We are writing to inform you that the missing attachment from Ms [redacted] Avalir (Air Intake valve) has been delivered to Ms [redacted] on 06/11/we would like to move forward with closing this complaint.? [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:"Ms***" DID state there was a day cancellation periodYes, the finance did contact me and verify information with me however, after I spoke with them the sales person came back to my house and had me sign ANOTHER contract because she had made a "mistake" on the first oneAt that time, I CLEARLY asked a SPECIFIC question concerning a cancellation of my contractThe question did not even hint at a "day first payment policy"Obviously, there are incompetent employees hired with your business and you are not willing to satisfy what was told to the customerI'm not sure how else I can explain thisYou keep trying to construe a conversation into something that it simply was notI understand the policy regarding the first payment but I am not having an issue with that and you are denying satisfaction to a customerThere should never be this much "headache" between a business and a customerThis is the most poor experience I have had with any purchase or business, periodSincerely, [redacted]

Mrs [redacted] was refunded $on March 3, and she cashed the check on March 8, I have included a copy of the check stub and a copy of the cashed check [redacted]

Mr [redacted] purchased a Kirby on March 6, and came into the office to cancel his contractHe spoke with the salesman that sold it to him and agreed to repurchase the contract for a lower priceThey re-wrote the contract and Mr [redacted] re-verified with the finance companyHe decided that he did not want the Kirby anymore and came up to the office and wanted to return the Kirby after his cancellation date which is clearly marked on the contractHe was told that we cannot cancel his transaction after his cancellation dateMr [redacted] called and spoke to the office manager and preceded to yell and be rude to her because he was outside of his cancellation periodHis original contract has been cancelled with the finance company, but the new contract was never cancelledThe cancellation policy is very clearly marked on the bottom of his contractLack of following procedure on any customer's part is not sufficient reason for a cancellationWe want our customers to be happy and we are willing to help them but Mr [redacted] is responsible for his Kirby purchase [redacted]

Complaint: Per phone conversation with Revdex.com, Ms [redacted] provided the following response: The part has not been delivered via mail nor has it been delivered by a representative of Kirby VacuumsI spoke with Kirby Vacuums this morning and they said that they would deliver it todayI will inform Revdex.com once the part has been received Sincerely, *** ***

There has also been other sales people that are willing to speak up against the demanding, pressuring, and manipulating sales tactics used to get people to purchase the productThese practices should be considered unethical and immoral and the business should be permanently removed from the hands if [redacted] On top of the unethical business behaviors, there are MULTIPLE complaints from former female sales people that have encountered sexual harassment from other male staff and personnelThis is absolutely unacceptable in the workplace and should be handled immediatelyFollowing the sexual harassment claims, there are also MULTIPLE former employees that have an issue with receiving full compensation for their workOne person specifically states the the check Mr [redacted] presented her with was not able to be cashed due to insufficient fundsWhy is this business still open? How is the city allowing these events to occur over and over!? These people are criminals and thievesPlease investigate this situation for legal action will be taken by an attorney if the BBC can not proceed with this claimThank you for any and all help your services may provide.?

This Kirby has already been picked up a week ago her traded was cleaned and returnAlso my office has different permits for the parish and lake Charles to do business as well as door to door salesAny questions please call [redacted] ***

We have had a country or of times to fix Ms [redacted] issues I know she had some air cond issues and was tied up a sent a letter wyth tracking stating we will still honor help trying to please herI am still willing and to try and go and see what we can do to make marks not so noticeable and a used good vacuumFor her relative for free yes please call me again I am gone on vacation till sept thank you

We have tried to replace the Bissell Bagless with Ms [redacted] on 7/6/she stated that the one we sent to her wasn't the one we received. I told her she could have her choice of the Bissell we have in stock. We do not keep the trade in for an extended time, because they take up much need room. She seemed happy with that [redacted] took her to chose from on 7/6/16. AS for the deposit it was return to her on 6/29/

I didn't have a chance to try out the vacuum until Friday, July It is too heavy, cumbersome, and complicated for meI am years old old and don't have the strength I did have when I was younger

I bought a Kirby vacuum from Blind Squirrel Productions out of Beaumont TX on 9/21/I recently decided to use the vacuum to shampoo my couch for the first time when I realized that I was never provided with one of the attachments needed for thisThe missing piece is the air intake guardI called Blind Squirrel weeks agoIt took me days to reach someone on the phone during business hoursMultiple times a voicemail would pick up but it would say the voicemail box was full and I was not able to leave a messageOn the third day of trying, a female finally answered the phoneI did not get her nameShe stated that the scheduler was already gone for the day and that I would have to call back the next dayI explained to her that I had been trying to reach them for days and no one answersHer only reply was that she doesn't know why that is happeningI finally requested that she call me back the next day incase I was not able to reach themShe said she wouldI thanked her p

With all due respect, we do not, nor have we ever, offered a day cancellationWe have never had an issue in the past with Tosha, and she does not offer a day cancellation to any customerWe offer days before the first payment is dueThe contract was verified with the Ms*** over the phone by the finance company as well, and was asked if any promises were made to her by the sales representative and she said noThe cancellation date and policy is on the front of her contract she signed,and has a copy ofThis is a case of buyers remorse and we would like to help, but unfortunately all sales are final after the day periodDuring the business day time period, all terms are closed and finalized between ourselves and other partiesWe have safeguards in place for this reasonThere will be no full cancellation and Ms*** will be held to her contract. We no longer have an accountant in house We are looking for a new one I will try to get this problem resolve asapI am personally looking thru all the files in the old accountants office looking for said receiptAs for the vaccum replacement Ms *** is welcome to come look thru our storage and if she sees one she thinks is hers or another of the brand she can have it We have plenty to look thru I will try to work with her on that myself

*** ***Yes they gave me a Hoover to use until I received my vacuum back but it was not a new one.Yes I do have my Kirby vacuum back I had to go chase it downWhen we learned it was ready they said for us to go to the place to get it and then the place we went to go get it they said it was not even there. So on that note we had to chase our Kirby down and they even offered to bring it to us and they never did.Top all this my carpets before they came we’re months brand new gifted and I have proof that Kirby Vacuum made my carpet worse.All I’m asking is a vacuum that is capable to do allergy friendly and not bulky they lied on light weight and of course lied to me by letting there coworker in pouring rain by the way on my porch stay by them self in the rain and top that off not respecting that I just mentioned that day my husband came home from surgery

I purchased a Kirby Home Cleaning system on Feb 2, After a couple of days, my wife and I discussed that we didn't want the system so we called to cancelled and were told we needed to mail in the cancellation notice within days of the signed contractWe followed protocol and mailed the notice over night on Feb 4, I called on Monday Feb to confirm that they received it and they didIn March I received a letter form the finance company so I called Kirby to make sure our contract was cancelledThe lady I spoke with out me on hold and told me that she called the finance company while I was on hold and verified that our contract was cancelled and that the letter was just automatically mailed outMarch 23, 2019, $was taken from my bank accountI called to let Kirby know and the lady I spoke with told me again that our contract was cancelled and that she didn't know why they were taking out payments and that they had days to refund it backApril 23, 2016, $
