I ordered Prime Organic's Product "LEANForskoin" and PURE Colon Cleanse during what I thought was a 30 day trail period. When I continued to receive unwanted products, I tried to cancel the order but could not find a return address. After searching I found a website and emailed them I received another shipment last week. My charge card balance is increasing. I talked to a representative today and confirmed my cancellation. I want my money back.

I ordered a 5-pack of KT01 Keto Tone dietary supplement on 10/19/18 in error. I did not understand that I was purchasing the 5-pack for a per bottle price, I had thought it was a per package price. When I realized my error – 3 hours after the purchase – I immediately contacted customer service to request the order be canceled.

I was told it could not be canceled as it was already “being processed” but was assured I could get a full refund after receiving the products and returning it.
I was not comfortable with that process. I explained to the representative that I had had an extremely hard time getting my money refunded from other companies that promised a money back guarantee and due to the large sum involved, I just wanted to cancel the order. Again I was told it was not possible as it was being processed and there was no way to cancel it at that point.

The representative pointed out that I could even receive their 60-day money back guarantee to make me feel more comfortable with the accidental purchase. This in fact did not make me feel more comfortable nor did it satisfy my request but I was getting no where with canceling my accidental order so I accepted her statement and ended the phone call.

I received the product several days later, did try it (with no results I might ad) and returned the entire 5 bottle order on December 4, 2018. I sent it USPS, insured and with tracking. I confirmed that the delivery was made on December 8, 2018.

I contacted the company shortly after the holidays via email, requesting to know about the status of my return and to date the only communication I have received is an automatic reply thanking me for my contact and assuring me that I will hear back from someone shortly.

On January 12, 2019 I received an email asking for the USPS delivery confirmation number, which I provided on the following day, January 13.

On that same date I received a reply stating that my request had been updated.

January 20th, after receiving no more communication from the company, I replied to the most recent email that it had now been 42 days since my return had been received by them and still no refund, after which I received yet another automatic reply thanking me for my contact and assuring me that I will hear back from someone shortly.

Presently still no refund.

On 1/7/19 I ordered 2 samples of pills from this company. I was charged $4.99 And $4.95. I never received either product but they got their money. On 1/21/19 they took another $93.47 from my credit card that I did not authorize. I never received the samples and definitely don't want anything else from them. They actually hung up the phone on me when I tried talking to them. I talked to a girl named ***. I want my $93.47 returned and also $9.94 for the samples I never received. I ordered a "free trial" from this company however I have been charged multiple times from then through my bank account yet I have not received and additional product. Even when I call them, they stare they cannot find my account and when they did find it they started the account was closed. They are refusing to return my funds to me and started the only amount they will refund is 30%. The only thing I really want id to make sure I no longer get billed as well as get my money back ($89.44 and $93.47). When I try and explain this to the agents I speak with they cannot understand what im saying for us to come to a resolution, all they say clearly is no refund. Please help!

I attached the screenshots of my order from that day and there were no terms and conditions to read and I couldnt find anywhere where it even stated how much cost would be moving forward. I work for Comcast and I know all about fine print and terms and conditions and there were none. Also their emails that were sent to me just 10 days after I received trial was already billed for the full amount for a 14 day trial. There invoice had no header or footer on, there again was no mention of a cancellation call by date or any of the sorts. You feel as though they are setting the consumer up to lose $$$ I am currently going through a separation and now a single mom with no further income, but mine...every penny counts. Roman who I spoke with twice promised a Supervisor would be calling in an hour regarding my dispute. I didnt call back off and on because im stll trying to get situated in my new place. Needless to say our first call ended with Roman hanging up on him when I inquired about the Sup's name. When I did call back 8 hours later, imagine to my syrprise that Roman answered again. When I verified my info and he realized who I was he hung up a second time. Now im furious. Called back immediately spoke with a woman who was rude and completely unhelpful. She stated they do not have Supervisors on the weekends and she was ill n a promotion and she knows everything-she told me she would give me a 30% credit back or nothing! I work in a very large call center as a Customer Service Rep working with escalation call backs and directly with our Supervisors. I would never treat a customer the way they talked to me as though I was inferior to them. They constantly interrupted me and talked over me and I dont think they actually heard what I had to say-assumed most of our conversation and accused me of saying things j didnt when their assumptions as to what I would say next didnt match their perception. This company should be ashamed of its customer service and there should always be a way to a third party out of country representative to get a hold of some in the USA that can resolve the problem.

01.15.19 (I called between 5:30 – 6:00 pst)
I placed an order for the free sample bottle of Keto and only had to pay the shipping and handling of $4.95. When I clicked the complete order they also charged me an additional $19.97 for some green coffee pills that I did not order.
I called (855.256.6733) to let them know that I did not order the other bottle and need my refund back. Reference # *** ….. Refund# *** - $24.92 within three to five business days. I spoke with Trexie customer service.
I let them know if I do not get my money back I will be contacting the Revdex.com.
The customer service was not trying to give me my money back, saying once the order is placed there is not a refund and will give me a voucher, then talking about a percentage… Right here on the page it states a 100% money back guarantee..

I received my full refund then the company turned around and took out the $19.97 again. Once I saw this on my account I called my bank and spoke to a live person, inquiring about the $19.97 and they verified that yes, the money was given back to me but turned around and took the money back. My bank advised me that I needed to call them and dispute. I called the company (***), that is the number that is on my bank statement for this transaction. The customer service representative said they on show they money being voided, after 30 minutes of tell the rep that I need to speak to a supervisor threatening to report them I finally got a Supervisor on the line. I explained the whole situation even telling her that I send her screen shot of my account where the money was given back and then taken out. She did not want to do it, kept stating there was nothing more she could do. I told her they need to give me my money back and she kept reiterating the same thing, so I let her (Bella) know that I will be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com.

This product was advised on T.V. as just pay shipping and handling fee which was $4.97 all I had to do. They sent an email telling me that my product well be shipped out and what I ordered. Well they threw in a cleaner which I did not ask for. After getting their email I called them and told them that the order was wrong and I didn't order this they then inform me that the order would be corrected and well be shipped out. The order came in and just like the email said there was the cleaner also. I then check my card account and found that they also charge me 93.47 for a program that came with the sample test that I had ordered. I was never informed of any programs with a sample test, plus this was never part of the TV show. Now I'm fighting with them for the return of the my money. To which they said they would return 55.15 of it. I said you well return the whole 93.47. This is where I'm at now along with cancelled credit card so they can't charge me more.

I purchased a free trial of Keto Lean for the cost of shipping 12/4/18. Package arrived 12/10/18. On 12/15/18 I received an email with an invoice in the amount of $93.47 for a new shipment. I immediately replied that this was unauthorized and needed to be cancelled. I also notified my bank as it was charged to my debit card. They said they couldn't reverse a charge to a debit card (lesson learned). I received an email from Keto lean confirming my cancellation. Problem solved. NOT! A day later the full charge went through my account. When I emailed them again and told them to reverse the charge immediately, I was referred to their website and the terms and conditions at the BOTTOM OF THE PAGE stating my trial was for 15 days, starting with the initiation of the order, not the date I received it and by not respond by 12/15/18 I agreed to the charge and they had clearly had no intention of reversing the invoice. There was nothing in the package I received stating the terms nor in the email confirmation of my original order.

I signed up for a trial, when I went to cancel my order there is nowhere or any way to cancel my order. Next thing I know I get charged almost 200.00 on my credit card for something that I didn't want. I get my order in the mail and there are no return instructions no anything in with the order. How are we supposed to cancel an order of there is no way to cancel?
Nice scam you have going on. Tell people you'll give them a free trial and tell them after 14 days they'll get charged the full price of they don't cancel, but don't give them anyway to do it. That's a good scam. Too bad there are companies out there and people out there that will stop you. This is a travesty what you are doing to people who work hard for their money, you should be ashamed.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK, you can have this stuff back that I didn't order.

Total rip of! Apparently, the fine print in the "accept terms" says you will be billed almost $200 for their "free trial", if not canceled within 15 days, and they will NOT adjust it. Not only is the product ineffective, but their sneaky charges are completely unethical. If there was a statement explaining the additional charges, it was very well hidden!

Very deceptive company. Read the fine print very carefully. When you go back to the website it doesn't exist and you have no way to cancel the refill. This adventure cost me 180,00 for products that dont do anything. Total RIP off

Prime organica pretends to offer a product sample for 4.99 then you have 14 days to cancel.
I called within the 14 days to say STOP my trial, then 10 days later thwy charged my checking acct 93.47 anyway, and when I called to ask why, they said thwre was no evidence of me calli g within the 14 days.
Ive had to cancel my bank card and they refuse to refund my money for a product I have never recieved or wanted!!!!!!
Total scam.

I am writing today to report a negative reaction to the product leanfors forskolin.
I order the free trial 9/9/18 under the GUISE that it was only a S/H of $4.95 for 30 day trial.
I called to report my PHYSICAL REACTION of a migraine from the product to get a RMA.(return merchandise authorization)
The rep recommended just canceling, so I did.
Then I found the company STARTS the trial from date of order and only for 14 days.
I was billed $93.47 Sept 23!!
This is dirty business!!

Given my physical reaction of a migraine. I requesting a full refund of $93.47 credited back to my credit card. I was refused. Customer service rep stated it was in the disclosure about the trial starting the day of,NOT when I get the product and that it was only for 14 days, allow they sent 60 capsules enough for 30 days.
This company is a scam. I asked for upper management names and numbers and was again denied. I was given a email address which I also sent an email to.

Ordered a free sample with shipping of 4.99. Less than 2 weeks later I am charged with a 93.47 charge for something I did not order. There was no contract or anything in the small print that said there would be a charge. I have disputed it with my cc company but they told me they can continue to charge. I have tried to contact the company using 2 different telephone numbers that neither one will work. It just hangs up. There is no way to cancel/contact/this scammy company.

I fell for the offer of Pure Cleanse for the shipping price of $4.99 and LeanFors for the shipping price of $4.95. It was suppose to be a "free trial", however, they charged my account $89.44 and $93.47 15 days after charging the shipping price. When I called I was told the free trial was only for 14 days and if I hadn't call within the 14 days I was charged monthly for more bottles. And, no, they don't except returns even if all the bottles had their original seals on them. He was willing to give me a 30% refund but said that was the most he could do.

I am being charged for a product I don't want and was being offered as a trial. I never say mention that they would send me any additional items, or that I would be billed monthly for them. I don't want the products, but I have no email and never received correspondence in the envelope the products were sent in, to return the products. Each of the to "free trial" products were billed at over $90 dollars to my credit card.

We received your correspondence and have given our utmost attention to ensure a prompt resolution to the matter. We’d first like to explain how the charge(s) occurred to clearly provide the details of the customer’s transaction.

With this information that was provided, we were able to locate the account where the customer placed an order online for a 14-day trial.

When the customer fails to cancel the account with the 14 days from when the order was placed, the customer gets charged the full retail price of the items from the date the order is placed. Within this period the 14-day trial after the customer would be charged a full retail price would be placed on a monthly subscription, which would receive the product on a monthly bases at full retail price and the terms and conditions need to be agreed upon for the order to be processed and if the customer does not do agree to these terms and conditions the order cannot be process.

Remember that you have to agree to the terms and conditions to place the order, it does state under the order that you have to agree that your over the age of 18 and agree the terms and conditions and the privacy notice, by doing so the order can be placed if not agreeing to this part the order can not be processed and by placing the order we assumed that you read and understood the terms and conditions.

I have been in contact with the company. They have cancelled my subscriptions for both products and have begun the refund process. They need to provide customers with access to an email, website, and receipt for the products being sent. They also were willing to cut 70% off the price of each of the products if I decided to keep the subscriptions. That in and of itself, is troubling and deceitful. For now, I will accept the response.

I ordered the Forskolin for the $5 and the colon cleanse was added to the order even though I indicated I didn't want it for another $5. The products did arrive and things were fine till the $93 charge hit my credit card. I called the number for the company that was shown on the charge and explained that they had charged me for something else that I hadn't ordered, but they couldn't find me in their system. He told me to wait until the product arrived, then they could help me deal with it. I asked them to look me up with my name, but he hung up on me. I called back and talked to another person, but when I explained everything to him, he looked me up and found me in the system. I explained that I'd been charged for something I hadn't ordered, so he asked me to wait while he looked at it. When he came back, he pretended he couldn't hear me when I spoke, and hung up. Neither one of them explained that the charge was for the original bottle I had already received and that I had the 14 days to send it back and cancel. They know their system is designed to deceive and they base their business model on that one time purchase and extra charge that they don't even tell you about. I found out the details by reading this forum. The best course of action is to dispute the charge with the credit card company. I was successful in having the charge remove.

I thought I was buying a trail. Then I was charged $93.77 for one and $89.95 for the other. When I called to talk with someone I was told I couldn't get any of my money back. I told her when I get it .I can mail it back and they put my money back. I was told that I could not get my money back.. I told her you have my money and I haven't had no product. I just want my money back. I want companies to put in bigger writing regarding what you will be charged.

We received your correspondence and have given our utmost attention to ensure a prompt resolution to the matter. We’d first like to explain how the charge(s) occurred to clearly provide the details of the customer’s transaction.

With this information that was provided, we were able to locate the account where the customer placed an order online for a 14-day trial.

When the customer fails to cancel the account with the 14 days from when the order was placed, the customer gets charged the full retail price of the items from the date the order is placed. Within this period the 14-day trial after the customer would be charged a full retail price would be placed on a monthly subscription, which would receive the product on a monthly bases at full retail price and the terms and conditions need to be agreed upon for the order to be processed and if the customer does not do agree to these terms and conditions the order cannot be process.

Remember that you have to agree to the terms and conditions to place the order, it does state under the order that you have to agree that your over the age of 18 and agree the terms and conditions and the privacy notice, by doing so the order can be placed if not agreeing to this part the order can not be processed and by placing the order we assumed that you read and understood the terms and conditions.
