I am so very sorry that after we spoke on the phone that you were not happy still with my offer to fix the worn out oil pan at our cost. Unfortunately I cannot keep the doors open if we take care of every older car with 90,miles that needs maintenance

Mrs*** Correct we put a new radiator in your Charger in AprilWhen replacing a radiator, new coolant is put in For 5-months, according to you , your vehicle was fine with no issues . You said you experienced no issues until about a week prior to having us tow your charger in to
the shop to have it checked You also stated prior to having the over heating issue and check engine light come on , you had your oil changed and fluids topped off at searsUpon inspection of your cooling system , we found a foreign substance inside the cooling system . This substance , mixed with coolant in the system was seizing up the cooling system There is no way to tell what the substance is , but with our experience , it could possibly be that a wrong coolant was added to the system. When the incompatible coolants mix , it will cause blockages in the cooling system This issue you experienced was NOT a gradual occurrence , depending on driving , this issue would take no more than 7-days to present itself The cooling systems on a vehicle are very sensitive , when something is added that is not supposed to be there , it does not take long at all to present itself. So IF there was some improper repair done on Mac Haik Dodge's part , the problem would have presented itself within a week or so after you picked up your charger in April, NOT OctoberWe did everything possible to assist you in rectifying the cooling issue , but unfortunately permanent damage had already been done internally in the engine .. It appears that after six months with no issues and then a visit to SEARS and a week later you have issues, I suggest you visit Sears

Not only did you take forever to get my registration but also it showed where no tax was paid on the registration to the state of Louisiana so my question is where is the tax money that was Charged to my loanIam getting tired of this little he said she said bullPoint is you guys gave me a delinquency of days because of not paying off my trade in on time and charging for taxes that were not paid to the stateIam taking matters into my own hands with legal representationIt seems that Revdex.com is not doing anything but acting as a middle man massenger

*** *** I am sorry you do not feel you received good service from our shop. That is never our intention as we want our customers to want to bring their vehicles to us for life and refer family and friends. My understanding is that you did not have an appointment and they stated they
would try to look at it on *** but it would probably be ***. They should have communicated that better for you. Most of the time a customer is just looking for that communication from the advisor so that they know what is happening with their vehicle. I saw the ticket where you personally initialed that you knew the charge for the diagnostics but I am willing to give you half of the *** back to show good faith. Please let me know if this is acceptable. Thank you for sharing your experience with me

I am so very sorry Mr*** that your time was wasted trying to purchase from our dealership. I definitely know how precious people's time is especially these days. Our goal ultimately is to match cars with the people looking for them. The car you were looking for was definitely
sold to a customer at our other location. There was a delay in the paperwork it looks like which caused it to still be online. When the deal is billed in the accounting office, it overnight removes it from the website. The cars priced under 10,move quickly especially around the holidays and through income tax time as well. I will be happy to fill up your car or something for your inconvenience. *** is a nice young lady that didn't have any bad intentions. I am sorry for your hassle

the customer came into the dealership with a pre-approval from *** stating that his pre-approval rate was 7.98% but what the customer is not understanding the way *** structure deals that are flipped with negative equity it will raise the apr because you are raising the carry on the
loan that's why the customer was giving the rate of thru capso if this customer would like to use the 7.98% that cap1gave him he has to put the cash difference down on his loan to get it back in line with what the bank wants to loan him

Mr***, It is my understanding that you have your plates and your trade is paid off. To get apportioned plates you must provide us with Federal documents that we waited on but finally got and your tags are complete. It is true that as the selling dealer we must get the plates for you whenever your vehicle is being financed

The customer came back in and we sold him a car after agreeing on the price and going through the ad pricing. Should be closed, he purchased a car from us

*** *** I am not sure what your issue is with us, we cut the check to YOU not the bank for your first payment on January 2, and our bank shows it was cashed by you on January 6,2015. No issues on our end. We never mail first payment to the bank, it was mailed and cashed by
you. I will consider this closed

As you've mentioned a check was written out to me in January, which was for the 1st paymentThough the 1st payment was supposed to have been made in NovemberPer the agreement made at the time of signing the dealership would take care of the first paymentPlease explain why and how it would if I barely received the check in JanuaryAlso, your system had shown an incorrect payment due date for the 2nd payment that caused me to be late on that 2nd paymentAll I am asking for is a statement of what your dealership is already aware of, that you failed to make the first payment for me as agreed upon at the time of signing, and that your system had the incorrect due date for the payments

One of the primary complaints I have is that I received a flyer in the mail from Mac Haik Dodge saying my vehicle was valued at $25,and that my specific model was in such high demand that they would give me 110% of the Black Book ValueThe fine print reads that depending on the condition of my vehicle this number may change but that the price reflected on the advertising was based on Black Book clean trade in value, less cents mileage deductions, reconditioning, trim levels and accessoriesMy vehicle has less than the standard deduction for its year and is in absolute excellent shape, so I was sure that I would get that price if not higher As you can see from their response, they are offering me $23,for my vehicleThis is proof that they are using advertising to lure clients into their business with a vehicle buy-back number they never intend to honor; the flyer I received (please see attached picture) states that they value my specific vehicle at $25,and that my specific model was in such high demand that they would give me 110% of the Black Book Value or $27, You can see from their response and their offer of $23,that they know that they are simply using advertising to lure in clients, otherwise they would honor the mailer which they are not

*** *** I am very sorry for any confusion this mail piece may have caused you. The matches are to activate the confirmation number for the two big prizes. I can see where that might have been a bit confusing. We actually pay an insurance company much like a hole in one
challenge for golf to cover the winners of the cash. Many mail pieces go out and there is winning tickets that are mailed it is just a matter of will that winner actually come in. Our intention is not to lie to anyone. For your inconvenience I will be happy to fill up your gas tank or get you an oil change no matter what the car you own is

The reason why I am rejecting this response is because Their response to fixing the seatThere is only one way to replace a panelThis is a problem because evidently the way they are fixing it is incorrect*** told me the panel they replaced is hanging a little lowThis is a problemI want to know why is it hanging lowThe passenger seat panel is not hanging lowThe dealership is blaming my weight and getting in and out of the vehicle as the reason it is breakingThis is a problemThey are just replacing a panel but is there something else that is causing it to break? Dealership looking at a cost problem I am looking at it from a consumer satisfaction resolutionThe dealership is not looking at another reason as to why the panel keep coming offI am not pleased with the way they are handling this problemThey also responded with blaming me the consumer for the break how insultingIf something is fixed correctly then it will not need fixing again

first of all I gave the information to the salesman last week and he said everything was ok

Mr*** I will personally get all the papers you need in the mail today if they aren't already. The manufacturer no longer fills the vehicles up and with your main salesman out due to personal reasons it appears we failed to fill it up. I see that you do not live nearby so let me see
