Thank you for taking time to contact Kia of Bedford, but I returned the vehicle on Friday July 31. Kia of Bedford instructed me to fault on my current loan telling them that I did not want my current car and to return it to them. My finance company told me that I could not return the vehicle. Kia of Bedford assured me that this was customary and my finance company would accept the car back. Since I was not able to return my vehicle I could not afford to pay two car notes. They also wanted me to lie to their finance company and tell them that I paid $2000 down payment, and I could then pay the down payment the following month. I could not afford that amount of money within the time frame. There was too many red flags with this company and decided not to proceed with this purchase and returned the vehicle.Dear _____________,

Mr. [redacted],Again you purchased a used vehicle as-is. You have the right if requested to take the vehicle to any mechanic to have it looked at prior to purchase. Unfortunately at this time Kia of Bedford is unwilling to participate in any of the repair costs associated with your used vehicle purchase. I am sorry you feel as though you have been wronged in some way.

The repair facility shared with KOB that the referenced vehicle had prior damage, however the repair facility clearly stated that in no way was any damage to the vehicle a cause of the...

Kia of Bedford advised the consumer to take the vehicle to our Hyundai dealership because repairs were still covered...

Kia of Bedford has upgraded the warranty per the customer's complaint.

Called consumer, she confirmed her matter has been resolved, she said she has received her refund.

Kia of Bedford received 5000.00 down payment on the previous purchased vehicle. We made it completely clear to Mr. [redacted] that we were not refunding his down payment on the transaction. Regards,[redacted]

Kia of Bedford reached out to [redacted] and apologized per the customer's request. Kia of Bedford is refunding [redacted] her first payment made on the vehicle as well as her down payment monies less mileage charges as agreed.
