I ordered a “free” bottle of Pure Cleanse and a bottle of Leanfors Forskolin. Apparently I missed the fine print that says I have to cancel within a short period of time. I received a second shipment of these two products. I immediately called the customer service number to say I want to return the products and do not wish to receive any more. I spoke with a person with a foreign accent who was very difficult to understand. I asked what the charges are and asked for a complete refund. The cost was 89.41 + 93.17, total of 182.91. After expressing my dissatisfaction she asked me to hold, came back with an offer of a refund of 26.83 and 28.04. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was then offered a refund of 30%. Again I told her I want a full refund, and was offered a 59% discount. Finally I was offered a discount of 67% for a total of $122 refund. I expect an email of confirmation and a refund within 3-7 days. I said I am still not happy and want a full refund and that I would be taking further action.
I also want to state that the company does not put its name on the packing slip, nor indicate total charges.

I tried calling and no one answered and email kept coming back undeliverable. My FREE products ended up costing me around $200.00. It's a SCAM !!

I called the company within the 14 days but my account failed to get cancelled. I was charged for the product. When I called to get it taken care of they would only offer me a 40% refund for their mistake. My FREE products ended up costing me around $100.00.

I ordered a 1 month supply of LeanFors Forskolin (weight loss capsules) from this company
through an ad on *** . It stated you would pay $4.99 for a 1 month trial supply of
this product . There was no mention of any terms or conditions of this purchase in the original ad or and e-mail correspondences I received from this company. Nor was there any mention in the box of product I received . Just a phone number for customer service .
Because there was no mention of where or how to order more product in the future, I decided
to do a search online for this company and found their website http://primeorganica.com/ that details a recurring monthly program involved that they bill you $93.47 for monthly shipments of the product.They are also stating if you want to cancel , it must be done within the first 14 days of ordering this product. And you must return the product at your expense and will be billed a restocking fee of $9.99 . There was ABSOLUTELY NO MENTION of this monthly plan or return policy until I located their website .I believe this is a deceptive business , using deceptive business tactics to SCAM Consumers. I believe it is their plan to expect consumers to ignore the 14 day return policy and BOOM SURPRISE you owe us $93.47 . If I became aware of this program at any time during the ordering process , I never would have ordered this product !! I am guessing the product is useless and did not even open the seal on the bottle. I have sent them an e-mail as stated on their website to cancel this program .
