactly like mine he gets per day and he states “a lot”.

On March 21 2019 I saw an ad via Facebook for KetoLean. After reading the testimonials I decided to purchase the trial for $4.99. After entering my CC info I had second thoughts about the purchase and before submitting the order I left the site. I received an email that said I was charged for $4.99. I immediately contacted the company via the email and did not hear back about the issue I did get an automated email to say they received my email. Today April 4 I was charged $93.47 on my CC. I called the customer service # on the email receipt they sent today. I was told a lot of scam worthy info. They would not refund my full amount and that if I pursued an investigation they would send a copy of my IP adress and the terms and conditions. The CSR tried to use bully tactics to get me to accept 67% of the refund. I do accept my responsibility for being ignorant and naive about how some companies conduct business. In my opinion this is unethical and very bad business. Also when asked to speak to a manager I was told 3 times they will not speak to me because they give full authorization to the customer service reps to handle these issues. Not a company to do business with.

This is a total SCAM doesn't show you the total for your order until you put in credit card # and complete the order. Says buy 2 for 39.99 and get one free then your billed for all 3 on your card. Called to cancel immediately and they tried to tell me they can only refund me 30% then 50 % when I threatened to make this complaint , demanded to speak to a supervisor and informed them that I was contacting my CC company to dispute the charge and enter a complaint they put the refund on my card. It's very unfortunate that these complete scams exist BEWARE!!!

There was a purchase I made for a product fro $4.99 and then 14 days late they charged me $93.47 to my credit card that I did not authorize. After just taking 2 pills from the free trial I broke out in hives and I tried to call to make sure they did not charge me for any more but the phone numbers just put you on hold so I was never able to cancel and then they charged me that $93.47. The number that showed up on my bank statement is no longer in service and gives a number that is a shell company not even in the United States. I finally got through and all they would give me is 30% back I took it but feel I should receive a full refund because I see they have been doing this to a lot of people.

Ordered the items from an add, no information about the return policy. Item was automatically reordered and I was charged a total of $180.00, I call immediately to cancel and was told there was no refund. When I questioned that they said it was in information on the web site which I could not find. After a long discussion with customer service they agreed to refund half of the price of $90 and I would get and email and was provided a confirmation number. This has been now over two weeks ago, no email and no refund. What a scam!!

I ordered and canceled my order the next day but phone was never answered cause the number didn't work and my bank even tried it and the same thing happened rings and hung up. I called another number I found online and when I got someone after 2 days they said I can only get 56% of my money back and I explained what was going on and they kept saying I didn't call.

I had ordered a trial of Keto Lean and HL Cleanse. I authorized charges for $4.95 a piece which I was fine with. I saw no underlying mention of a contract or repeating charges. I called in to cancel a week after I received the product just in case there was one that wasn't mentioned and was told my account was cancelled. On February 15th a charge of $93.47 posted to my bank account. Then on February18th there was another charge of $89.44. I contacted the company once more and was given the run around and a different customer cr to contact which upon calling was a number no longer in service. I was finally able to get through once again to be told that my account is cancelled and they could not offer me a refund. Now it's March and I noticed on March 18th a charge of $93.47 and a charge of $89.44 was once again withdrawn from my account. I do not want this service and I can not reach anyone at this company to help with my issue. This is very frustrating.

I am not happy with this solution. They refunded $182.91, they took $365.82, I want a FULL refund not just half. I will not stop until I get the other $182.91.

I ordered a sample package of Ketolean and one of Pure Cleanse for the price of $4.95 and $4.99 respectively on 3/1/19 through an ad on Facebook purporting to be related to SharkTank investors. Nowhere in the offer did it state that I was signing up for continuing orders. I have now been billed for $93.47 on 3/15 and $89.44 on 3/17 and .I received the first two but nothing for the last two billings. The phone number on the bottle is a non working cell number and the same one you have listed on your site (855-559-1100). I did not order anything but the two $4 items and not the $90+ items.

I want this billing stopped immediately and the money refunded. This is a scam taking advantage of the buying public.

If I could leave a negative amount on the stars, I would.

This company is predatory and takes advantage of the "fine print." Whereas one might purchase an item for $4.99, the fine print would allow them to charge your credit card at least one a month (in my case 3 times in 3 days) for $94.00. You agree to it when you press that accept button.

It is a scam, and buyer should beware. There are several company names, products, and phone numbers...which are not manned. I had to cancel my credit card to stop the charges.

I ordered the Ketolean Beta Hydroxybutyrate on 2/25/19 for $4.99 for a 2 week trial. The product was delivered on 3/5/19, on 3/11/19 I was charged $93.47 for a new shipment of pills. On 3/11/19, I had emailed the company to cancel the product. I late found out that I was charged the amount. I called the Customer Service on 3/12/19 to discuss this issue. I was told the 2 week trial period begins the day the product is ordered. The product took 7 days to arrive at my house, so I was on afforded 7 days for the trial period. The customer service rep told me he was sorry that the product was delayed for the 2 week period but cancellation must be done before the 2 weeks day arrives. I told him that I do not get 2 weeks since I only had the product for 1 week. He said that is how the contract is written. I then notified hm that I sent an email on 3/11/19 to cancel, which is 14 days from the original order date. He told me that they cannot refund the money since their policy is to be notified by phone call before the 14 days. I told him that I contacted, as per your policy, and he kept saying that we need notification before the 14 days, yet the policy I saw says a free 14 day trial.
Technically this company is misleading its customers because they only give 13 days. This company refused my refund.

I called the company on day 14, as required, to opt out of the Ketolean program. I talked to ***, no last name, and told him to cancel my account, after which he told me my account was canceled and to have a nice day. I checked my checking account a few days later $93.47 was withdrawn from my account. I called back on 3/8/19 and talked with two broken English women before I got ***. I inquired to why I was charged, at which time he informed me that my account was NOT closed and no notes stating anything regarding my previous call. He told me he could only give me a 59% refund back, I stressed that this was not acceptable and I wanted a full refund. *** told me that he couldn't due and that only his supervisor could. *** told me that he would have Bill, his supervisor, call me and "promised" me Bill would call within the hour, that was on 3/8/19, today is 3/11/19 and still no call.

There was a purchase I made for a product for $4.99 and then later got charged $93.47 in later received an item that I did not order. I tried to contact customer service and I am placed on hold and no one answers the call I tried their website and the website is shut down. I do not want this product and I want my money back and I want to make sure I am no longer charge for any future items.

I had come across an advertisement for a KetoLean product that had been listed in a link from MSN and/or shark tank stating that it was offering a bottle for free, just pay shipping, but had a limited supply and needed to order now as there were only a few bottles left for free. I had decided to try the product since nowhere did it state it was a subscription service and in fact had stated it was risk free and did provide 100% money back guarenteed. Upon ordering, it also offered PureCleanse for just the shipping price-also risk free, which I did decide to try. Again, nowhere at that time did it state through the purchase and confirmation pages that it would contain reoccurring monthly charges if purchased and not canceled. Once I did complete the purchase of both of the "free" bottles, I paid just the shipping like it stated and I received an email confirming this. I read through the email which did not state anywhere that this was a trial period , let alone a monthly subscription. After about a week from purchasing, I had received these 2 bottles in the mail with a receipt, again the package did not include anything stating you will be charged $XX if not canceled by a certain date. I never received any phone calls or emails checking to see if I was satisfied with the purchase, had any questions, or any email notifying me of these "so called terms I agreed to." On 3/5/19 I had received an email thanking me for my purchase, then a second email today 3/6/19 for the second bottle I "trialed." I emailed them as soon as I saw this, and their reply stated they would get back to me within 24 hrs-which they never did. I then decided to call to dispute this, and they stated that I knew that I was signing up and they refused to refund any money at first. I preceded to explain that this was never listed anywhere and that was all false advertising, as I never would have agreed to that expensive of a product or even accepted the first free bottles. The rep then said he'd cancel my subscription, but it was my fault for not calling within the 14 day trial period and the most he'd refund was 59%. I explained how I had no notice of these terms in any process during the ordering and nothing stating this in the emails. I asked to speak to a manager and he laughed and said they won't give you anything different because it was my fault for not canceling-even though I had never agreed to continue any orders. I have contacted my bank at this time. I have also read mamy reviews now stating this company and many of its affiliates have done the same to other consumers who also were never notified. The have a different phone number on both bottles, as well as the website, and the number listed in my emails from them. Which are all red flags that this is a scheme and they have all sorts of false advertising, then refuse to back up their 100% money back guarentee. They have taken $93.47 and $89.44 out of my checking account and have stopped the shipment-but WILL NOT refund me my money. So they collected funds on a product that I NEVER will receive...
