Hi there I am a mother of kidsWhen I learned about this product it was supposed to me an amazing vacuum cleaner for allergies and ectMy husband and I just walked in the door from his surgery he had the day before they released him from the hospital I was home maybe minutesI did mention to themMy husband had an arm surgery so I was not interested and the sales lady was soaking wet on my porchThen I saw there was not a car around the lady that I thought was just showing me a different product that day told me her team left she had to call They left the sales lady in the wet on my porch going door to door doing a advertisement The sales lady was showing me a different product and ever since I have had to get in touch with this company and I just recently learned that they lied to me on my vacuum I had wet carpets and they said it was a wet and dry vacuumI still have not gotten my kirby vacuum back after my 3rd round with them on fixingThey told me my

I have spoken with Ms*** ***, the original agreement was for a $down payment, $upfront, and $laterWe came to an agreement that she is going to visit our office in Beaumont, and will be giving her choice of one or two vacuums we have in our trade in stockMs*** was still
in the market for a vacuum, so this will satisfy her completely, as well as being worth more than the original $paymentThis matter is resolved. BSP Productions

I am rejecting this response because:The message that was sent to you by the "office manager" *** ***s, is not trueI did not misinterpret what was told to me by the sales personShe very plainly stated that I had days to return my purchaseAlso, my fiance' has never worked for Kirby Vacuums so does not have any knowledge of the day return periodHowever, if my fiance' was to work for them in the past, that does not qualify him to speak for what was told to both of us by the sales personThat information is irrelevant to this case*** *** and staff were not understanding nor helpful in the situationThe salesperson, ***, needs to be held accountable for what was spoken to her customersI will not agree to any terms or settle for anything this business has to offer other than FULL CANCELLATION of my contract taking affect immediatelyAside from my complaints, many others in this area have complained of similar situations and have been extremely dissatisfied with their customer service.

Ms*** *** was sold a Kirby Avalir vacuum on July 10, She had until 7/13/to submit a legal written notice of cancellation to usShe called our office on 7/15/wanting to cancel and was told it was past her date, and that she had to have written notice submitted by cancellation date as stated in her contractShe then came into our office with her toddler daughter and tried againShe was shown the terms of her contract, she said she didn't care and began to yell and curse that she didn't want the machineShe said that our sales woman told her she had days to cancelOur office manager explained that she was confused that it was days before her first payment was dueShe threatened to leave the machine outside in the rainShe spoke with our owner *** on the phone who also told her that she was past her cancellation date and was still legally obligated to her contract*** offered to help her get financing at a different institution that could help lower her rates and monthly paymentsThe sale was also verified in her home, on the phone by our finance companyShe was asked if she was completely satisfied and had all promises been met to herShe told *** that our sales person did not tell her about the day cancellation until after she got of the phone with the finance companyOur sales person said that she did not tell her she had days to cancel, That is not the way we do business and we never have had an issue with this sales person beforeMs*** told *** she had previous law training and yelled and cursed at him as wellHe told her he would try to work with her but if she continued to yell the f-word at him that he would hang up and no longer speak with her until she could speak calmlyMs*** continued to be irate and *** told her that he wouldn't be spoken to in that way and hung upAlso, her contract clearly states, to read her terms carefully, that only the terms in writing are enforceable, and no other promising terms or oral agreements are bindingWe pride ourselves on our customer service and it is a shame that this situation is affecting our rating. *** ***BSP ProductionsBeaumont, TX

Mr*** purchased a Kirby on March 6, and came into the office to cancel his contractHe spoke with the salesman that sold it to him and agreed to repurchase the contract for a lower priceThey re-wrote the contract and Mr*** re-verified with the finance companyHe decided that he
did not want the Kirby anymore and came up to the office and wanted to return the Kirby after his cancellation date which is clearly marked on the contractHe was told that we cannot cancel his transaction after his cancellation dateMr*** called and spoke to the office manager and preceded to yell and be rude to her because he was outside of his cancellation periodHis original contract has been cancelled with the finance company, but the new contract was never cancelledThe cancellation policy is very clearly marked on the bottom of his contractLack of following procedure on any customer's part is not sufficient reason for a cancellationWe want our customers to be happy and we are willing to help them but Mr*** is responsible for his Kirby purchase. *** ***

I canceled my contract 2/8/ *** never picked up their product until 4/12/ I haven't received my deposit yet, or my Bissell bagless vacuumBlack or blue, it was months old

With all due respect, we do not, nor have we ever, offered a day cancellationWe have never had an issue in the past with Tosha, and she does not offer a day cancellation to any customerWe offer days before the first payment is dueThe contract was verified with the Ms*** over the phone by the finance company as well, and was asked if any promises were made to her by the sales representative and she said noThe cancellation date and policy is on the front of her contract she signed,and has a copy ofThis is a case of buyers remorse and we would like to help, but unfortunately all sales are final after the day periodDuring the business day time period, all terms are closed and finalized between ourselves and other partiesWe have safeguards in place for this reasonThere will be no full cancellation and Ms*** will be held to her contract. We have tried to replace the Bissell Bagless with Ms *** *** on 7/6/she stated that the one we sent to her wasn't the one we received. I told her she could have her choice of the Bissell we have in stock. We do not keep the trade in for an extended time, because they take up much
need room. She seemed happy with that*** *** took her to chose from on 7/6/16. AS for the deposit it was return to her on 6/29/

We have had a country or of times to fix Ms *** issues I know she had some air cond issues and was tied up a sent a letter wyth tracking stating we will still honor help trying to please herI am still willing and to try and go and see what we can do to make marks not so noticeable and a used good vacuumFor her relative for free yes please call me again I am gone on vacation till sept thank you

There has also been other sales people that are willing to speak up against the demanding, pressuring, and manipulating sales tactics used to get people to purchase the productThese practices should be considered unethical and immoral and the business should be permanently removed from the hands
if *** ***On top of the unethical business behaviors, there are MULTIPLE complaints from former female sales people that have encountered sexual harassment from other male staff and personnelThis is absolutely unacceptable in the workplace and should be handled immediatelyFollowing the sexual harassment claims, there are also MULTIPLE former employees that have an issue with receiving full compensation for their workOne person specifically states the the check Mr*** presented her with was not able to be cashed due to insufficient fundsWhy is this business still open? How is the city allowing these events to occur over and over!? Over months ago, I purchased the vacuumThe belts broke with in a weekI've been waiting for months for the beltsI have contacted the seller more than once about getting the belts but still have not got themAlso, I was not impressed after using the vacuum...it is too bulkyThe vacuum and experience is definitely not worth thousands!

Mr and Mrs *** and I have spoken a lot over the last few months I personally looked at Mrs ***'s Kirby and could see that they had vacuumed up a lot of water with their Kirby vac At that time I informed Mrs *** that is was not covered and repairs would be $at that
point I then cut the bill from $to $Mr and Mrs *** were told the bill would be $and not covered I gave a new Hoover for free to use as a loaner and told them they could even keep it The vacuum was repaired moths ago and they were told of this but did not go to service center to pick up the Kirby at that time They have now picked it up as of last week As for their purchase in 2015, we double verify every sale By finance company and our main office, customers are asked if they agree to terms of contract and will follow the contract and pay on time They are also asked if all promises were met and are they percent happy with the Kirby purchase Both calls ***'s agreed and were happy These calls are recorded as well.So as of March 7, 2018, ***'s have their Kirby back in working order as well as the loaner vacuum, the bill was $instead of $ The Kirby had been ready for over months to be picked up I feel I went above and beyond to help them.Thank you,*** ***

We no longer have an accountant in house We are looking for a new one I will try to get this problem resolve asapI am personally looking thru all the files in the old accountants office looking for said receiptAs for the vaccum replacement Ms *** is welcome to come look thru our storage and if she sees one she thinks is hers or another of the brand she can have it We have plenty to look thru I will try to work with her on that myself.
