Called to return product and cancel contract .Owner or supervisor of company said to bring merchandiseWhen I brought the merchandise to company she refused to accept itI have called to talk to the owner to resolve the issue but no one has called me back or attempted to reach me in any way.I have even called the finance company also

*** ***Yes they gave me a Hoover to use until I received my vacuum back but it was not a new one.Yes I do have my Kirby vacuum back I had to go chase it downWhen we learned it was ready they said for us to go to the place to get it and then the place we went to go get it they said it was not even there. So on that note we had to chase our Kirby down and they even offered to bring it to us and they never did.Top all this my carpets before they came we’re months brand new gifted and I have proof that Kirby Vacuum made my carpet worse.All I’m asking is a vacuum that is capable to do allergy friendly and not bulky they lied on light weight and of course lied to me by letting there coworker in pouring rain by the way on my porch stay by them self in the rain and top that off not respecting that I just mentioned that day my husband came home from surgery

Mr and Mrs *** and I have spoken a lot over the last few months I personally looked at Mrs ***'s Kirby and could see that they had vacuumed up a lot of water with their Kirby vac At that time I informed Mrs *** that is was not covered and repairs would be $at that
point I then cut the bill from $to $Mr and Mrs *** were told the bill would be $and not covered I gave a new Hoover for free to use as a loaner and told them they could even keep it The vacuum was repaired moths ago and they were told of this but did not go to service center to pick up the Kirby at that time They have now picked it up as of last week As for their purchase in 2015, we double verify every sale By finance company and our main office, customers are asked if they agree to terms of contract and will follow the contract and pay on time They are also asked if all promises were met and are they percent happy with the Kirby purchase Both calls ***'s agreed and were happy These calls are recorded as well.So as of March 7, 2018, ***'s have their Kirby back in working order as well as the loaner vacuum, the bill was $instead of $ The Kirby had been ready for over months to be picked up I feel I went above and beyond to help them.Thank you,*** ***

On Monday July 10, I signed a contract to purchase a Kirby VacuumAfter purchase, the same night I was told I had a day money back GUARANTEE on this productOn Saturday July 15, 2017, I contacted the business to cancel my contractI was told I only had days after the original purchase date to do thisThe owner, *** ***, proceeds to tell me there is nothing that can be done to help meI now have a product I do not want, and they have my old vacuum as a trade inI am very displeased that the salesperson gave information to her customer and now I am suffering from her poor communicationShe did not refer to the contract, or tell me to refer to the contract, yet clearly stated something that was not true and that is what I based my decision off ofThe salespeople were also VERY pushy and determined to NOT leave until I had purchased their productI was not rude, and allowed them to stay and show the demonstration, but I wish I had told them to leave

On Febi thought about buying a kirby home care stystem , then went on line and found for so I called and talk to Ms*** on Feb and told her I wanted to cancel and they can come pick it upShe told me they couldn`t do anything until they got the transaction of cancelation paper, so I signed it and mailed in on Feb They still took the down payment of out of my account and that sould not have happened since I called and told you all on FebI also called the finance company and told them that I wanted to cancel

A kirby door to door salesman came to my doorSaying they needed more sell to meet a quotaI usually say no but they lead with a young marine veteran trying to make itWell young people came in, the Marine a young lady shadowing him and Jacob their supervisorThey did their presentation that took an hourI couldn't say no but I was impressed by the productI just knew that I would get denied cause my credit is not so goodThey said they welcome financing and how much I could put downI put $and another $in weeks taking out of my bank account and wouldn't get the kirby vacuum till thenA contract was signed January 31,My husband came home and got upset and read the contract to sign within days for refundThe next day Feb1,I signed the receipt sent it in the mail and calledSpoke with ***All he said was who was the seller and that's all they neededSending the receipt and calling I assumed everything was handledI waited a month to call and af

There has also been other sales people that are willing to speak up against the demanding, pressuring, and manipulating sales tactics used to get people to purchase the productThese practices should be considered unethical and immoral and the business should be permanently removed from the hands
if *** ***On top of the unethical business behaviors, there are MULTIPLE complaints from former female sales people that have encountered sexual harassment from other male staff and personnelThis is absolutely unacceptable in the workplace and should be handled immediatelyFollowing the sexual harassment claims, there are also MULTIPLE former employees that have an issue with receiving full compensation for their workOne person specifically states the the check Mr*** presented her with was not able to be cashed due to insufficient fundsWhy is this business still open? How is the city allowing these events to occur over and over!? These people are criminals and thievesPlease investigate this situation for legal action will be taken by an attorney if the BBC can not proceed with this claimThank you for any and all help your services may provide.?

This Kirby has already been picked up a week ago her traded was cleaned and returnAlso my office has different permits for the parish and lake Charles to do business as well as door to door salesAny questions please call [redacted]

We have had a country or of times to fix Ms [redacted] issues I know she had some air cond issues and was tied up a sent a letter wyth tracking stating we will still honor help trying to please herI am still willing and to try and go and see what we can do to make marks not so noticeable and a used good vacuumFor her relative for free yes please call me again I am gone on vacation till sept thank you?

Mrs*** was refunded $on March 3, and she cashed the check on March 8, I have included a copy of the check stub and a copy of the cashed check.? *** ***

Ms[redacted] was sold a Kirby Avalir vacuum on July 10, She had until 7/13/to submit a legal written notice of cancellation to usShe called our office on 7/15/wanting to cancel and was told it was past her date, and that she had to have written notice submitted by cancellation date as stated in her contractShe then came into our office with her toddler daughter and tried againShe was shown the terms of her contract, she said she didn't care and began to yell and curse that she didn't want the machineShe said that our sales woman told her she had days to cancelOur office manager explained that she was confused that it was days before her first payment was dueShe threatened to leave the machine outside in the rainShe spoke with our owner [redacted] on the phone who also told her that she was past her cancellation date and was still legally obligated to her contract[redacted] offered to help her get financing at a different institution that could help lower her rates and monthly paymentsThe sale was also verified in her home, on the phone by our finance companyShe was asked if she was completely satisfied and had all promises been met to herShe told [redacted] that our sales person did not tell her about the day cancellation until after she got of the phone with the finance companyOur sales person said that she did not tell her she had days to cancel, That is not the way we do business and we never have had an issue with this sales person beforeMs[redacted] told [redacted] she had previous law training and yelled and cursed at him as wellHe told her he would try to work with her but if she continued to yell the f-word at him that he would hang up and no longer speak with her until she could speak calmlyMs[redacted] continued to be irate and [redacted] told her that he wouldn't be spoken to in that way and hung upAlso, her contract clearly states, to read her terms carefully, that only the terms in writing are enforceable, and no other promising terms or oral agreements are bindingWe pride ourselves on our customer service and it is a shame that this situation is affecting our rating.? We have tried to replace the Bissell Bagless with Ms [redacted] on 7/6/she stated that the one we sent to her wasn't the one we received.? I told her she could have her choice of the Bissell we have in stock.? We do not keep the trade in for an extended time, because they take up much
need room.? She seemed happy with that[redacted] took her to chose from on 7/6/16.? ? AS for the deposit it was return to her on 6/29/
