Once again I am very sorry that the promise to hold your check until your funds were available was miscommunicated within the officesI personally called you to apologize though realizing that didn't help your situationIt was human error not intentionalThe reason you were asked not to post date
the check is that a post dated check is illegalAt the time you were not interested in in me getting you the money back or the fee for the check transferYou can check with the dealer you prefer to do business with to see if they will fix your vehicle scratch for you but if not we will be happy to do soYou should still have my cell phone from where in learning that the accounting office didn't hold the check I called you to apologizeNancy L***

I am sorry you are having trouble with your panel. Your car is still under warranty for close to more miles and we can indeed replace your panel again. Unfortunately it will not last forever as the others have not either. It isn't that they were not fixed correctly.
There is only one way to replace a panel. The problem is the way that you enter and exit the vehicle with the additional weight is breaking the panel time and again. Please bring it in before the warranty is out and we will replace it again (even though it is not a faulty part) but just keep in mind as long as you continue to get in and out dragging the weight on it the same results will happen

I am not sure what you mean by "messed up the due date". The banks require the due date to be between and days. I am very sorry if you were inconvenienced in any way by when you received the check from us but always it is the customers responsibility to make their payments once contracts are signed. I am glad you finally received and cashed our check

Your bolt is not all of a sudden stripped, it wears out over time with the aluminum pans. The manufacturers switched to the aluminum pans to make the cars more lightweight. It will wear out on a with 90,miles. You requested we do it at dealer cost and I agreed to that. The only other option is for our tech to try to heli coil the threads on the pan rather than to replace it

are not in possesion we can reissue a new checkIn regards to you plates I am sorry but we must collect taxes and fees and do the title work when a vehicle is being financedWe contacted you two weeks ago in regards to the information needed to title your truckThe state of Lousiana required more information than we originally providedThank you for getting us the information needed this morning we have procesed the title work to the company we use for out of state transactions

I am sorry that others have told you it was in process but the process was broken when we never received the check for the cancellation. Once they stopped payment and issued another check (we received Friday) we have issued a check in the amount of which your lienholder will receive. If you would like me to contact your lienholder please provide me with whom you are speaking to and account number and I will be happy to call them. Attached is the copy of your check

First let me thank you for doing your oil changes here for the last few years, by that fact I am sure you have been pleased with our service so far. In previous times all cars had stainless steel pans and they seemed to last "forever" because of that hard metal. Most of the manufacturers
have now gone to the aluminum pans which is a softer material. Your car is an with 90,plus miles and with repeated use that pan gets weak and eventually the plugs come loose, that is considered wear and tear on a vehicle of that age. You have only done oil changes with us but there is recommended maintenances that are good for keeping it in tip top shape for as long as possible. You had stated you wanted us to replace that pan at our cost. pricing is to dollars depending and our cost is approximately plus tax which we will be happy to do for that

Tell us why here...I am so very sorry that you did not like your experience here with us. I know we have all spoken to you several times explaining why and where we sent your application. We DID NOT send your application to plus lenders I assure you. I am very sorry to have lost you as a potential customer. Nancy

I am sorry if you took my comment wrong. The piece was replaced out of warranty free of charge on one of those occasions and it was fixed correctly. With time it will continue to happen due to the weight when sliding in and out of the car. We have seen this more than once with several customers. I am not sure what the solution is. We fixed free out of warranty to try to please our customers but cannot continue to do it free of charge when it will be an occurring problem. Please schedule a time to come in and speak with *** *** and he will show you

I received the documents but it did not include all that I signed / initialed and or made noticed of by Mac Haik.If it was important for Mac Haik to have me acknowledge in writing, it is important that I have a copy. Also included in the paperwork submitted was a copy of the lifetime drive train warranty by a third party vendor.I contacted the company and they have no knowledge of the warranty for my vehicle.I was told that the warranty had to be handled by Mac Haik directly with the vendor.I want a documentation of the warranty that it is active and in force.I believe an actual key is needed to unlock the tailgate when not using the fobI want a set of those keys.I am disappointed in the professionalism of Mac Haik staff.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint This is where my problem lies. We were not told that the bolt was stripped, nor did we authorize you to put a larger one in. Nothing was discussed with us regarding the issue. The only way we found out is by reading this on the receiptThe reason why I rejected your offer is that we have been taking the Journey to you for oil changes for the past years, and it is hard to believe that you would risk a good customer because of something you messed up on. If wear and tear happened, it was due to how you handled the oil changesWe did not authorize you to put an oversized nut in the pan, which effectively ruined the pan where we did have the option to purchase a new nut and have the oil pan retreaded, which is generally cheaper. This put us in a situation of being forced to replace the oil panThis is why I believe you should replace our oil pan at your cost, since ultimately you made the decision for us

They sent the refund however it is a shame it had to go to this extreme to get itIf they could do what they say they can do the first timeAlso, they do not hold up to what they say to ustomers anx advertiseThey need to take a hard lòok at how they present information to a customer
This letter is to inform you that Mac Haik Dodge has carried out to my satisfaction the resolution it proposed for my complaint, filed on 3/26/and assigned ID ***
