The first time we spoke he stated times, the second time we spoke he said we pulled it plus times, we did not. I explained how his preapproval letter worked and he is just not happy. I have no further words to explain to him that if he gives us permission and all of his personal information to pull credit we have every right to do so (obviously we wouldn’t have known his personal identifications unless he had given them to us). First let me respond to your doubt about our email being down. This is week two of corporate wide issues with our email. I am now back on a server and while it was down never got the Revdex.com complaint at all. Most of our employees at stores still are on a temporary email and it is hit and miss and very frustrating to us all. When I did get your email I immediately responded and mailed you what was not given to you at the time. You received the contract and buyers order but I did see a couple things that you didn't get so I mailed them that day and emailed with that. There is nothing that you are required to get that wasn't provided. My only suggestion is that you can look through our paperwork and see what else you want. There is nothing to hide. You were given all legal documents and then I mailed you what other documents that are not required so I am not sure what else you are looking for. Your welcome to any of it including an invoice if you so desire. When I did reach out to you a second time you stated we would communicate through the Revdex.com and I explained I never received itToday I received something from the Revdex.com and am responding

Thank you for your concern. The internet price is 30,of which part is financing with *** so without the extra financing rebate it is The sticker is so I am pretty sure that you will agree that a selling price of 31k k for a 41k truck is decent and probably the
lowest on the web for the same truck. The value to be given for yours is which would be a trade difference plus tax, title and license fees plus any outstanding balance on your trade if you have one

Mr*** I have reviewed your complaint and wish to reply. While of course we would like to sell everyone a vehicle that we advertise to but we know that is not always possible. The scratchoff clearly states that you have the possibility of winning the grand prize, that is not a
gimmick. We have to purchase insurance in the event someone wins and we hope someone has the winning ticket which would be good for us all. In reviewing your claim that we pulled your credit my research does not show we pulled any credit at all for a *** *** or any *** on 4/during our special sale. If you filled out a registration we do however have permission to by you filling out that form but we do not know your credit was pulled. if you show me an inquiry from your bureau that it was pulled then that form was filled out. I show you did win a restaurant card did you not leave here with it??

Dealership needs to replace my oil pan at the dealerships cost.

I was present when you spoke to our used car manager who told you that the money has been sent to your lienholder as you did not pay the taxes they were financed with the loan and they get the money not you. Attached is both the copy of the check sent to your bank and also the paperwork done with your state. If you do not have your tags that is between you and your county or parish but both have been done on our part

I am sorry you are having trouble with your panel. Your car is still under warranty for close to more miles and we can indeed replace your panel again. Unfortunately it will not last forever as the others have not either. It isn't that they were not fixed correctly.
There is only one way to replace a panel. The problem is the way that you enter and exit the vehicle with the additional weight is breaking the panel time and again. Please bring it in before the warranty is out and we will replace it again (even though it is not a faulty part) but just keep in mind as long as you continue to get in and out dragging the weight on it the same results will happen

We never agreed to the refund of the $*** but just to try to end this situation I will split it with you!

I have had my office manager to investigate why this has taken so long for the money to get to your lienholder. This is what she found. The warranty was cancelled and a check was cut by *** *** in July. We never received it and spoke to them yesterday and found that it
has never been cashed. They stopped payment on it and have issued another one which we are waiting on. We will add our part to it and send it to your lienholder. It took a little bit to find as your car was purchased in another name. I am sorry for any inconvenience you have experienced. Nancy

It was indeed incorrect that the business office said it would automatically cancel and I apologize for any inconvenience this caused you. Once the paperwork is done it does take to weeks to get refunds. We cannot keep your money you have coming under no circumstance and it seems
rather harsh to say we "like to steal" don't you think? I will find out the exact amount your refund is and make sure it is in tomorrow's mail

Mr***, Let me address your many concerns in the order of which you sent them:
You do have a copy of all legal documents pertaining to a purchase of a vehicle. I did find however documents that were initialed or signed by you which will go in the mail today.
2. They keys you are requesting that fit the rear tailgate are inside your fob. I am sorry if your salesperson did not demonstrate the key to you. The fob has a button on the top of it. If you push that button you can pull out that key
A check for for a full tank of gas will be mailed with the pieces of paper as your salesman promised a full tank of gas vsthe that *** now puts into the vehicles
The complimentary powertrain warranties are done monthly and as you purchased recently will take longer to show proof of. They were overnighted on November 2nd to the warranty company that you contacted but they have not processed and I do not know how long they take to process them.

I have asked you several times for the items I wanted and yet you do not even read my complaints.I will make this very simple for youcopy of all documents that I signed and or initializedIf it was important for you to require me to put a mark on it, I should have a copyA set of keys that fit the doors and rear tailgate as it has a lock in which a key is needed to unlock/ lock it without the fobReimbursement for the gallons of gas to fill it upProof of activation of the powertrain warrantyAccording to the vendor, that has not happened
