I'm would like my back by the end of the year ...if not given by December ...I will be taking this issue to court and seeking media coverage of kia of bedford foul business practices

I was able to test drive the vehicle but I'm not a mechanic , you guys sold me the car knowing the windshield leaked that right there shows how honest you guys are , when I bought the car your salesman said he was going to wash the car and bring it up, the windshield leaked so bad and he went and got gas for me so you guys knew the fuel door was broke too but did not tell me about that either I had to find out when I went to pump it myself same thing with the key fob that was broke you guys knew it but did not tell me, all these things show what kind of business you guys run so of course your gonna say that my suspension system was fine even though it was notI figured going to a real dealership I could buy a vehicle without any immediate issuses but I made a mistake by going to kia apperantly My warranty covered the part that is bad now and was bad while under the warranty I shouldnt have to get the Revdex.com involved for you guys to fix it!

I have not received any letters as of this date 12/03/2015. I think we may be close to a resolution but not quite there as of yet. I will send a return call tomorrow, Friday and discuss over the phone.

My main complaint is that I was told by the sales Rep, *** ***, as told to her by her immediate boss, that the car was $22,
and with tax and title approximately $25,The form that *** *** sent you was never explained in depth to meI would have questioned those figuresThe main discussion that I had with the finance Department was about the extended warranty and I remember signing for that, but I don't remember seeing any of the other figuresI was never told about the *** GAP figure of $and don't even know what it is!! Nor was I told about the $document fee! I was told that my credit was so good that *** *** Bank was going to finance my whole loanI also had to call KIA of Bedford times before I was able to talk to Mr***Also, on Wednesday, 12/19/at 11:16am, I had a message on my phone that the Regional Manager, *** (can't remember last name) had called me from ***I returned his call at 1:and talked to Sales Receptionist, *** (***) and was told that she doesn't understand why he would call from that store and leave that number which is the KIA of Bedford numberShe said that he rarely visited that dealershipI left him a message with ***, but never heard from himNo one from KIA has attempted to resolve this matter or explain charges to meI want these figures redone to show that this car was originally $22,and with tax and title approximately $25,as I was toldKIA of Bedford is not being honest and that really disturbs meI feel I was taken total advantage of* *** of Revdex.com, thank you for your help!

On October 24th, 2015, I received my car after months, in which Kia of Bedford had possession of my vehicle due to: front end shaking and braking noiseThis problem caused the dealership to withhold my vehicle for over monthsInitially I was told the service manager would place a one year warrantee on the front end of the vehicleI was told that no matter what this issue would be rectified and I would be in a safe vehicleAfter several months my car was still not returned to me in a safe conditionIn months I have only been able to drive my vehicle timesMost of the millage approximately 90%, was placed on the vehicle by the service departmentMy vehicle was taken to different dealershipsI have been in contact with the store manager, director of financing, and the service manager.I wish to obtain my $5I have remained compliant with making my monthly car payments and yet was forced to drive a rental vehicle as mine was still not safe and or for lack of a better phrase fixedThe vehicle I purchased is still not safe to drive and still remains shakyAt present this vehicle shakes on the front end and currently smells of burning oilThe service manager states "He does not know what is wrong with this vehicle"I have requested that Kia of Bedford refund my $that was placed as a down paymentThis situation has caused turmoil and has been hazardous as I in fear for my life and that of my family as this vehicle is not safe and shakes violently at 60-MPHdeposit and return the unsafe vehicle back to Kia of BedfordI was told I would receive a telephone call about possible options to correct this situationI feel ignored and disrespectedThis situation has simply gone on long enoughI am in no way happy with this establishmentIn the event that I cannot come to an agreement with Kia of Bedford I will contact all possible media outlets to express the unfair treatment and the lack of concern for my safety and or that of my familyI should not be concerned that my family or I could be harmed when getting behind the wheel of a vehicle I purchasedI am also in fear for other drivers as I feel that I could lose control of the vehicle and possibly cause harm to others
